Absolutely no carts to put anything in. So when you take kids and a baby in you're supposed to carry everything including the baby. We were standing in line to check out and there was only 1 cashier then someone else came up to help the people in front of us and after she was done helping them she walked away and left it up to the 1 cashier instead of just helping me who had clothes, and a baby in my arms and 2 kids messing with stuff. Very disappointed.

Great store and very friendly

It's okay, some of the outfits are a bit overpriced though. I don't go here often but it's a great store. The outfits are cute, I would recommend going here. The staff are pretty nice.

A nice selection in a nice location. Like all Old Navy's, clothes are high quality that carry the vibe of being high end for a good price relatively speaking. Down graded for almost being charged regular price for clothes were on sale. Make sure to prices that are coming up with what was marked.

Great selection, awesome sale. The department I went in for primarily was 50% off all weekend and starting prices weren't outrageous. Lots of clearance items and not your usual so ugly you're sure it was never on the floor items some stores have.

Usually not too hip on Old Navy in recent years, but this one is still worth going to. The staff is generally friendly and the clothing is pretty durable and lasts a while. It can run a little pricey.

I have been shopping at Old Navy for as long as I can remember. Today was the worst experience I ever came across there. The cashier was nasty 😨and very unprofessional. Got home and realized she was still wrong in doing my exchange. Went to 2 stars instead of 5 due to the cashier Alyson, who was the worst experience at Old Navy.

I just went in to see if they had a certain item. Unfortunately they didn't but I was helped and greeted by the employees. I went the the dressing room to try things on and the back dressing rooms were used as storage and looked very messy. I wasnt impressed with that. There was a bird inside the store. I could not see it but it was chirping away being loud. It does not bother me that there was a bird inside but I do think it's a little gross. That bird could poop and who knows where it's going to end up. Or if it dies of starvation, where will it die? I cannot judge much because I do not know how long the bird was in there but it was something I was thinking about.

It was a great experience The staff was very nice and they told me how to save money I would like to go once a week there clothes I really like

Isn't much of a size selection if you wear over a XL. The check out is complicated, all the information that is required to be on their rewards program is ridiculous. Stand there in front of other customers giving out all your personal information, might as well leave a kidney and blood type too.

I really liked the shopping experience at Old Navy, they didn't have my shoe size in most of the shoes I was looking at. Friendly, kind workers. I would highly recommend my family and friends to shop at Old Navy.

I walked around the store and I think every aisle had 2, 3, or more items on the floor. Then I started looking for an item. In my size section there we everything from Small to XXXL. And most of the hangers were mislabeled as well.

Found nothing I liked and seems kinda high for old navy
