This is the second time I've received the wrong order. When it is finally replaced it is cold and the boxes are smashed . On top of that when the replacement order showed up the guy asked for a tip.

We come from Denver Colorado (raigbraid, we ordered a couple of a couple pizzas and one of them came with a spoonful we kill her and everything but it is a sample of her lack of hygiene We feell bad and desired

We ordered pizza for dinner and had it delivered to us and the only thing I have a complaint about it was supposed to be 2 pizza and one of them supreme and other Taco. Not sure what happened with it because we received the taco but instead of supreme pizza we had received pepperoni. Everything else was great but the mix up on the pizza

We stopped here because the original place we were going to eat had an hour and a half wait. We had been traveling and they were very accommodating. This location is primarily a pick up, but they allowed us to use the seating and eat while we were there. The employee checked on us several times our food was excellent.

Had my order not fully delivered so I drove there to get the rest and Jonathan was the most helpful person I came in contact with. Outstanding individual he is. Appreciate you for your service Jonanthan!

I was transferred to call center then transferred to the store after waiting on hold for 10 minute. We ordered 3 large pizzas and my 2 kids recieved each a 1 topping personal pizza for trick or treating..Everytime we try to use them we are told we are out of personal pizzas 😒 let's not hand out these coupons if we are not going to have them available.

Everything that I ordered was fresh and hot and everything come just the way I ordered it, My order was awesome, I highly recommend this 👍👍👍👍

Had to deal with a disgruntled employee. When simply requesting plates along with silverware she threw her hands up at us like we personally insulted her. She was a middle aged woman who was for some reason bewildered by the request. Pizza was fine aside from the fact we ordered bread sticks with our dinner box then additional breadsticks but only received one tiny little cup of marinara.... Pretty stupid. God forbid ask that woman for something as complicated as asking for sauce. Obviously shes too overwhelmed by her job or her life to process customer service

Food was delicious hot. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful even got me things. I didn't even think I needed like paper plates. Napkins. Red crush peppers and parmesan cheese.. On a bag and ready to go thanks for thinking ahead..😊

Location. Is horrible. Renovation for 3 years? Dead no service. Managers look like crackheads. Don't come here plus drivers 5.50 plus tips.. psshhhhh smoking that stuff Forsure

Placed an order online, when I arrived to pick up my order no one came to the window, I waited for 35 minutes. I honked several times. I then got out to try and go inside, the lobby was closed, but I could see the workers in the back on their phones. The cars in the back were on and warming up as if they were waiting for us to leave to not serve us. I will not be back here again, as well as I will inform others to not go here. Probably one of the most irritating experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Ordered my Pizza an hour ago and still no Pizza. I called and was told they can't give me an ETA because they don't know where the delivery drivers are at. I will never order Pizza Hut again. 💯 Edit: Pizza finally arrived nice and cold just like everyone enjoys. It only verifies that they don't care. The Hamilton store clearly needs new management.

Unfortunately no pizza huts delivery to our area anymore. But we still do carry out often. We always have great service with pick up. If there is an issue (which is rare) the staff is always friendly.

We recently had the worst experience with the Hamilton Blvd Pizza Hut. Tried to order a pizza on Sunday and it switched to carry out after the order was made. Tried to call the store but nobody would answer after an hour on the phone trying to reach them. Never got reimbursed and will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. So to whoever you were working on Sunday I hope our pizza was great since we never got it and your tip was not deserved. Please do better!

Pizza Hut is good but it would be better if they’d get my order right. Wings didn’t have a lot of sauce and were kinda dry. food was cold but that was on me because of the snow but wish they would deliver to McCook lake

Ordered pizza online for delivery, it can fast and piping hot. The delivery driver I had although I didn't catch his name was the nicest driver I've had. He was so nice. Will be ordering from them again

Workers are great. But the food needs more attention. Chicken wings are too dry you can't bite into them. Pizza needs more cheese on them and sauce you can see the crust.

This Pizza Hut is amazing!!! Melissa the lady at the front counter was very helpful and polite and patient while my Mom and I were ordering, she was a great time to talk with and very funny, respectful and sweet, there was a younger gal that was there as well and she was very sweet and she was also working tonight at the Hamilton Pizza Hut as well! I really enjoy coming here the pizza is always fresh and at the best quality. It came at a perfect time and it just felt very welcome in there it’s amazing how kind people can be! This PIZZA HUT ROCKS!!

Very standard Pizza Hut, same as every other location. Service was fast for pickup and no line.

Never have problems with this pizza hut. The delivery driver, Jeff was awesome. Best I've ever had for a driver. Kudos
