The new management has greatly invested in these units and it shows. From the new community center to different floor plans available there is an apartment for everyone to like. The private drive offers off-street parking and the complex has a community feel due to its hidden location just off Sioux Falls' major intersections and shopping areas. Management and maintenance staff are caring, courteous, and efficient when it comes to service requests. I would highly recommend Teak Apartments as a place to rent and call home. They are also pet-friendly

My family and I have lived here for 2 years and have had a great experience. The apartment manager is very nice, helpful and cares about the tenants. The maintenance team is probably the best maintenance team out of all the apartments in Sioux Falls. Overall I would recommend to anyone wanting to move to an apartment.

I moved into these apartments almost 4 years ago and just recently ended my time living there just because I finally made the decision to move in with my girlfriend who owns her home. I saw 3 different management companies during my time and can tell you the newest and most recent Management Company and property Manager are amazing! They are really working to make these older but very quiet and study apartments a beautiful and safe place to live. For affordable and super sturdy apartments I would recommend.

My two sons applied online and never received a response for several days. They went to check the status of their application and their account was de-activated. No email, no call or letter. Nothing! Talk about ruining my sons first rental experience! I even called on their behalf and it’s been 2 weeks without a return call. This place just stole money from them, two separate application fees. Do Not rent here cause they are thieves. If I could give them a ZERO star review I would. I will be blasting this all over social media.

*EDIT*: I LOVED these apartments and the management so much I moved into it a second time! A friend and I wanted to move in to save a little extra $ and she came to live in Teak because of how much I love it. Seriously - one of the best communities in Sioux Falls. I recently moved into these apartments, but man did I fall in love quick. The property manager is thoughtful, personable, and kind. The maintenance team is professional, skilled, and courteous as well! Not to mention great apartments for a fair price. Teak is a great choice!!!

It's nice if you get one of the renovated rooms, if you don't you get stuck in a apartment where most of the rooms don't have lights and everything is falling apart Also I know they're doing what they can to make the place better, I do love the place

The parking lot is a disaster, but they are fixing it at the moment. I don't actually live there, I just have a relative living there. They seem happy there.

Good apartments, Tammy was great working with me and my now roommate Carla on moving out early. Very much appreciated. You will be missed Tammy!
