...I've been seeing Dr. for almost 20 years now. Gerken, yes! I visited his practice for the first time in 1999 and haven't looked back since. I have always been treated well, there has always been a nice conversation, which means that you don't feel like a number but as a person. To date, in addition to the annual examination, I have also had a prophylactic treatment carried out for a good 10 years. Aside from the fact that it was cheap, it was also carried out perfectly. The word “waiting time” seems to be used by Dr. Not to give Gerken, in any case I have rarely waited longer than a few minutes for my treatment! The friendliness and helpfulness of his employees is only matched by the friendly smile from Dr. Gerken is surpassed when he comes into the treatment room. My long-time dentist passed away, I looked for a good replacement for a long time and found him with Dr. Gerken found. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very professional work, the team is always in a good mood and very nice. Great way to deal with the patient, even if you don't really like going to the dentist.

I'm a fear patient and I'm super happy with it. I always arrive on time. He also gives you advice on how to brush your teeth and is very considerate of the patients. There's a great team at the front of the information desk who are also very considerate and if you've forgotten something, they'll be happy to help you with a toothbrush. :)

I have been with Mr. for several years now. Dr. Gerken, then by chance, today by conviction. Even if the dentist isn't right around the corner from me, I like to go downtown. The staff is super friendly, the practice is completely new, I rarely have to wait and Mr. Dr. Gerken is absolutely professional, careful and has a certain relaxedness that gives patients security and takes away fear. In the past, I always had concerns during a check-up, but today planned renovation work in the mouth is no longer a problem. Thank you for the great work!

1 star is too much here. The practice looks good, but has the worst doctor ever who can't stand criticism. Those who want to get into trouble are in good hands here. There is also a lack of staff.
