Every region of the US has a burger to call their own. In the Midwest, Culver’s has been serving up Butterburgers (made with a special blend of three types of beef: sirloin, chuck and plate) since 1984. Pressed on the grill gives immense flavor and sear one looks for in a burger and happy to find in a quick eats restaurant. No need to pick out a million toppings and sauces, they have it created for you and cook to order. Crispy fries and refreshing root beer (diet available) as well as some of their famous Wisconsin frozen custard (they offer a special flavor each day) offer a tasty treat and truly is tasty. They also offer a fish dinner and everyone’s Midwest favorite - cheese curds! Stop by for a good meal that’s easy on the pocketbook and yummy to the tummy.

I’d say the frozen custard is the reason to stop by, but that’s only one of many reasons. The fries seem to be always made fresh and are hot when you get them. Their burgers are called “butterburgers” because they fry them up in butter. They also warm the bun with what seems like a bit of butter on the grill. Gives them a unique flavor not replicated elsewhere. They just put Mayo on them, but ketchup and mustard are available if you wish to add. They also make a lot of other good things, including fish, chicken, mushroom and swiss, chili, etc. and, leave from for the smooth and creamy frozen custard.

This Culvers has dramatically improved over the last four years. The food is spot on and the drive through moves smoothly. I eat Gluten free, so I enjoy the burgers with gluten free bun. I can not eat the fries, but the mashed potatoes with butter works without gravy. The scoop size for custard have been small, but the last few times they are doing better.

Only the north Culver's has curbside pickup. After ordering and going to the south one, we placed a call to the north store and they were very understanding. Food was hot and fresh when we eventually got there. My wife love the walleye dinner.

So service was awesome. But the food not so much. It was the smallest fish ever. And what happened to the burger. Just don't understand how you can send stuff out like this.

I always have a good cheeseburger however their fish sandwiches all right up to be the best in town but they're okay and prices are a little high

Hard to access, but food is good. The root beer was really gross though, tasted like an old dirty rag. I dumped it out. Guessing whoever cleaned the drink machine didn't do a good job. Next time I'll sub out the pop for ice cream I guess.

Everything was good as far as the cashier, the service, and the hot food. A young kid had brought me my custard mint flavor of the day. It was so small and almost totally melted. I don't get their frozen custard often. So I was so disappointed. I know the morning manager probably wouldn't have approved the evening crew gentleman's service. Not cool at all. Totally bummed.

The night crew was awful. They got the order all wrong. I ordered a double and got a single. I asked for ranch and got tartar sauce. I ordered a side of cheese curds and they thrown all around in the bag. On top of that I even said sorry for coming by late (I went around 9pm) and I received back rude customer service. I noticed they did not even give me the drink I ordered but was so stricken back from the rudeness I didn’t even stay to get the drink. I like Culver’s but the night crew were very negligent.

Culver's is consistent across the country. I go there for the root beer, which is amazing. There were some extra wild children in there tonight, with parents completely adept and tuning them out. It was a reminder of the fact that Sioux City remains a little but more "gritty" than most of the places I go.

While in the restaurant I observed a young lady named Maya take our orders and 5 minutes later running orders to outside patrons. A few minutes later she was restocking the condiments, straws, napkins ect. A few minutes later Maya was cleaning tables. The young lady never stopped smiling or complained. I think she deserves a commendation raise or both.

Finally tried it for the first time. Burger was very greasy but delicious. I would love it to be on Grub Hub or Door Dash. I want to go back and try the fish

Starving after 8 hours highway driving. Pulled into this location's drive-thru. Had a great young male clerk. Pot roast sandwich was delicious!!
