Great conditions to train Jiujitsu. Excellent facilities in the heart of Sintra Cascais Natural Park, where you can run outdoors in the middle of nature. The teachers are very good, super friendly and accessible. It has fantastic athletes of various ages who are always with open arms to welcome new students!

My son and daughter have practiced jujitsu at Gracie Barra Cascais for several years now. It’s a lovey community and a positive environment. The instructors are amazing and our kids have really grown and gained skill through the lessons. It’s also a nice mix of English and Portuguese language, giving our English speaking kids more opportunities to improve their Portuguese language skills.
