SEXUAL HARRASMENT! NOT SAFE SPACE FOR WOMAN! Last Friday I was sexually harassed by another guest in this hostel in the middle of the night! Staff did not take me serious, they even helped harrasor escape because one witness called police. Police could only report incident. I was on my own. I did not want to stay here because I did not feel safe for 4 nights in this place. I wanted to get refund to be able to book other accommodation. The manager (female!) did not want to refund me because ‘it is not fair to us because we did not ask this man to start touching you’. Stay away from this hostel especially woman! Staff does not speak English and mainly local people here. They showed no humanity in this situation. Please don’t go there!!!! It’s also not a nice place even, you can not sit up straight in bed because 3 level bunkbeds, no space for luggage. I stayed here to budget but this harassment is not worth it!!!! You will pay more for Ubers to get to places anyway. I hope with this review to safe someone from traumatic experience. Stay safe everyone!!

Das schlimmste Hostel in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer sind klein und bis unter die Decke vollgepackt mit Betten. Es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer das von 20 Leuten benutzt wird und auch trotz Säuberung dementsprechend dreckig ist! Das Personal ist völlig inkompetent, ich glaube es besteht aus Reisenden, die umsonst dort leben. Die Manager:in ist nicht vor Ort. Ich wurde mit meiner Freundin in unterschiedliche Zimmer gepackt. Das war ein Grund für uns wieder zu gehen, doch trotz E-Mails, Anrufen und Gespräche mit der Rezeption hätten wir den vollen Preis zahlen müssen. Viele andere Reisende wollten wieder gehen, also sie die Zustände gesehen haben. Alle Menschen dort taten mir leid. Bitte schließt dieses Hostel.

It was a horrible night, the Hostel is quite dirty, the staff is unfriendly and they are not able to issue an invoice (with my or any name on it) which makes it kind of illegal. They are not able to issue invoices for German clients neither private nor companies

The location of the hostel is good if you have a car. There are free parking spots around the hostel so you won't struggle to look for parking space. There are grocery stores nearby that you can walk to. The hotel's room is not spacious and having 3 bunk beds ontop of each other made the situation worse. You literally won't be able to seat up in your bed to read or use your phone. You can only do that while lying down. The bathrooms are well cleaned and there are plenty of them you can use in case the one in your floor is occupied.

We stayed at the hostel just for 1 night due to our overlay in Lisbon, but they were the only place to have beds left. Although the room and beds were a okay, the service is really good. They didn't mind to stay 15 min extra for us to arrive at 00:15 and they were helpful with our request afterwards when we needed an invoice.

My stay in the hostel is very good, but, the bed were dirty, don't change bed linen and in the morning a strange smell. But i liked the people what working in the hostel and a ambient family, i love this.

Ran by the sweetest young couple. They were so welcoming and helpful in giving tips for around town. Hostel was super clean and neat. Located in a quiet area close to a supermarket. And to top it all off they are pet friendly and treated our little dog like a king. Absolutely recommend this place 100%!!

Service note 10, rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower with hot and cold water option, I really liked it, I recommend it.

Hostel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and the space is clean and well maintained.

Worst place. I went there but they said I are over booked I told them I have confirmed booking and they said sorry are over booked so late night I move to new place and paid 4% more. Please avoid this place.

Very good stay at the time, Iago helped me a lot, and even took me to a tour on the city on his day off. We've become friends ;) Giuliana was very kind and helped me very fast to solve some problems I had.

3 bunk beds totaling 9 beds in a very small room. Not comfortable at all and does not match the price tag.

I needed a place to stay for the night when I got stuck in Lisbon and this was that. Wouldn't recommend for much else not very clean and far away from the city center:/

Meine Unterkunft war sehr gut in diesem Hostel. Das Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sie haben mir sehr geholfen mit Infos und Sehenswurdigkeiten.das Bett bequem und Zimmer richtig sauber Ich würde vielmals in Zukunft bleiben. Ich bin sehr dankbar.
