(Translated by Google) One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have so many aspects to comment on that I don't even know where to start. The place looks like something out of a real post apocalyptic movie. I have visited abandoned places with more glamor than this. Virtually everything takes a coat or two of paint, except the front wall to get the pose photo taken. The abandoned slide, all full of graffiti, dirty, very poor hygiene, lack of security ... horrible. On the other hand, it is super sad that after paying 25 eurazos (hyper expensive for the service) you have to share a broken helmet and a destroyed and discolored life jacket. I think that with the money of a group, they could renew all the security equipment that, after all, is the most important (or should go). Not to mention that the suits you are putting on (like the sumo one) smell between sweat and the typical after party smell mixed with substances that I don't even comment on. Of course, they could have the prize for the place most likely to catch COVID in all of Spain, given the (null?) Hygiene that exists. I think the last time the material was washed was 3-4 years ago. The only thing that saved the group is that we were going with the mentality of having a great time, since we were celebrating a birthday and we were cheering ourselves up, in addition to that already, the situation was surreal to live in the 21st century and It is something that I will continue to laugh about and remember how painful it was until I became a grandfather and told my grandchildren about it. In fact, it could even win me an award for “I survived standing water with dengue and new viruses to be discovered from the Sitges Yellow Humor ”. And to finish off the experience, a friend hurt her back and had to be taken by ambulance. The nurses told us that this was something that happened daily and that we were neither the first nor would we be the last to break something. Site staff told us this was not common but they blatantly lied. I would not return here even if they paid me € 1,000, my health is worth much more, I'm sorry. The photos speak for themselves, this place should be closed or paste a complete reform.

The state of the place is horrible. The water is disgusting, kids would probably get sick from it. Pretty sure if there was some sort of safety/quality check conducted, this place would have to get shut down.

(Translated by Google) After seeing the comments and the photos, the truth is that I thought... Where are we going??? Everything in poor condition without security ..... Well NO! Everything is perfect!! Freshly painted, crystal clear pools, no stagnant water, very good organization and our monitor Carlos who accompanied us throughout the tour was a crack! The guy explained everything to us perfectly! Although he does it, it seems to be easy! 🤣🤣🤣 I highly recommend it, we really had a good farewell afternoon!! We will return even if it is to celebrate a birthday!! Pues NO!! Jajajajajaj

We had an amazing Saturday at the place. The stuff was friendly and polite specially our instructor Laura she was amazing. The activities very very fun. Later on we had lunch okay food and all you can drink during it for the group pack. Finally the showers and dressing rooms were clean. it's a place to share and have fun with others not a 5 stars restaurant/hotel nor a spa/resort, so assume you will have 3 or 4 scratches after the day, theres other separated groups also playing and some things can be improved. Definitely a great place to share with friends and family.

Came here on a stag holiday and wasn’t impressed. Seems like they hate English tourists or something seeing as the staff were blunt and rude and would blatantly ignore you at the bar. The activities were ok at best, but as was said in other reviews it’s all unsanitary and unkept. Wouldn’t recommend (unless you’re Spanish and careless enough to overlook a murky pool).

Cool place to enjoy and have fun in family, group of friends, birthday parties for kids and adults, teambuildings and company outside events. The tour personel is very friendly and helpful very good sandwiches and drinks, also you can have grill but I belive that should be requested in advance when you book your event. I warmly recomendit ti all!
