Showed up at 7:20pm to dine in on a Sunday door says they close at 9pm. The first thing the girl up front says is that they are only taking to go orders. We asked why and she said they close their lobby at 8 we say it’s 7:20 and the girl say we don’t take dine in orders past 7:20. This is not the first time they have done this to us. The girls there need some training in customer service and using a clock.

Good food and reasonable service. Training was taking place. The A/C was not keeping up with the heat indoor seating and they didn't have ice cream or shakes.

Small place that used to be a Dairy Queen. Turned it into an additional Jim’s Burger location. Food was made hot and made fresh. Staff seemed a “little” less attentive than what I’m used to experiencing from the other locations, but still quite good. I would not have an issue with trying this place again to see what kind of service and food quality I would get the next time. I’m just not in this area that often. If anyone were to inquire with me about giving this place a try, I would say it’s certainly worth giving it a shot. I was pretty happy over all with my experience, and look forward to see what the next one will be like.

Descent chicken strips and fries. Burger wasn’t bad.

Food was very good steak tacos and refried beans, staff was friendly and it was served quickly i went thru the drive-thru, over all the prices not to bad I would recommend.

Great Fresh Crispy French Fries. Pretty good burger. Nice nostalgia.

We used to love Jim’s but have been disappointed recently. Pricing online doesn’t match in the restaurants, every time we order delivery the order isn’t correct, they charge a fee to use a debit cards now. It used to be a great value for what you received but not any more.

Everything is made to order. And the best part you can get authentic Mexican food and get a burgers from here as well. My order is always a burger, a taco de asada, and of corse a pop. Ohhh, and there breakfast burritos and also excellent!!!!
