This store is such a mess. Stuff thrown everywhere, boxes sitting in every aisle. Then you have employees sitting around on the furniture that's for sale, while thy checkout is a mile long.

So many good deals here! There are so many cute outfits with good prices in Ross. I love shopping here, the staff are pretty good, but the store can be messy sometimes. They could maybe improve on cleaning up the store and make it more organized. Otherwise I love to go here to do some shopping! Great prices I recommend giving the store a try!

Horrible store! Always a mess!! One clerk checking people out with a line of 10 people waiting. Have been there when 2 or 3 clerks "messing around" near checkout lines, ignoring customers. CORPORATE: do they need more help or better management?

The store was pure chaos, alarms going all over the store, every side you went to...items all over the place. It was so disgusting in there....why would I want to buy something that was probably on the floor at some point

The worst Ross we have ever been to!!! Don't waste your time. Beyond the usual disorganization, rude employees, dirty, no TP and a broken sink in restrooms, etc. Marshall's is very close; a much better experience.

The store is so messy. You can't find anything.. clothes and shoes laying all over the floor

It was a horrible mess the other day when I was there!!! Only one check out lane was open and a a huge line! I’ll give it one more chance if it’s the same way I won’t go back

Should of gave them zero stars but Employees are very rude, unwilling to help and if you have a return their policy doesn't state you can't return certain items on their receipts but stand there and want argue with you for 40 minutes about it. Their corporate office is worse than their store on customer service needless to say that was first and last time l will shop at their store.
