Has great selection of good quality foods. Also a new arcade with modern games was a big hit. A family fun center.

My daughter had my grandson's 8th birthday party at their new arcade room. Everyone that came had fun. All the kids really truly enjoyed themselves. The staff make sure that we were taking care of and that I need were met. We even asked for a specials Cherry cactus cactus Pizza and they made special for us. Thank you Pizza ranch for making my grandson's birthday special! Thank you to all the staff at Pizza ranch that were there who helped keep the buffet full and clean one the March 22 2022 making my grandson's Day special and for making everyone there have a wonderful night.

We get together once a month (family) brothers and cousins ​​grandparents this time only about 9 people could come to eat we really like the chicken and the pizza they ask for "special", this last time we didn't like anything they forgot to make the "special *pizza they were waiting for 5 people of my family they never made it and the other 4 ordered chicken because they didn't have fried chicken either, other people waiting for the chicken were not happy with the wait! They said a few minutes and it left, Nope 17 minutes later they took out the chicken it was over very quickly and we waited again, the people at the tables on the sides told us that this happens very often mmm.🤔 the next meeting of the month that we have we will think twice before returning to this place.

It was a busy night and the buffet was often picked over for pizza options. The chicken side of the buffet seemed to keep up with the demands of the night. Also took a quick tour of the new arcade, pretty sure next time we'll be spending some time in there!

I was in for the buffet on Tuesday of this week. I realized after we left that I was charged $48 for only one buffet--it should've only been $16 or so with tax. I have called 2x to get this rectified and each time, I am told to call back again because there is only one manager that can fix the issue and they're not in... What?? How do you run a business with only one manager that can solve issues like this?

Salad bar was well stocked. Pizza was fresh. Chicken was tasty. Staff was friendly. Arcade games were fun to play after dinner with my son.

7:00 pm the buffet had basically no food there was a line of people waiting when they would finally set out a pizza or a desert it was gone instantly because so many people were waiting for it. I am a regular to pizza ranches and go to about 7 different locations. This was the worst experience I have had at a pizza ranch. I updated my review. There was 1 younger gal that was working her butt off. She was stocking the buffet and running the register. They did finally put out pizzas and got caught up but they were all thin crusts so I was still a little disappointed.

If only I could find a clean plate... The pizzas okay , The fried chicken is amazing....Half of all the plates , glasses and silverware was covered in gunk. The most likely reason for this is improper use of the dishwashers... you get what you pay for...pay the staff enough to care about doing their job right and teach them how to do their right.

The problem is that I ordered five medium pizzas for a party at our home. But each pizza was not baked fresh for us. They were a conglomeration of separate pizzas boxed as if they were one. The cut size was inconsistent. The edges of the crust didn’t line up—like they took pizza off the buffet and some from the kitchen and put it in the box and called it one pizza. This is NOT what I paid for. Will not order carry out from them again.

FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE!! Employees clearly cared about a job well done- food was hot, delicious and many options for the buffet. Attentive and kind staff. Arcade was a blast(I'd come back there without my kids!) Kids really enjoyed it, especially the soft serve ice cream and arcade.

Absolutely horrible experience. We purchased a birthday package and upon arrival nobody seemed to know what was going on. We were directed to the reserved party area which was supposed to be decorated with banners and flyers as the birthday package indicated the only decoration we received was a glittery cowboy hat. When we made the reservation for the party package we clarified multiple times what was included in the package we chose and saw pictures advertising how it would look. The worst part of the experience was trying to watch a sad birthday girl try and have fun and enjoy her special day despite the lack of preparation poor planning and execution by ALL team members we encountered including the manager. I would not recommend this place to anybody especially if you are purchasing a party package. Update: the manager of pizza ranch reached out and explained the circumstances of what happened was very sincere and apologetic and professional. I think the situation was handled properly by management and we are satisfied with the outcome of the situation. Thank you pizza ranch for rectifying the situation.

NOT Impressed. Maybe because I am a prissy "foodie," but the pizza is sub-par. The chicken wasn't bad. No beer available... how can you eat pizza without 🍺? Children running around wild and it just seemed like a "Free for all" because this place is run by children. Probably won't visit this place again unless I am invited to another party.

Prices have SKY ROCKETED. Won't be going here much anymore. 5 dollar increase in 1 year is OUTRAGEOUS....also at that price cold milk is mandatory!!! Who washes ice cream or cookies down with water or soda pop???

I was there on 6/15/23 and we arrived a little after 4 p.m. The chicken had been there for quite a while and was chewy instead of crispy. For what is being charged, the food should have been fresh. We were here a few mos. ago and this was the same scenario. Highly disappointed.

Food was not refilled. There was no silverware, had to use paper cups. We bussed our own tables while the staff were on their phones.

Ordered carryout via the website using the advertised deals. No issues with the website. Food was as expected pizza ranch quality. The service at this location needs much improving. Estimated order time was 20 minutes, took 40 minutes to get. Tried the drive-up window first, no one home so after 3 minutes of waiting, went inside and waited even longer. Young man at the front was in way over his head.

Sorry, my most recent dine in experience was not good. We were asked for a type specialty pizza and was given a buzzer that never went off...so the pizza was never made. Asked about it, I was given an apology and was told they would remake the pizza......still never never received. Looked at other tables around us, counted 3 others with a buzzer that did not go off, and never received their pizza either. Salad bar, pizza bar, chicken/pasta bar, and dessert bar were empty-handed. Lots of tables, including ours, left dissatisfied. Management never came around to check or gave an explanation of the chaos.

Food was okay, service was very questionable. Got up to get our second plate and an employee thought we were finished and took our cups😂 (even though I literally almost ran into him 3 different times while gathering my second plate of food) watched him do it to another couple seated near us right after as well claiming there’s a time limit on how long you can be up before they “have” to take your things (pretty stupid). Flies kept bothering me while I ate and I was very clearly swatting at them and another employee somehow thought the sun was in my eyes and recommended I shut the blinds if the sun is bothering me😂😂

We come here all the time.But this afternoon total worse.I brought my 2 grandson's ages 10 and 12 .It cost ne 35.00 salad bar was needing refill.order a cheese pizza for the boys they made half pineapple ,so they didn't get as many pieces as they wanted.Chicken was ok the Mac and cheese was sitting pretty much gone and dried up.plates were dirty on the bottom just felt over all I waisted My money and wasn't pleased at all today.its Nov 7th at 4.05 and wr got here at 3 30. I thought it was lunch price till 4 maybe I'm wrong I was charged dinner price for us I question the guy took my order didn't know. Instead of finding out. I have asked 2 other workers they don't know either.Plates stayed piled up in front if us until just now a lady came and cleared them off, Not very happy right now.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza when we paid ,, had the little chip looking thing on the table and finally when we were about done with our meal the older lady that was bussing tables asked about our special pizza order .. we told her we didn't get it oh boy did she get up set .. she went and told the manager ... the manager came to the table to explain why we didn't get our pizza ... of course it was the same ol story ... we are short staffed and they must not have understood where the pizza was suppose to go cause it is on the hot table and we are welcome to go get it from there .... not even an apology or anything .... wow! Not very good customer service when your buss lady cares more for the customer than your management staff .... really need to do better ... this was all arround 1230pm on Sunday November 5th 2023 at the Floyd blvd location in sioux city IA

Always a consistent experience, buffet is always full of great fresh choices and if they don't have what you want just ask and they will make it for you. This time was a very busy day and I was impressed with how quickly they kept the buffet filled and how clean the restaurant was kept with all the little kids there.

Horrible!! Order delivered 45mi- hr late. Half the order was missing. Don't recommend this location. Was hung up on and called a liar when I said half of my stuff was missing. I don't want a refund, I don't want a coupon. I'll never order from ya again.

Sioux City PR let me down today. The lunch buffet was old and bare. We can in at 12:55 for lunch and yes, i get that is considered a late lunch but if your buffet goes till 1:30 please have fresh food out there until that time. If I knew I was going to pay $30 bucks for 2 people to eat leftovers, I would have just went across the street to Jimmy John’s for a fresh sandwich for half the price.

Amazing family atmosphere and kind employees. Had a birthday party there today and it was great! Kids had so much fun and lots of compliments on the chicken and buffet. The young man running the arcade is the best with the kids and super patient when they are spending 20 minutes to pick out their life long prize. 6/5

The salad bar was the nastiest I have ever seen in my lufe.i watched the young girl fill it.yhe new stuff on top of the old ..the cheese was in the peas .there was justi mixed food everywhere. The pasta was raw and old pizza was doughy.it was a 73$ waste. No one took anything off our table until we stood up to go in the game room.now there was no one 8n t here to control the kids in there with there pizza and no parents we spent another 40$ for games .with the kids playing the games with there sauce hands and putting no credits to really play we left after 10 minutes. No parents no employee.there was 1 good thing in the end.we all agreed the parking lot was the best thing there ...as we left..short handed? No not even busy.lazy employees standing drinking and on there cell phones 3 .next time I will take pictures and video to the main office. But there will not be a next time for my family.kids eat free on Tuesday night.mine didnt.

The chicken and salad bar selections are considerably better than what I've found elsewhere in Siouxland. The pizza selection on the buffet, usually the selling point of the buffet, was going though a bit of a Groundhog Day crisis, where it was the same pizzas coming out over and over again... No fun new varieties to try.

Was TOTALLY DISGUSTED when I saw a lady with a 🐕‍🦺 the height of the buffet sniffing the pizza!! She walked around the bar 2 times that I saw. Usually service dogs are smaller. Hadn't seen 1 as high as her hip. She was about 5'8". She walked by a manager or ast mr who took a step back with a tray of food in her hands. I understand she has a right to her dog but out of courtesy to others, she could've asked a waitress to watch the dog by the table while she served her plate. Great-grandsons bday party was held in one of the reserved rooms. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had fun in the game room. Oh, and the food was yummy.

No new pizza for 20 minutes. Plates, bowls and utensils filthy. Flies all over the buffet lines, sitting at table and couldn't keep flies off your food. Left food on table and headed for Mr. Stir fry to buy a second lunch we can actually enjoy. Won't be back.

I spent over two hundred dollars on family and self. Once kids were fed i went to go get a plate. Had a couple bites and went to help small children play games in the Fun Center. I figured I would get a little more to eat after I helped the kids I went back and all of the food from all of the buffets had been removed and it already pretty much all done cleaned down at 9:30 p.m. when I asked where all the food went they said their kitchen closes at 8:30 we were still eating and grabbing stuff by then or after I asked about more food or ordering and they said the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. I asked where do you notify your customers of that and nobody could give me an answer your site and the store say that you are open till 10:00 I feel if I spend that much money I should be able to grab a plate at 9:30 p.m. or even 9:45 absolutely ridiculous and I'm pretty sure I refuse to spend any more money at least at this location.

I really love the new fun zone that they have The only thing with it is that you definitely run out of Points for the games really fast because each game is basically 4 points So you always have to add money onto the card for more points The day we went it was crazy busy out of control there. everything was dirty I swear I think I only saw the manager really running around and doing anything their Was really no food and everything that was out was definitely needing to be replaced

Very cool place. I went with my family and I ate the amazing salad bar and pizza, they loved the chicken. So glad Joplin Missouri opened one today.

Enjoy Pizza Tanch and brought two picky kids. Something for everybody. Place was clean, bit food coming out was slow for buffet style so some things had to be waited on or never came out despite asking twice. Overall we will go back.

we love the pizza ranch, it's my son's favorite place to eat. and now that it has the arcade room , we stay there for alil awhile longer.
