7/13/2022 Another good Culver's. My number one place to stop when I'm on the road.

The food was great (as always) but I came here to recognize an outstanding employee I interacted with today. His name is Tony and he deserves a raise! Rarely have I encountered such a patient and warm employee at a fast food joint. I hope he gets recognition for his awesome customer service!

Food is still fine, getting more pricey. Also not happy that the entire chain sold out to Coke and no longer carries Pepsi products. When you get used to a certain beverage with their food, it really lets you down eating there now.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was very satisfied with the employees all wearing masks. They were all very nice. The food I had was good. Even their customers were nice and all wore masks. Funny thing is, they didn't even need to advertise to wear one but everybody did. This place will 100% be receiving my business again. It earned a 5 star rating for being amazing :) I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first fast food since corona started. They are doing everything right at this location :)

Freshly cooked. I asked for longer grilling on the onions for my sandwich. They were perfect. I did ask for a single burger but they gave me a double instead. Fries, rings and chocolate shake were delicious, as usuall.

Clean place and nice space to eat, but standard fast food setup, nothing to write home about. Service was great; our first time coming and was very helpful. Daughter has peanut allergy and they went above and beyond tl clean equipment for her. Ice cream was okay, reminded me of a think frosty. Wasnt my favorite, kids enjoyed them, and wife said hers malt was good. Worth going to, not for me, but was good enough. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is personal opinion.

Another great Culver's location! Everything was clean and the food was great (although the burger patties were a little crispy for my liking). Taylor took our order and was very nice and understanding even though it took us a while to decide what he wanted. Will come back when in the area again! (I'd add photos to this review but I ate the food too fast.)

Culver's has a fast-food feel to it but our food was really delicious and very, very fresh. Mom had a milk shake that she said was amazing! My cheese curds were delicious too! The staff was super friendly and efficient.

I've only had the dessert here but I have to say Frozen Custard will change your life they've got a variety of different toppings and mix-ins that are to die for I can't wait to come back to this place

Ordered 3 shakes and a mushroom and Swiss burger. Waited over 20 mins. Got the mushroom and Swiss burger then had to wait for the 3 shakes. All 3 came like this. Since when do they not mix them? Very disappointing.

Typical food and environment, but Taylor i believe it was, young gentlemen working the counter a cpl times ive been here told me about a four pint party pack that actually made it more affordable to visit and grab some custard up instead of ice cream from walmart down the way. In for the second time since to grab that along with a meal, great customer experience each time but extra credit to this guy for goin above n beyond

Delicious food and fast friendly service. I recommend the butterburger and cheese curds with caramel sauce

We went to the restaurant last evening and a man named Taylor was teaching a new person at the check out. He was so kind working with her and us to get our order like we wanted. Later when another new employee had a small disaster taking care of the drink station area and was really down on himself, he came softly over to say, things happen, you're okay. You can do it this way next time, it'll be easier. Just pick these lids up and remember to wash your hands before you start the next thing. It was a great example in living life the way it was meant to be. He is worth his weight in gold! We go here so often for good food and enjoy the way we're treated.**********

Always wonderful service and associates. They have a gluten free bun, which makes it possible for me to eat there. They will also hand out free sample cups of the flavor if the day ice cream in some locations. Really good fresh food and always a clean restroom.

The food was served fast hot and fresh. Room was clean. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Great location and atmosphere. I do not tend to eat inside, and it was worth it. It was very busy, but quick.

We go there often, usually very satisfied. This time, our order was messed up even after the counter person read it back to us.

Great Burgers and fries!! Outstanding Service!

Came for supper , drove home from Louisiana since this morning . Stopped in after driving all day , dreaming of the cheese curds the last few hours before pulling in to Culver’s . 😩. Rubbery dry stale cheese curds.. I’m to polite and shy to go ask for new ones . Still love ya , just uber disappointed.

Still one of the best kids meal deals around. Burger, fries, drink,AND dessert! $7ish. Good fast food.

Extremely fast and friendly service even on busy weekend rushes. Have never had a bad meal and the custard is a highlight for sure.

Always a good place to eat. Went 1/21/23 to grab lunch and my order was delivered by a eight year old kid! How is that even allowed to happen? Who is this kid? Was he on clock?

Another place starting to charge for condiments. Ranch dressing 25cents, after taxes 27cents. I got near 20dollars worth of food and I went back to get ranch sauce and they wanted to charge me. Which if I had a quarter and 2 penny's. I would have. I didn't want to run my card for such a low amount and they refused to give me the sauce. I asked for a refund and they did. Never was they rude. The worst part. They just threw it away! After my refund. I will not go to Culver's again. In any location. If they think it's ok to waste food like that. They're prices are already high (that's before this supposed inflation as well!) and the nerve they have to charge for ranch sauce! Then just threw food away! If i knew they would do that. I would have paid the 27cents! Terrible waste! (Especially when a person was on the corner asking, with a sign for anything, in January. With snow on the ground) Again, I will not do business with Culver's again! Threw away food because of 27cents! Waste, greed and disregard on so many levels. Awful!

I go to this Culver's regularly when I'm in the mood for a good burger. While the burgers are fantastic the fries are only meh. The fries are always chewy and kinda soggy. A better choice would be their cheese curds or onion rings those two options always seem to be crisp and tasty.

Friendly staff. It was subzero wind chill, so they were not running food out. They were making food in advance. Normally they make it when you order, but I'm perfectly OK with that. I wouldn't want them to have to keep going outside to run food. Way too cold. I hope no one complains. Still good tasting food! Fries were still hot! This is a place we stop when we are driving through Sioux City and need to get something to eat.

Food was decent. I ordered a double bacon whatever it is burger and it ended up being one of the smallest greasiest bacon double cheeseburgers I've ever had in my life. There was ketchup all over the top of the bun which made for a big mess. Either they ran out of fries when they put my order together or someone just didn't put many in there. Needles to say that was an expensive meal and I was still hungry after I ate it. It was really good, just not impressed with the quality or what I got for the price.

The food is always great the place nice. It's great to go if you're hungry

Didn't realize they were doing a car show! The line for food was not too bad and there was a little wait for the food...but being able to cruise and see some great cars was worth it all!

Pleasant atmosphere and staff, although the cheese curds seemed undercooked and the burger was dry and overcooked.

I generally enjoy Culver's, but we had a bad experience during this visit. It was already busy to begin with, but people who paid after us were leaving the restaurant before we had gotten our food. Unfortunately, our order was wrong, and our food was cold.
