Chick-fil-A has always been safe for me: the fries, grilled chicken on gluten-free bun, nuggets, and their milk shakes! Sometimes the gluten-free bun is dry, but the sauses help.

I was very disappointed in how dirty the inside of this restaurant has become. They use to run like a well oiled machine and I would always say i wish everywhere was ran like chick-fil-a! I understand the short staffing issues but at the same time pride in the work place is something that needs to be passed down from owners to managers to front line employees. It is sad to see that here as well so many places that the pride is lost 😔.

I took my daughter to the drive-thru she already knew what she wanted but I did not. One was very very long and they had people out there taking the orders. I told the lady that my daughter knew what she wanted but I did not. She told me she did not have a menu. He went through a couple of things like she was in a rush. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which I really didn't want but I took it anyway.. I felt I was being rushed through.. I was it's very disappointed in my meal but my daughter liked hers.

Maybe chick FIL a just isn't good at breakfast. Ordered on the app for dine in on Saturday morning around 9:45. Most of the tables don't have numbers anymore. After the app said our order was ready and on the way, still waited more than 5 minutes before seeing our food. Inside wasn't very busy, drive thru was. Maybe they were short staffed, but why were there 3 employees on break at the same time?

Never will I ever order curbside from Chick-fil-A again. I was there waiting for over 20 minutes. I called and spoke to the manager. She apologized and said I’d be right out. I waited another 10 minutes. I went in and they didn’t even start my order to bring it out to me. I over heard the gal saying she forgot about the order. I wasted my whole lunch hour waiting on food when it should’ve been done by the time that I was there.

I loved eating at this place but now they raised the prices and make the chicken smaller it ruined it Here's a pic of the 4 piece chicken strip they used to be twice the size so disappointing

Ordering online is pointless, we ordered 20 minutes before we arrived and still had to sit in line for 15 minutes... Not only that once I got to the front of the line at least 4 people behind me got their food first. Hard to understand their process since they eliminated the carry out option

Posting as a dasher - I'm sure the food is fine. But as a food delivery person, the restaurant gives us an expected time for the food to be ready. and it's almost always 10-15 min after that. The customer is still getting hot food but I could be doing other deliveries and actually making money. They should be held accountable for the time they give. Update : I've been there a dozen times since and have not waited more then a couple min past the pick up time. Updating rating. Update 2 : my last pick up I tried to get an employee attention to say the person I was waiting for, like the app tells me to do. I was ignored several times. And finally when I was acknowledged the person said, "I'm busy". Update 3 : after submitting my feedback on Chick-fil-A website one of the store managers called me today. It was nice to be heard.

Bro I got a bad cookie and I called them about it and they said they make them fresh. I want it to be known I’ve had many cookies from this God fearing restaurant, but today the devil is pulling strong because this cookie had simply gone bad. When I asked the manager on the phone she said all the other cookies had no complaints. Now I’m happy to hear that, but my cookie was an amalgamation of the worst qualities. Jokes aside, we waited 45 minutes for food then it was bad. Then I called and told them and basically got told I was the problem😭😂what is going on here lol

The store is always filthy when we go inside, the bathrooms are in poor condition, food from previous customers on floor and tables, stains on little patio area by drive through (which really who wants to eat in a small area outside with nonstop customers driving past you). There's an occasional visit where we go through drive through and the food is hot and fresh but for the most part the fries and sandwiches/chicken pieces are closer to room temp and this is after an average 10-20 minute wait to place order and get food, then eat it in closet parking lot (mall). They definitely have trouble keeping up with the massive demand they have been getting. We've opted for other restaurants many times due to the quality of atmosphere, service, and food decline.

Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches and is tops in customer service. They are always friendly and will even get refills for you. They need another location in Sioux City since they closed the mall's inside location. Their only location is constantly busy, and the drive-thru is always packed.

Sioux City was way too crowded. No place to sit. 100° outside. I had 3 kids with me. I literally stood beside a table waiting for the people to leave the table so I could sit down. I will enjoy going some place else.

Awesome crew and the best place in Sioux City I'll drive across town just to eat there. I just wish we could tip You have so many great Employees. Very Very Polite and always working. Never standing around doing nothing. Thank You for being here in Sioux City Ia

Great chicken sandwiches and nuggets. Polite and helpful staff. Dining room workers brought me a dipping sauce and refilled my soft drink. Busy fast food atmosphere at lunchtime but I found s parking spot, cashier was very efficient and got a table to eat at. Unlike competitors, no discounts offered for military veterans or senior citizens

Still Chick-fil-A so I'm giving 4 stars, but not impressed with the service or food at this one. I specifically asked for Chick-fil-A sauce with my chicken sandmich AND nuggets. When I got the bag, there was only two sauces in it which is not enough for how much chicken I got. Everyone knows the Chick-fil-A sauce is what makes the food there so great. Without it, I was left eating my chicken sandmich sauce less. Plus my nuggets were cold and you could tell they've been sitting out for a while. 4/5.

Busy at times but a streamlined customer friendly service gets you in and out quickly with good food as well. Recommended!

People of Sioux City, after experiencing another Chick-fil-A in Omaha, you have no idea how old we have it. I waited in line 20 minutes there and in a longer line her, waited 7 minutes. Good work team!!! Chick-fil-A corporate, take a note of how we roll in Sioux City!

The salad I got was fresh and tasty. The wait was worth it.

Excellent service even when busy. Food is fresh and delicious. Clean restroom. Had the classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries and iced tea.

they were so nice and wonderful. the food was delicious. I went there & didn't realize it was still breakfast hours. so when I ordered I told them a #1 & #2 thinking I was ordering from the lunch menu. I got my food & was like this isn't what I ordered..she explained to me it was still breakfast time & even though it was 100% my fault the girl was a sweetheart & had them make me lunch which she didn't have to do at all.

Late night drive thru at 8:30. Both lanes very slow moving. Food great.

Omg. I had never been to one before. People kelp on telling me I had to try it. So I did Lord Jesus I have to say the best chicken place in the world.

They do a great job getting customers taken care of with a smile and focus on customer service. I love the waffle fries and they are always hot and cooked right. Thanks for your hard work

Not my best Chick-fil-A experience. Breakfast menu was still running, but they were out of biscuits and orange juice. (Supply Chain issues) Staff did their best, but 3/4 of breakfast menu is biscuits.

For the most part, this Chick-fil-A gets it right. I have had a few unpleasant experiences and messed up orders, but overall it's far less than other fast food restaurants, and they do frequently try to fix it. I like the fact that curbside is offered since sometimes the drive-thru line is absolutely crazy.

Probably the worst Chickfila I've been to regarding customer service (friendless of the employees) and speed of service. But food is good as always.

For most people waiting in line for 20 minutes to get their food must be okay because this line is huge and people love this place but there is no way I will ever wait in line again it's chicken that's it chicken is not worth a 20-minute line

Slammed!! As any Chick-Fil-A is, as it should be! I didn't like the way the drive-thru was looking so I ended up trying to weasel through to find a spot and go inside. It was worth it, staff was nice and helpful. The food was a little bit rushed but, like I said, they were slammed!

What do they put in their chicken?! Crack? It's so yummy! Always bananas packed!! For as busy as they are, staff is always nice and service is quick. Don't be intimidated by the amount of cars.
