Been years since I’ve tried here. Was ok. Seemed over staffed and people goofing around more than working. But, I’d rather have that than some poor understaffed crew. Considering the heavy crew, I had to look around for a table that was clean. Many had not been tended to recently. Men’s bathroom was out of order, so everyone was limited to one restroom. It’s only a single person restroom, so it’s manageable. Restroom could have been a legit problem that they were waiting on a plumber for. Food seemed somewhat bland to me. Not just in general, but putting it up against places like Pancheros and Qdoba. Some of their items were also extra money to add, where it’s not at others. Once I got the burrito in my hands, it felt loose and not very firm. Had a tendency to want to fall apart as a result. Other places, they wrap them fairly tight, and they hold their formation better without falling apart, not to mention you get a better deal by having more food included in them. Most the time when I’m in this area, I pick other places. I think I’ll continue to do so, as I would rather eat at the other 2 mentioned above anyhow if I was in the mood for something like this. I’m sure they do a good job for some, but didn’t really trip my trigger, and there’s a lot of options to choose from. Add to the not so great experience, and I just won’t be excited to give it another try.

awful cashier. didn’t ask which food was mine tried to charge me for two bowls. Got an apple juice and a izze for myself. Friend got a bowl and a soda but never got the cup. Went back up to the register to get her son a meal and the cup she paid for and got accused of lying. Then got charged for ANOTHER cup with the kids meal. When both of us went back up to the register with our receipts and the single cup she got, She said she gave ME a cup when I didn’t even buy one and accused us both of lying. Really?? Over a 3$ Soda?? Extremely rude and disrespectful even with all three receipts got accused of trying to get a free drink cup.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Very rude. I ordered a chicken burrito and she even confirmed it. But she gave me steak instead and said "no you said steak." So I turned around and walked out. They should not be rude and I said steak. Whatever happened to good customer service?

Worst Chipotle we've been to across the country. Food was good, service was poor. Chips were stale. The first employee spit into the trash can next to him as he was dishing our food. When we got to the register, it took a bit of time to figure out which of the FIVE employees could ring us up. Finally a young woman came in from the lobby to check us out. She gave me my total before I could even add drinks. Afterward I stated we were short one cup to which she replied she hadn't charged us. There was a lot of miscommunication and felt like all the employees were doing anything but serving customers. Bummer.

She was rude immediately going in, they're queso was chunky they filled the bag for chips with like ten. And paid for a Large. I ordered for a company group and was grabbing silverware. She said do u need more than a couple forks. I said yeah and she said well I guess I'll have to refill it. There was more but ill leave it at that.

Pains me to leave a one star. Asked for queso and got a half a scoop. When I asked if could get some more he said it would cost extra. I said never mind because I didn’t want to argue over cheese. Guy behind me in line got plenty of queso on his bowl though!

Terrible customer service. Cashier simply refused to answer my questions about scanning for points, using a to-go bag, etc. Food was alright, but lower in quality than other Chipotle’s I’ve visited. But mostly the experience was soured by staff who clearly had no interest in speaking with me.

The rice is always un-cooked.. like absolutely!! It was straight up soaked rice grains! Did they forget to cook the rice?? Ridiculous!! I hope they take notice of it and cook the rice well after reading this.

Whenever I am in Sioux City I always stop by to get something to eat. Everything was freshly made and tasted great.

Great food. The service was a little off. I understand they get busy but your cashier does not have to be rude

The staff was terrific! They kept me in the loop when ingredients ran low and checked me out fast! Love this place.

Chipotle is one of my favorite "fast food" places, but out of the many I've eaten at in several different states/cities, Sioux City has the best food hands down. Never had a bad experience with food or service there EVER.

So great! I have celiac disease and appreciated the fact that there was a dedicated worker who understood gluten free and cross contamination ( though there will always be that risk) he washed all of that utensils and used freshly prepped cats of food to ensure the risk of exposure to gluten was as minimal as possible- just so kind and didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience at all…I’m so grateful for the attention to detail and courteous manner in which everyone acted …thanks! We will be back for sure!

As a former employee, had to shout out a fantastic worker named john! Fantastic attitude, great portions! Give him a raise!

I’m a recently diagnosed celiac and I have not gone out to eat in TWO months because of how afraid I am of cross contamination and the lack of gluten free places. I read Chipotle was an okay place to go as a celiac. I hate being an inconvenience and almost walked out because of my anxiety but my sister convinced me to try it out. I started out with mentioning I had celiac and I was handed over to who I assume was a manager on duty. Sure, it’s their job to follow protocol etc BUT this worker made eye contact, smiled, asked questions and began to explain the process. Asked what toppings I wanted and he removed the serving spoons which he took to the back to wash and the rest of the workers changed gloves. This worker (I wish I could’ve gotten his name!! He was thinner, beard, black hair, and gray/green eyes?) made me feel taken care of and I would be lying if I didn’t shed a little tear as soon as I sat down lol. Celiac has been hell in navigating but this place gave me hope. I just hope I get the same experience the next time I go! Because I will be going back. Thank you so much!!!

Arrived at 10:50 and doors were locked. Staff was sitting at the table talking. Another employee was standing at the door looking at us. If it doesn’t open at 10:45 like google states, then it needs to be updated. Also, when we got in, the rice wasn’t ready, staff weren’t prepared for customers, and the cash register wasn’t open.

Pretty tasty, same kind of food as all other Chipotles. Staff were nice enough.

Food is great though the generosity of the meat portions varies by who is making it. I love the fruit waters they have. This one of my splurge places because it can be a bit pricey when you start adding things like guacamole etc. The atmosphere is industrial and loud and seats are uncomfortable. Service is ok
