This McD’s is the nowhere close to franchise service or quality. This MUST BE A JOKE. The quality of food, is not up to par. Current staff, not so bad however some are young & need training. The other day, they had no sandwiches on menu due to no bread. Only on island, will you experience the poor service provided by this location.

I am tired of coming to this location.The lobby is always closed from Monday to Sunday the lobby is always closed. Number one excuse is we don't have enough employees well shut it down if y'all do not have enough workers to maintain the customers that's coming in because I'm tired of driving to Lorraine just to get what I need because the drive-thru line is backed up and impeding the traffic in the main road.

There are only two McDonald’s in the island and yes, it can get busy at times but overall this one in Christiansted is very good. They are Very friendly and courteous. Fast service. Not sure why some are dissatisfied. It must be their impatience and ungrateful attitude.

Hit and Miss on STX. This is the franchise we have and everybody loves McDs. So know when to go and when not to. Menu is limited, so work with it. They will always have a Cheeseburger. The Apple Pies are FRIED and GOOD! Picture of my triple Burger. Looks perfect.

Every time I go to this McDonald's something in my order is WRONG. The older staff is much more Customer Service friendly, however the younger ones need training baddddd. Always on their phone, over cooking the food, and nuggets stuck together, nuggets that are stuck together isn't cooked. For example I went thru the drive thru today asked for no cheese and add big mac sauce on my burger, when I got my burger it had cheese and was drowning in big mac sauce. They need to take into consideration people who have allergic reactions to certain foods, this is why some people ask for no pickles, or no onions, or no cheese, etc. We have to do better.

Why every time it takers 45min to get food here??!! And the employees are like, not even phased that their customers have to wait so friggin' long!! I dine with this place. 45 minutes! Every. Single. Time. 😡

Services is horrible, spent 28 minutes waiting to be to order and there was no one ahead of me. Told the manager about it and she walked away.

If ypu want to feed you family this and then only have one bathroom in your house let the mc shi----t fight start

Still one of the best fast food on the island, however service is not always fast

I was surprised to see there was no shakes on the menu and the employee said they don't have milkshakes!
