I checked in at my appointment, and was greatly greeted by Tonya. Words cannot describe how good she is at her job. I asked for a fade on the side, and asked for a line. She did EXACTLY how I asked her to do it, and was very efficient as well. She was very nice and I was pleased with her service! So big shoutout to Tonya! 10/10 recommend great clips, great service & great people!

My sister told a hairdresser with short red and black hair today (April 6th) what she wanted, the entire time she gave her a look and started digging through her hair and said she had lice and refused her service. She later went to a hair salon and didn’t have lice, instead it was dandruff LIKE SHE TOLD the hairdresser. If you’re going to accuse someone with lice and not even check and have them waste their money because you didn’t want to do a haircut, then that’s just sad.

They did my granddaughters hair, Wendy taught her how and what to use on her hair, excellent job, and a great lady, thank you again Wendy.

Cheap but good hair cuts. Advise booking online an appointment, shorter wait. Friendly staff. Let them know exactly what you want done or they might assume. Ex: My barber cut my sideburns an inch higher without even asking.

This is our Salon of choice for 3 children and myself. We have been coming here for 7 years or more, we live about 45 miles away, I checked in online about 35 minutes before we where going to be there. We showed up about 7 pm which they closed at 8pm and said they were closed.They never called or anything. So we wasted an hr and a half driving. A call would have been nice.

Sara does a great job. I know hair stylists have difficulties because I have a colick but she’s able to maneuver around and create a heat fade. Thanks Sara! I go to the Great Clips on Louise Plaza in Sioux Falls

I love going to Great Clips on South Louise! The staff is friendly, and the haircut is good quality and quick. I request the same stylist each time, and she does an excellent job! I can check in through the app as well so I don't have to wait much at all. 5 stars!

Nice to see it staffed with people who generally enjoyed their jobs.
