Customer
service
....I
was
beyond
disappointed
today.
We
did
not
purchase
our
meal
at
this
location.
We
did
purchase
our
meal
at
the
downtown
Arby's
which
was
cold,
not
fresh,
tasted
old
and
bad
enough
for
me
to
actually
be
writing
this
review.
I'm
writing
this
because
of
the
way
this
franchise
handled
the
situation.
My
autistic
son,
for
those
of
you
in
the
community
know
how
picky
they
are
:)
and
love
there
specific
foods,
was
wanting
to
try
the
wagyu
burger
that
he
sees
advertised
on
his
YouTube
ads.
For
his
birthday
special
meal,
this
was
his
request.
One
bite
and
he
has
that
look.
He
says
it
doesn't
taste
fresh.
Tasted
kinda
stale.
I
told
him
it's
ok
I'll
stop
at
the
Arby's's
out
by
where
we
were
going.
We
wrapped
the
sandwich
back
up
and
put
back
in
bag.
I
also
ordered
my
favorite
sandwich
cheddar
cheese
roast
beef
sandwich
special
two
sandwiches
for
$7
but
it
also
tasted
like
it
was
sitting
there
for
awhile.
It
was
cold
and
just
a
weird
taste.
Went
inside
and
management
was
called
the
second
they
saw
me
walking
in
with
the
bag.
I
apologized
to
the
lady
that
first
helped
me.
I
had
the
receipt
and
paid
$20.67
(pretty
close)
cash
for
the
food
we
purchased.
Hamburger
meal
plain
with
cheese
fries
drink
and
two
sandwiches.
I
explained
we
got
it
from
the
other
location,
that
it
was
my
son's
birthday
and
him
being
autistic
and
picky.
Smiling
and
being
polite
and
respectful.
I
was
told
that
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
because
of
inventory,
each
store
was
independent,
that
I
would
have
to
go
back
to
to
wear
the
purchase
was
made.
They
were
nice
but
I
have
been
management
for
many
years
of
my
life
and
I
know
damn
well
that
they
could
have
helped
us.
I
didn't
want
the
money
back.
All
I
wanted
was
for
my
son
to
be
fed
so
it
was
one
last
thing
I
had
to
do.
Arby's
is
expensive.
Arby's
is
the
bomb.
I
love
Arby's.
I
love
their
food
but
because
of
this
customer
service
I
won't
be
going
back
there
anytime
soon.
You
mean
to
tell
me
that
this
company
trained
it's
management
to
tell
their
customers
hey
we
can't
help
you.
There's
nothing
we
can
do.
For
me,
especially
with
the
prices
of
everything
that
have
gone
up
every
fast
food
restaurant,
it's
no
longer
cheap.
Everything
is
just
more
expensive
so
when
we
go
out
to
eat
it's
more
of
a
treat
now
to
me.
Arby's
was
always
a
treat
because
it's
always
been
on
the
high
end
of
fast
food.
Now
that
I
know
if
they
made
a
mistake,
the
franchise
is
a
company
is
not
willing
to
fix
that
mistake.
Not
willing
to
to
help
or
train
their
management
to
maybe
hear
the
human
side.
I
wasn't
demanding
I
wasn't
rude.
I
was
in
yelling
at
somebody.
I
wasn't
making
it
a
scene
because
I've
seen
things
like
that
and
I've
seen
people
get
their
way.
I
went
in
there
smiling
cuz
I
was
embarrassed
and
I'm
like
okay.
There's
really
nothing
you
can
do
and
I
felt
embarrassed.
I
was
shocked
that
we
just
spent
$20
on
a
meal
for
my
son
who
is
19
a
bigger
kid
he
loves
his
hamburgers
plain
cheeseburgers.
He
loves
some
but
he
very
rarely
ever
wants
to
try
something
new.
So
for
all
those
out
there
who
are
wanting
to
try
something
new,
just
know
that
Arby's
is
not
a
franchise
is
not
a
restaurant
that
is
willing
to
go
the
extra
mile
and
correct
that
mistake
wherever
you
bought
it.
You
need
to
go
back
there
and
have
your
receipt
and
see
if
they
will
help
you.
If
there
would
you
make
it?
Obviously
they
probably
won't.
Actually
I
was
told
that
I
was
going
to
get
a
coupon.
I
didn't
go
back
to
the
other
downtown
location.
I
didn't
make
a
phone
call
down
there
instead.
I
took
a
minute.
Okay
a
couple
minutes
and
I'm
writing
this
review
for
everyone
to
kind
of
know
cuz
I
never
expected
this
from
Arby's.
Extremely
disappointed.
So
for
all
of
you
out
there
just
make
sure
wherever
you
order
from
at
Arby's
restaurant
that
that's
possible
they
may
not
correct
it.
