I would give it zero stars if that was an option. After discovering a lovely hair in my flatbread pizza, I informed an employee. They seemed as if they didn’t give a care in the world. So I quickly left. It clearly wasn’t my hair as I have none.

Presentation is very nice. The food has very little flavor 😞😞. My sandwich was very dry! And soup (I’m a soup lover) was horrible! Brownie is good though! Overall I will not come back. Very expensive for blah boring food.

On three, back-to-back occasions, their salads contained rotten greens and what even appeared to be a moldy stem. For the premium being charged I assumed some level of quality.

This is my 3rd time getting a horrible experience. My salad was black, AND frozen! When you try to call them to tell them about your order they never pick up the phone. They also never give you utensils to eat your takeout food. Last time I drove off and after I parked to eat I noticed I didn’t have a spoon for my soup. Today, I didn’t have a fork for my salad (which I won’t be eating anyway because it’s rotten/spoiled lettuce), this place is going to make people sick! I will also mention that this place is filthy and sticky! There’s a stack of baking pans behind the register and it’s covered in lint from the vents! Yuck. I’m sure they aren’t washing those! Will NOT be coming back here.

I went into the store around 9am for a coffee and a bagel, while waiting for my bagel I heard a manager goes by the name of tyrone being extremely rude to a door dash that the driver couldn’t find an order this man walked out in tears As Soon as I received my bagel I saw a general manager name tag This guy needs to learn some people skills asap! Didn’t even say thank you nor give a smile just threw my bag on the counter as he handed me my food. Do better, I remember Tony the old manager was just amazing. Wonder what happened

Very poor service. Their door clearly marked that they open at 6 AM. However I arrived at 6:45 to find the doors would not open. We seen staff so we knocked hoping for an explaination. The staff just watched us and made no indication of why they were not open. We then called the store only to have no one answer that either. Extremely unprofessional way to treat your customers. Update your hours on your door! You have now lost my and many of my collegues business.

Doesn’t compare whatsoever to the Panera that used to be on Hamilton blvd. the staff and food are alright, it’s the atmosphere that just isn’t right. This location gives off “fast food joint” more than relaxing study spot/cafe like the other location did. This cafe is fairly new and already in poor shape. I plugged my charger into the wall and sparks FLEW out. There are hardly any outlets to begin with and apparently only a few work properly/safely. The music is also loud and not good for a studying atmosphere (the old location played quiet, smooth jazz type music). Panera used to be my go-to study spot and now that I’m back in school again and the old location is gone I am going to need to look elsewhere. They have a drive thru which is super convenient, however I would trade the drive thru to have the old vibe back.

Suzi and the Sioux City Panera catering department did an excellent job of helping me do a lunch with very little notice. They put together a lunch for 25 people with just an hour and a half notice. They actually had it ready ahead of the time they said they could have it ready. They made recommendations of their most popular sandwiches and salads, and took great care to ensure that those attending the lunch would be very pleased. And the box lunches did exactly that...satisfied everyone that attended the lunch.

Their baked goods always look too perfect to eat. My friend loves their mac and cheese. She has crazy allergies, and it's one of the few things she can actually safely eat. The entire place feels far more fancy than your average fast food chain. The cashier was friendly, and made me feel comfortable even though I felt out of place amidst the perfectly topped swirls of their baked goodies. (I tried eating something from there once and they had maybe pickled onions instead of regular ones? Idk, but they were fancy and my friends won't let me live down my reaction to it, so I tend to stick to the drinks and baked goods now, which are both delicious. I will pick up food orders for my friends and they all love the food. I don't hold my friends butholery against the place, I am just the kind of person who finds olive garden to be near my upper limit for fancy dining. So, if you like fancy artisan feasts, you will likely enjoy this place. It's an acquired taste, but good food from what I've experienced.)

We came in just after a volleyball team so we had a short wait for our food. It was definitely worth the wait! The restaurant was clean and despite being busy, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll be back!

This was my first experience at Panara Bread in 6 years, they now offer a gluten free option, the Baja Bowl. The staff was friendly and acknowledged my problems with gluten. Even with their care, I think I may still gotten a little gluten. Over all though the staff was good!

Store is clean, service was fast, and food was delicious. Staff member Josh was so friendly and helpful. He noticed my child wasn't eating much of her Mac 'n cheese and offered to get a to go cup without us having to ask first!

Been here before, never, never have I been so isolated. Older lady sat next to me, turned her back, clutched her purse so close. Even had the nerve to tell her friend, I cant trust "those people", side eye towards my mom, my aunt and I. Felt rushed when I ordered, the cashier gave a heavy sigh. Other than that, food was awesome, just not going to enjoy the inside dining again.

I had been just craving Panera's fresh baked Bread Bowl, with Broccoli Cheddar Soup, more and more as we enter the Fall season. I was able to get to SC for a late lunch today, and it was phenomenal!! I love bread, so I had the baguette as my side, slightly warmed, wow was that ever good too! Nothing says comfort food, and welcomes Fall better than freshly baked bread, and a delicious soup! The Staff was absolutely excellent, as well! Thank you, Panera!! 🧡

It is a little pricey but my food is always fresh. I really like to order hot tea when I am there also. Staff is very friendly. You might wait a couple of minutes for food- but it is made for you, and that takes a minute.

Ordered an assortment of bakery items at drive through yesterday.amongst other items I ordered 2 of the pecan twists. Got home and they had given me some type of chocolate pastries. And the kicker is I tried to call them to get a credit and no one answered the phone THE WHOLE DAY!! I tried in between their busy hrs and mid afternoon lull like it says for you to call and also just before they closed and first thing this morning right after they opened. Seriously?? Guess I won’t be back
