I
always
have
problems
in
person,
pickup
and
delivery
with
Chili's.
Today
was
no
exception.
I
ordered
delivery
online
and
called
in
my
extra
customizations
and
everything
was
wrong.
Go
figure.

$10,
$22
is
NOT
$10
BTW,
cheeseburger
meal
with
fries
and
a
house
salad
with
ranch
and
a
Coke.
Burger
was
bloody,
ordered
no
pink,
bad
lettuce,
tomato
and
bottom
bun.
Fries
were
not
cooked
thoroughly
even
though
I
called
and
spoke
to
a
regular
employee
and
a
manager
about
well
done
fries.
House
salad
was
bad
lettuce
and
I
didn't
even
get
croutons
and
I
ordered
it
without
onions
and
cucumbers.
I
asked
for
an
extra
ranch
and
didn't
receive
that
either.
The
Coke
was
the
only
correct
thing.
I
did
call
Chili's
and
spoke
to
a
manager
after
I
received
my
"order"
and
explained
what
I
received
and
he
didn't
have
an
easy
time
looking
my
order
up
but
finally
did
and
refunded
me
after
asking
if
I
wanted
them
to
remake
my
order.
No.
He
apologized
but
when
so
many
things
are
wrong
with
a
very
simple
order
and
it's
an
almost
every
single
time
occurrence
an
apology
isn't
enough.
I
have
enough
problems
with
door
dash
and
their
drivers
and
to
have
my
food
be
inedible
to
where
my
cats
don't
even
want
to
eat
it
unless
they
get
around
the
bloody
part
of
the
burger
which
was
literally
the
very
edge
of
it
then
that's
a
big
problem.
It
needs
to
be
overhauled
and
so
does
Sioux
City
in
general.
