The waitress was amazing and the food was great. I usually never have good food from Chilis but this time it qas suprisingly good.

Had a great expirence with my family today. I had the chicken sandwich and wow was it good! The portion size was huge! I left here very full and have leftovers for later :)

I’ve ate here before and wasn’t super impressed. I had a % off deal so I decided now may be a time to retry, since it would be a cheaper option if I happened to not be super crazy about it again. However, this particular time was quite good. Could be due to slow traffic that night, but wait staff was attentive and helpful in answering my questions to select with the options I was interested in, along with her personal picks for me to consider. Food didn’t take terribly long to arrive, and was a good temp to eat. My water was refilled when needed, and I was occasionally check up on for anything I may have needed. Over all experience that day was quite well.

Met an old friend for lunch. Food was good…I had a salad and it was really good. Another had chicken strips and said they were good. And someone had the tortilla soup and salad. Meals were good and service was fine. Sat in the bar with no wait.

Posting as a dasher - I've picked up a total of seven orders from Chili's in the last month. Normally they're fine. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait past the time they give. One out of the seven times they gave me the wrong order

Sat in the bar Tuesday, evening November 14th. My server had a cheerful smile and she worked quick to help her customers. They have amazing burgers & really good combo platter options. I had the half rib rack and half. It was pretty good. The full piece of corn on the cob had really good seasoning.

I always have problems in person, pickup and delivery with Chili's. Today was no exception. I ordered delivery online and called in my extra customizations and everything was wrong. Go figure. 3 for $10, $22 is NOT $10 BTW, cheeseburger meal with fries and a house salad with ranch and a Coke. Burger was bloody, ordered no pink, bad lettuce, tomato and bottom bun. Fries were not cooked thoroughly even though I called and spoke to a regular employee and a manager about well done fries. House salad was bad lettuce and I didn't even get croutons and I ordered it without onions and cucumbers. I asked for an extra ranch and didn't receive that either. The Coke was the only correct thing. I did call Chili's and spoke to a manager after I received my "order" and explained what I received and he didn't have an easy time looking my order up but finally did and refunded me after asking if I wanted them to remake my order. No. He apologized but when so many things are wrong with a very simple order and it's an almost every single time occurrence an apology isn't enough. I have enough problems with door dash and their drivers and to have my food be inedible to where my cats don't even want to eat it unless they get around the bloody part of the burger which was literally the very edge of it then that's a big problem. It needs to be overhauled and so does Sioux City in general.

Slow service. We never did get the chips and salsa we ordered before our meal. We ordered a second drink when pur meals came and they didn't arrive until after the check did! This Chili's is sub par.

We stopped here with a very large group of people after a funeral for a family member. They were more than accommodating. The staff was awesome. Our server was definitely amazing. She checked in on our table in a good, timely fashion. Our food was perfect. Great tasting and very filling. Thank you Chili's for turning a sad day into a better one spent with family and friends around great food and a good time.

I have not yet had a bad experience at Chili's in Sioux City. Restraunt is clean, fast and friendly service and a lot of food for reasonable cost for family. Have good promotions and different menu dishes and drinks to try, which are usually fun/festive per season.

Charged us for our free chips and salsa. Wings were pretty terrible. Burger was extra well done. Mashed potatoes had a strange taste. Too bad, used to be a favorite of ours.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. My boyfriend and I both had adult beverages, and I ordered a cup of loaded potato soup. I also had the bacon, avocado grilled chicken sandwich. He had a double hamburger. The food was great! My only negative was that the cup of soup was really small. Otherwise, the portion size for the rest of our food was very generous. This was my first time visiting this Chili's location, and it definitely exceeded my expectations!

Thank you Chili's for the raw or bad chicken wings you gave me and now I'll be up all night with food poisoning! I will make sure to get a hold of your corporate office tomorrow to report your sioux city chain and your unprofessional cooks and managers that would let that food leave their kitchen!

The chili was so bad. Such a strong cumin taste, server didn't even bother to ask how our food was. It wasn't that busy. The bbq sauce on the boneless wings tasted like tomato sauce over, very bland & tasteless. Not impressed, won't be in any big hurry to go back.

We just stopped for a beer to celebrate. No bartender around until we had been there 4 or 5 minutes. She was pleasant but the glasses were dirty and water spotted. Very unappealing. Counters were sticky and dirty and it was still only 4:30. Won't be stopping there again.

It was a snowy night, checked into our hotel. A lot of places were closed. Very thankful they were opened. Service was quick and food was good. The most awesome thing when we went out to our car, they shoveled right up to our car doors.

The place has horrible management they are understaffed so they overwhelmed the server food took forever drinks took forever. This place used to be a good joint to eat at but now it's just taking up a good spot for a restaurant. The chips and salsa are still good thought if you want to go and eat chips and salsa and wait 20min for your drinks

Did a curbside order. Was supposed to be ready by 5:37. It wasn't ready til 6:20. Once we got it home, realized they gave me 2 half full Alfredo sauces instead of the 2 skillet quesos I ordered. Husband was not happy as this is my daughter's fav! He ended up driving back to get the quesos. Won't be back for a while.

Took an hour to get our food and when we did it was not even hot. They need more help so they can properly wait on customers.

We had a large group and all staff jumped in to get our orders and food was great! Managers worked right along with the servers and we really enjoyed our meal!

I am not a fan of going to Chili's. No particular reason besides just preferring other similar chains food offerings better. My friend picked this place so I decided to order a new menu item: Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada. Wow this was way better than expected! I would return to Chili's again right away to get this meal. Very impressed with this experience and plan to return to Chili's again sooner in the future.

I had the appetizer pick three to go. Very wings and cheese crispers very good. Mini burgers were good as well wish they would have been separate from buffalo wings so bun wasn't soggy from sauce otherwise very good.

Usually has good food but was not good this time. Daughters grill cheese the cheese was not melted. Appetizers came out cold with the rest of our meal. Missing one appetizer that they still charged us for. Wife’s fajitas were awful. Four small pieces of chicken and the rest was all onions. Enough chicken to make one fajita. Service was ok but food was not good.

Amazing food. Everything we got was great. Tender ribs. Great salad. Drinks were not watered down. Waitress was very attentive. Drinks never ran out. We came in late but they didn’t get pushy. Fantastic time and food.
