Lady with short red hair has terrible customer service was yelling at customers. I’ve been shopping there for years I just left all my stuff and left and so did a lot of people in the store.

The customers service at this location is terrible. The past few times I have visited, I have felt as if my presence completely annoyed the employees. Relentlessly rude!!

I was there on Sunday. There were 2 employees working. One was doing the cash register. There were maybe 6 people in line and the one doing the cash register kept needing help and the other employee said she could help ring anyone up because there were only the 2 of them so one had to stay out front, except she kept going in the back. Then one of the people waiting in line said she was there for an interview and the employee who said she had to stay in front took the person there for the interview into the back room. Leaving the one doing the cash register who still kept needing help. Then the employee doing the interview brought 2 chairs out and proceeded to do the interview in the store near the front door. A couple walked and and said something to the employee doing the interview and she started yelling at the man and throwing her hands up said "I am not dealing with this today", then walked over the man and kept having a loud heated conversation with him. As we are all still in line to check out, then the employee working the cash register starts yelling over to the man that her boss is just following the rules and is so nice. Not sure why she thought she needed to stop and do anything with so many waiting. Horrible experience.

Went here yesterday and the clerk thought just because we spoke Spanish meant we were planning on robbing this store. She really was defensive and aggressive. Racist.

If I could give this place a negative I would. Customer services at this place is horrible. I walked in with them staring me down. I asked for a fitting room then one of the girl just went in open the door without saying anything to me, not even “if you need anything let me know” and then never check up on me. I went and check out and the same girl did not even say thank you all she said was “ here you go”. Like seriously if you can’t work in retail industry then please don’t . You are ruining the reputation of this store. This will be my last time coming to this store. I have worked in retail before and this is the worst customer services I EVER HAD, it’s crazy how terrible they are because us customers are the reason why they even have a job there.

The sales lady was beyond pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. When we walked in she asked if there’s anything she can help us find, which is great, but I said, “no, we’re just browsing”. I was looking at sunglasses (which I’ve been only purchasing from there for years), and she kept handing me some telling me to try them on, even when I said those weren’t my style. I even told her what my style was. She would say, “Are you sure? Just try these on. Let me see”. She did this for multiple pairs and wouldn’t take no for an answer. I tried to walk away because it was insanely uncomfortable and I kept a few glasses in my hand that I wanted to try on without her unwelcome opinion. She asked if she could set those on the counter for me and I told her, “No thanks, I’m still deciding”. Again, she persisted. I held onto them and tried them on later to get my sisters opinion and put back the ones I didn’t want. Then as we check out she asks to check my sisters bag to make sure she’s not stealing. She said something along the lines of being a store policy and other people ruining it for everyone. I couldn’t bite my tongue any longer and said “I’ve never been asked this here or any other store, ever”. We let her check and SURPRISE, we didn’t steal anything. I LOVE Versona! Most of my clothes and jewelry are from there! Next time I go there I will turn right around if I see that lady working.

This place is a total garbage place to go.

Great clothes for great prices! There is many things to choose from. They have dresses to skirts to pant to jumpers. They have everything you need. Their jewelery selection is great and for the money, even better! I recommend you go to Versona for designer clothes at low prices!!
