I was in the drive thru and waited for a while and I ordered a 2a and the picture says it all. Must of rushed my burger, because there is still pink on the inside. If I had to pull up to wait longer I wouldn't of complained.

Order was correct. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in very.old oil. The real reason for the low review though was the service. The woman who took our order was rude, dismissive and pushy. I understand being flustered during a rush (I've worked the industry most of my life, including a stint at this location years ago); but you still treat your customers with respect no matter what. Biggest issue with her service was when we went to order the number 7 meal, shown on their display as 2 breakfast burritos a hash brown and a drink. First she only entered one burrito, not the meal. Then when my gf corrected her saying, "I wanted the meal." She was very rude and basically told us she couldn't do that. If they are removing that meal, that's whatever. But when a customer asks for something and you can't do it there is a certain level of customer service expected. We ended up ordering the items separately and paying quite a bit more for doing so.

Went to McDonald's yesterday with a few friends. Got a burger and it was the best burger I've ever eaten!! I talked to the manager and asked if I could give the cook a hug. He said no. Awesome food and great customer service

Went to have lunch on the weekend of course. One employee girl has extremely long hair with braids, handling food and nothing on her head, no hat or hairnet. The second girl wearing a black jacket with her hood on her head. She was the one bagging the dine in orders, couldn't even speak when she had an order ready. Customers would be sitting and wondering where there food is. The only McDonald's in Sioux Falls that has there act together is the one on east 26th Street. They are the only ones that bring your food out on a tray, rather than to go bags. Very disappointing.

Ridiculously slow service, horrible food. Took almost 30 minutes to get 3 double cheeseburgers and I was the only one in the drive through. When I finally got my food it was cold and taste like it had been sitting out for hours. Took 2 bites and tossed everything in the trash

My boyfriend went to go pick me up some McDonald’s at 10:57 and they said they were closed. Which I understand with both my boyfriend and I working in fast food, we hate the customers that come at last minute. We went to Burger King and when my boyfriend went to go pick up our food there was a car at the window of McDonald’s BEING SERVED!!!!!! like brahhhhhhhh

I literally ordered a chicken sandwich menu item #4-C and they had everything right.. but to my findings and on first bite I might add.. there was no chicken.. so I sat there at my work thinking "what did I do?" "How can they not put a chicken in a chicken sandwich?" But oh well guess it was a vegan sandwich.. that is all thanks for reading

Honestly the nicest employees I have ever met. Top notch people who should be proud.

I now work here. And I have seen the before I worked and after I work stuff and wow. The homeless has and continue to destroy and mess the place up or leave beer cans or just disrespect the place and people. I like the workers but not the childish homeless and the ones that have messed it up. They used to open at 5 but because the homeless mess it up and don't act right they don't open till 7am now. I don't feel bad for them, but it does hurt me because now I can't get coffee till then!

Line moved fast for lunch hour, but they forgot to give us a toys and juice for the 3 happy meals.

2 ppl in line and not only did you screw up one thing on my order but managed to screw up both things probably because the kid with the headset on looked like he was barely even there

Worked at one a few decades back... different state but frankly, it's friends, if boss is level headed you can tell by employees upbeat even to flip a burger and general atmosphere where if at work, they are at work. Too bad we can't tip since they do bring the food to your table unlike west Coast

It's a decent fast food. I would recommend only using the dry through and not entering. In the winter it's a gathering place for the homeless. I have had panhandlers approach my table and I will not go in to this particular location. The bathrooms were far from cleen.

I requested a large Vanilla Iced coffee and a medium iced caramel. I got up to the window paid. Drove to last window and a young teenage boy handed me two mediums. I explained I ordered 1 large Vanilla 1 medium caramel. He was very Rude. Showed me the receipt and asked if it was mine. I told him obviously not I ordered a medium caramel and a large vanilla. He stated Do you want your order. I said yes, I want my order A large Iced Vanilla and a medium Caramel. He said take what you paid for and move on so I can help other people. He thrust the order out the window to me. I was so upset and shocked I took it and left.

Staff are welcoming and fast food service. Love their breakfast for sure. I doordash and they always have the food ready to grab and go. So thanks McDonald's

It wasn't a terrible experience. The people weren't rude but they weren't very welcoming either. But a good place to grab something quick if you're in a hurry. Food wasn't too bad either.

Prob the best visit I have ever had at McDonald’s. Cashier, doubled checked my order, and the guy at the hand out window was super nice! All of my food was made correctly and tasted fresh! Thank you!

Ordered my mc.doubles with no pickles, guess what lol.. good thing for them my son only eats happy meals .

It's alright, they have bad service. And if your dining in plan on eating cold food. And if your lucky you might get what you ordered. And timing, me and my daughter waited 45 minutes for the wrong order.

I will change my one star rating to a five star rating when this location brings back the Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel. Please join me in boycotting them until that time.

Absolutely ridiculous service waited for 5 minutes for someone just to answer when we pulled up.. finally a vary old confused old man that don’t know what he’s doing come to the mic and can’t ring up what we want correctly for 10 minutes just to pull up and see a bunch of people standing around not helping the old man at all ???

Noone came to give service for awhile (6 min), messy eating areas, alot of homeless people sitting around. Food was ok probably better if we went through the drive-thru.

Remember, for the amount you spend at fast food you can buy a day's worth of food from a grocery store. It may be fast but it's definitely not cheap anymore. Nothing against McDonald's.

I honestly love this McDz‼️. I literally drive from way far west 12th Street cause this McDz goes above and beyond. They fast and service is phenomenal. They have this 1 worker named Tina and I can't say enough about her. She's amazing with my grandson. When you go there look her up, she'll make your experience feel like your eating from home💯 A definite stop on our weekly schedule.

The nicest cashiers in the drive thru. Feel very sorry for such nice employees with such bad and lazy management! Don't change your order on a Sunday night with one car In the drive thru. I was told drive around again goodbye have a great night after the manager told them not to assist the customer at all! The cashier's agreed as I went back around and smiled at them they smiled back. I asked them if their manager was not good to them and they both had large smile. Food was great. If management new how to treat employees and customers would be a great location. The negative atmosphere the management provided is atrocious. Leaves a dark cloud over the great employees at this store.

It's McDonald's that being said they are pretty efficient with waiting time even during rush this location is open 24 hrs

Typical McDonalds, would've gotten 5 stars if the service was quicker. Theyre definitely understaffed but hopefully that changes.

Ordered two (2) burgers and fries. Had to pull around? 15 mins later they got my order wrong. This is the worst McD's in Sioux Falls, go to 26th st.
