I have never had a bad experience at Greenberg’s no matter who is helping me. I usually work with Jeff because he’s been helping my family since I was a little girl. I got engaged just last Saturday. My fiancé picked out the ring at Greenberg's in Sioux City and told me how great the staff was there, raving about Dwight who helped him choose the perfect ring. We went back today to drop it off to be sized and, well, I couldn't be more impressed. What kind, wonderful people. They celebrated for us and with us! Dwight was my go to guy, unfortunately I've been married once before and he helped with both rings. My biggest thing is don't be pushy, don't hound, and don't be a rude. I was suprised that nobody did that, i kinda give an unkind vibe, i am covered head to toe in tattoos, face, arms, legs and NOBODY judged me there, they were friendly, nice, and considerate. I always get judged as a low live it feels like and it made me actually care what they had to say because of how I was treated.. I wont shop anywhere else besides here, oh yeah and they served beer it immediately got my attention 🤣🤣. Give em a shot, i did and it paid off, 8 years in between and they remembered me of course. Amazing customer service! Everyone is extremely welcoming when you come in and they always offer to clean my ring while there. Both Dwight Owen and Natalie Kirkholm assisted me and my fiance while picking engagement/wedding rings and other jewelry. Dwight at Greenberg's is very helpful. He got my charm bracelet in and fixed and ordered another charm for me. I bought my bracelet at Greenberg's quite a few years ago with a certificate we received after making a larger purchase. It is not a traditional charm bracelet but it works for me. I currently have 16 charms all purchased at Greenberg's over the years. Each charm represents every grandchild and 1 great grandchild. Even though my store no longer carries the charms they were able to order one for me. I hope they will be able to continue my tradition for years to come. I will always recommend Greenburgs bot only are the rings are beautiful, but the customer service is outstanding. Dwight helped us and was an absolute doll. There’s a reason this is the only jewelry store I go to. A business where the quality of their products is only outmatched by the quality of their culture and employees. I recently called in looking for a specific ring from years ago for my wife’s birthday and, unfortunately, they no longer produced it. Dwight took it upon himself to call surrounding stores and even called Hearts on Fire themselves to attempt to find it for me while keeping me informed along the way. They go way above and beyond.
