Great food, and good clean restaurant. Would come again.

Fast & friendly service. The small size was actually decent, more than enough actually.

Usually very please and never have complaints. Although, I did order through the drive thru a week ago. Ordered the #1 large with a shake and the #7 large with a salted carmel cookie. I got home ( few blocks away) and the cookie wasnt placed in the bag. I called the store and a lady told me she would put my name on a note to replace what was missing. I went again today explained what I was told to get the cookie for this order. I was informed they "don't do that " & that they send coupons. I wasn't asked for my address for any coupons, didn't get the cookie I was missing and nothing was made right. Slightly disappointed I was out the cookie and the money I was charged :/

Why since you are advertising fish when I stop and ask for fish I am told you don’t sell fish I have tried twice and get the same answer

They probably shouldn't have fly swatter back in the kitchen where they're cooking/preparing food.

Food was fresh, speediness of receiving my order was perfect and is a cleanly place to eat at.

I stopped at drive thru. Got a great ROAST Beef Sandwich with some horsey sauce and even included napkins! Way to go!!!!

I don't believe that I've ever had a mixed up order or bad food from this Arby's.

Went here lastnight to grab supper and seriously would of had better food from McDonald's. It was so nasty! Fries were old, dried out and super super salty..probably tried covering up that they sat around all day. Chicken nuggets in the kids meal were old as well...not fresh. The bread for the Ruben was dried out..not much meat either. Overall horrible experience. Won't be back again. Waste of money.

Terrible customer service I asked for no ice in my drink and they put it in there got a kids meal and they forgot the chocolate milk I live out of town and won’t be back

I had asked for a dipping sauce at the window because I forgot to order it with my order. The employee who took my order was cool about it but someone else gave me the sauce and told me to order at the speaker next time. I told him it was a mistake and that he did not need to be rude about it but he tried to argue with me instead. Very disappointed.

I really loved the place. The young female worker was nice to talk to and did a diligent job cleaning the lobby after accurately taking our order. They had our food out in what seemed like 30 seconds. The two for $6 deal made it afforable (we ordered four for $12) and the roast beef sandwiches were good.

This afternoon my husband, son, and I stopped at Arby's on Gordon Drive in Sioux City, Iowa and were greeted by a happy to serve young lady who could answer any questions and give me a yummy healthy option. She checked on us more than once to see if we were enjoying our food and if we needed anything else. She is a real asset to your restaurant and wanted you to know that. I'm not a big roast beef sandwich fan. I had the corned beef and it was pretty good. Wish had grilled it.

Tried their new entrée Fish Strips and Fries ! I was Impressed with the speed of their drive through lane. They were very busy the day I was there, but I received my order quickly. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty.
