Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and one of them was sent from the stock at this store, wouldn't you believe it I got a pair of 12's in a 13 box. This is why jobs are being replaced by robots lol

Extremely poor service. A younger female associate with curly hair & glasses had a horrible attitude and acted annoyed when I asked her for a shoe size. When I asked to try on a different shoe she snapped at me. When she returned to the cash register she threw the shoebox on the floor. I’m giving this one star because there’s no option for zero stars.

My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes here, turns out it came with 2 left shoes. She called finish line in Sioux City and they offered to exchange them, when she arrived she was treated poorly by AJ a cashier and went home very disappointed. I went to the finish line in Sioux City and spoke to the manager named Connor, he was very understanding and polite and offered us an exchange, he even wrote off the extra 10 dollars that we owned because of the poor experience from the day before. I hope the owner of this location is well aware their reviews because Connor deserves a pay raise, he displayed excellent performance in the work zone.

This is the first time I've been in this store. The man who waited on me said there was no size 7 1/2 so I got 8. I took em back and the girl had a 7 1/2. He was lying I will not recommend this store.

Employee I encountered while I was trying to find new shoes to purchase acted as though it was a bother and an inconvenience to him having to check for the shoes I wanted to purchase. Even went as far to bring the wrong shoes the first time, then when I decided on another shoe he just turned around and walked away. Went to Champs instead and got excellent customer service at Champs!
