Avoid this centre at ALL costs, it can't be referred to as a medical centre as they are not interested in assisting you medically. Once you entre your greated by receptionists that glare at you with hatred. Leaving you with pure fear of the unknown imhuman treatment the doctors will give you. Our son could hardly breath and was terribly ill. They wouldn't even help us because we only had a photo of his medical ID. We were left in the hallway while our 2 year old suffering. Please do you self a favour and believe all the negative reviews, the staff at this centre are in no way looking to cure you. We ended up (running away) leaving with our son and went to Medico Del Domingo, where we were grated by an fantastic English speaking doctor, who was compassionate and caring and immediately diagnosed our son with phenomenon and rushed a prescription of antibiotics.

(Translated by Google) I wonder if Dr. Codina can sleep peacefully , if I were in her place , I could not , simply out of bad conscience . He is the most inhuman , despotic , bitter and bad - tempered person in the entire Sitges CAP , he has neither tact nor empathy , he works reluctantly and that is transferred to the patient , unless you are touched by the magic wand and you belong to him . circle of friends And woe to you if you don't go into the consultation speaking a Catalan worthy of Pompeu Fabra, because then you go directly to being invisible to her. Please , Mrs. Rosa María Codina Pascual , retire or ask for a leave of absence but do not sully the already battered Catalan Public Health System .

They wouldn’t tell me anything about what was happening to my friend, I would just hear him screaming sometimes, and all of a sudden they told me he was replaced to the hospital and I needed to leave. My phone was dead and I my Spanish is not very good, but they wouldn’t talk to me in anything but Spanish. In the end they called me a taxi and it would be there in 10 minutes and I needed to wait outside. After 15 minutes I was freezing and panicking so I went and asked if I could wait inside. I couldn’t, and they told me it wasn’t cold because they weren’t cold (funny side note, they were wearing winter coats and I was not). They were threatening to call the police because I was asking to wait inside, so I left. 3 people who walked passed me asked if I was oke, so I told them I wasn’t but they’re was nothing they could do. In the end the taxi driver came and was really friendly, but I can’t say the same about the people working there.

Extremely slow people work in this clinic and not the brightest ones. If you happened to be a foreigner (even from EU which is supposed to be one nice union) you will get only 10% attention as compared to locals.

Before I went to this center I read the reviews around here and I was expecting the worst. Once there, while waiting, I was witness of the usual lack of manners and good behavior not from the receptionists but from the customers, none of them locals or from Spain: each single time I’ve been there, the fights have been provoked by condescending and demanding foreigners and I have always admired the receptionists self-control. In any case, the receptionists, the lab department and my doctor have been all wonderful, efficient and eager to help me at any time. If you treat people with kindness they will treat you back with kindness. And that’s not something some people seem to realize.

If I could have, I would have given them zero stars. This is the most grossly mismanaged health center I have visited. The doctors are badly trained, everyone lacks empathy (doctor, nurses, admin), they don't answer the phone, etc. An total embarrassment

I read the reviews just before I went. I've just moved to Sitges and after reading the reviews here I was worried about what to expect. It was the complete opposite of the bad reviews and they were so helpful and friendly and the place was spotless and with my not so good Spanish they let me talk to some who speaks English and have even registered me with an English speaking Doctor. Very happy.

(Translated by Google) I give them one star because I can't put any. They told my partner that he had a virus in his throat and what he had was chronic acute tonsillitis, which had to be operated on. They have left him for a year without medication being with infection and fever. A shame. They don't answer the phone because the receptionists are all the time talking about their things and passing on the patients. And doctors don't cure, they just write on the computer.

Called in today without an appointment and was seen by a nurse, followed by a doctor within 30 mins. Pleasant reception and fantastic service. Thankyou

Molt descontenta. És la primera vegada que té febre, li he donat apiretal, l'he banyat etc. Li he fet un test covid hi ha donat positiu. Enfront la situació he trucat per telèfon a programació de visites i he exposat els fets.

(Translated by Google) Last Thursday, the 24th, I took my 14-month-old baby to the emergency room at 2:00 p.m. with a fever of 38, crying inconsolably and without having eaten anything all day… and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to attend to her because we are from Calafell and the pediatrician is the one who decides who she cares for and who she doesn't and she said she didn't care for us!! It seems to me the most unfortunate thing I have ever experienced... that they do not treat an emergency person because the doctor decides who he treats and who he does not!!! And more a sick baby??? After complaining and telling them that this was not legal, the poor lady at the reception (who was actually very kind) went to look for the pediatrician and told me to wait for me that she would call me (she wanted to pay me a telephone visit). I waited in the cap with the sick baby at 1:30 a.m. and the pediatrician called me, I told her that I was in the waiting room and that the baby was sick that she should see me for a moment to tell me if it was something serious or not so I could go to the hospital and she told me that she didn't have the girl's file and that she didn't know anything about her (what do I say if my daughter goes to social security and has all her vaccinations up to date and everything is perfect, it's not as easy as looking at her file Or ask me why am I his mother?). In the end she told me that if I wanted to see her I should wait until 5pm!! (Logically she did not wait for me and I took her from the emergency room to another chap who did attend to her at the moment). By the way, I took her to that cap because my baby goes to the nursery right next door (Cercolets) and we work in Sitges…. It seems surreal and illegal to me what we live!! By the way, the pediatrician who did not want to attend to us is called Teresa Gutiérrez… Ms. Gutiérrez, I hope something similar never happens to you!!

I was very nervous going here because of the poor ratings, but we were on holiday and my son was clearly having a significant medical situation. We don’t speak much Spanish at all, but were treated with kindness from everyone we interacted with and received high quality care in a very short amount of time. We were so appreciative!

Went here with my wife who had a wound on her leg. The receptionist who checked her in was so kind and helpful. Gave her an appointment with the doctor later that day. The doctor was lovely and explained what was going on. Called the nurse in to check her wound. She then prescribed my wife antibiotics and special dressings for the wound. We also had an appointment the following day for the wound to be checked again and treated. If you are unfortunate enough to have a medical problem then don’t worry. You will be looked after very well.
