Nice place. I’ve never had a bad meal. Nice good service. Walked right in and was seated. The bottomless fries were a bigger hit when the still lived at home. The have nice size burgers six ounces. I got the brisket bbq burger and a regular cheeseburger.

Always friendly staff. They’re always coming out with new menu items that are always 10/10

food was good, waiter was friendly and attentive though he was a bit overwhelmed because it seemed like he was the only server working at that time. Heard someone yell a phrase in the kitchen that would have the Karen's raging. Me and my date laughed it off, but probably not the best for the kiddos to hear. Was an isolated incident and not the usual experience of dining there we experienced in the past. Probably just someone having a rough day and not let me speak to the manager worthy. I only remember it because it gave us something to chuckle about later.

It was super busy that day but they tried to be very attentive with us. Food was good!

Gotta say I was pretty disappointed. Our waitress was so-so. My food was okay but when I asked that they leave off the tomato she i formed me it was on the side. I had to tell her I didn't want it on my plate. (food allergy) Somehow this translated to an absolutely dry bun with no sauce at all. It wasn't worth trying to catch up with her to get it corrected. We paid in cash our total was $29.60, paid with a $50. She asked if we wanted change. Um...yes. She brought us back $20 in change and walked away. Overall not the best experience.

Absolutely delicious burger. Best I have ever had. I ate the Banzai burger and fries. Fries were just fries they did stand out but the burger is totally worth going. Service was ok it was obvious our waitress was new so I don't want to make any remarks that's just due to inexperience.

Waiter forgot my chicken wrap and when I got it awhile later, not even half a piece of chicken was in there. It was only in the middle where it seemed like it had chicken, but I felt it was empty and opened it. Nothing. We had to leave, and I still think it was ridiculous to charge us for the drinks and wings (mind you, only two wings were eaten.) Horrible experience on 11/18/23 at 6:20pm. Shame I didn’t take a picture.

Red Robin isn't what it used to be. It was always a full on experience, and now it is just a tired chain with overpriced common food and too few good workers. That said, we totally scored with our waitress last night...she was a gem! The most attentive in years and handled her job perfectly. TY! But, my no pink burger, was pink. When I spoke up about it, they remade me one and 20 mins later out it comes. Having munched my fries, I'm not even hungry by this point. They package it to go. At checkout time, both full price burgers are sitting on the ticket. Fine...I don't feel like paying $17.50 for a reheated burger tmrw and a few dead fries....I'm just going to give you this back so you can remove the charge. No problem, charge removed, but go ahead and keep the burger because otherwise we just toss it. Cool. Little bit of work to get there, but content with results. The bfs fish plate was sparse for the price, but good. Fries were hot and yummy. One thing I highly recommend though....clean clean clean....your window blinds! A food establishment can NEVER be clean enough, and this was pretty bad. It was a bit icky to have in my view while eating.

The food is always great. Then I get a glimpse into the kitchen and it's been a disaster at times. Messes on the floor and water. Some of the seats need replaced in the dinning area. Not to far gone to be bad. But hopefully they can fix up a few of these issues in the near future

On 8/23 I ordered 2 sandwiches with no mayo, both came with mayo on both sides of the bun. Spiked Freckled lemonade was made with Malibu not Titos (horrible do not recommend this combination) Waitress was wonderful. Last trip I had a couple weeks ago, waitress/bartender ignored me when I tried to ask her for a menu to order food at the bar. Sat with my friends for a little while and left to eat else where after paying for my one drink.

As much as I love the food the service can be a hit or miss. However, we have had some amazing service/servers and our food is usually 8/10!

I had their Mushroom and Swiss Burger. It was great. The waitress was very busy but she did get us everything we wanted. I like that you can pay at your table with your credit card online.

Waited more than 30 minutes to be seated when originally informed the wait would be 10 minutes, forgot about our drinks, very slow service overall. Food was great as always though.

The place was half full. Took 15 min to get drinks ordered. We ordered food & drinks at the same time. Waited another 20min for drinks. Waited 15min AFTER drinks arrived for food to arrive. Waitress asked if anyone wanted refills, told her yes, 15min still no refills. As we were getting coats on ONE refills shows up. No apologies just a statement that we are really busy. Will not be going back. Worst service ever!

Ordered 2 orders of wings to go.. got home. Wings were sooo dry.. barely had any sauce…. Won’t be back anytime soon

First time coming to this restaurant. Great choices. Burger was great and the fries were good, too. Wish they had a list on the menu of sauces they provide. The waitress knew a few but since I'd never eaten, something a little more detailed would have helped. Still good food and would come back. Inside is clean, it was a little cooler temp wise next to the window but it was a cold day, too. They were out of a few different appetizers right away at the start of lunch. Don't know if that was a truck issue or under ordering on their part.

We had an offish vibe from our server today & was served cold sweet potatoe fries other than that it was okay.

Has gone down hill. Went about hour before close. Staff was more attentive of getting ready to close. Order taken food brought no more wait staff. No drink refills no "how was your food". Food was bland at best. Had a wrap. My friend had a bbq burger. Said it was not hot at all. But could not complain no wait staff. Tried to get the bar persons attention. Asked to wait a minute left the area came back in about 5 minutes went back to cleaning the bar.

They were SWAMPED for Black Friday and only one server was there and she still crushed it!! we didn't have to wait to be greeted, place our order, and she checked on us frequently! and of course the food was delicious 😋

Red Robin has always been a great place to go if you are look for a great burger or in need of a lot of steak fries. The host quickly seated us we were greeted and had our drinks and food ordered in a quick but friendly manner and the food itself didn't take long to arrive. Checkout was quick and painless as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you looking for a good place to eat.

Took family here for the first time, nice and clean. Very friendly. For a burger restaurant id have to say it was the best burger I’ve had in a while. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.

One server for an entire room of tables. The waitress was doing her best, it was too much for one person. My burger was dry and pathetic. The dipping cheese was brought in a plastic container. The plastic and cheese had been microwaved, the plastic was HOT and had melted. Hot plastic and melting plastic in contact with food is a NO -GO. I sent it back. I will not be back.

One of the great things about this place, is the fact that you get unlimited steak fries with most meals on the menu. Not only are these fries really good, but if you have not tried their campfire sauce, you need to. It’s that orangish looking sauce in the pictures. Ever since I was turned on to that sauce years ago, it’s all I use for fries anymore, and I have yet to hear of anyone not liking it. As for the burger, pictured in my post is the Southern Charm Burger. Their menu lists it as Brown sugar glaze, candied bacon, Whiskey River® BBQ Sauce, Cheddar, caramelized onions, lettuce and mayo on a toasted brioche bun. I did enjoy it, and the waitress said it gets ordered a lot and people seem to like it. Service is almost always good as well. You get the occasional anomaly where someone isn’t very attentive, but most the time, the drink refills and fries refills are kept on top of.

The rating that I gave pertain to the service.. We were seated in a timely manner and the young man told us the name of our server, she did come and take our orders but when they brought the food in there was a few things missing that was supposed to be there 'before' we received our orders.. she should have gave us forks and napkins..😪 we had to ask 5 times 🤔🤬from different people and finally when our server came and she asked how everything was we all kind of looked at her funny and asked for forks and napkins even though we were halfway through our food.. I have been a waitress myself for at least 4 years and I always have seated somebody with silverware and napkins. Maybe this is something that should have been given out to us by the person that seated us at our table.. This is the first time I've ever ate at Red Robin I think this might be the last..
