DO NOT CHECKIN HERE! Never ever think about staying here. We just came here spontaneously because we were on a long road trip and needed a hotel to stay overnight. There aren't many options but then just better drive to next city than staying here. They said standard room which is the cheapest were full so we did stay in one better category (they have about 7 room categories or so). First, cheapest sold out, second, our room category does not provide one large bed only twin beds, third : card machine for payment all broke (for sure they don't want to get it billed correctly), fourth : I asked for bill which they said they will provide when checking out. Fifth : air-conditioning remote did not work. So we moved to another room. Blankets only very thin ones like for taking a nap not for night. Luckily we had some own in our car, also we took our own pillows as the ones from hotel were dirty. No power sockets in the room for phone charging. Bathroom totally old and dirty as well as full of animals, just check the pictures to see how this hotel looks in reality. If I come into a hotel room I want to feel comfortable and cozy, in this room I feel like I just want to go outside as fast as possible and I try to touch anything as less as possible because everything is so dirty and old 🤢🤮 even the towel, I needed to use after using the dirty shower but it was a disgusting feeling I asked in night until when they serve the breakfast which is included in the price. They said 10am. Next morning at 9.30am we went for breakfast, their answer: empty. Thank you guys! Only got these kapal api powder coffee of these sachets, which wasn't even filtered. Didn't drink it. For 300k/night I usually really can stay in beautiful Western hotel rooms in Indonesia. I'm travelling here since nearly 2 years, I know what I'm talking about. DO NOT CHECK-IN HERE

My regular hotel to take a rest after a long journey from Bali to Surabaya. Strategic place, reasonable price, clean and tidy place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It serves simple but taste good breakfast as complimentary. Overall, very recommended for business or leasure trips.

Location no so far from downtown Situbondo, very just next to the main avenue, pretty easy to come and go. Personal friendly and helpful. The place has different rooms, I took the economic but was good enough for a single person. Towels (pretty decent) and soap and tooth- toothpaste provide. Room and toilet were clean. Toilet big enough. There is Internet That day , the signal was working fine..after few thunders, stopped and never come back. Apart from that...I traveled by motorcycle and I think is kind of "normal" people use your Motorcycle for seating or different purposes..but Sorry, I don't like it. Personal from there use it, even though nothing happened, I don't feel comfortable with it. Apart from that, I enjoyed it and recommend it. Breakfast provide, local Indonesia food..not bad if are familiar with it. I just would like to be served a little earlier than 7. In general...it is good.

300K for a superior room it is too expensive. No toiletries very thin blanket and very old air con but if you have urgency to stay in situbondo area you can still sleep here but don’t expect too much The 3 stars is for the staffs who are very friendly

Superior room but the cleanliness is very lacking, in the rooms are a lot of ants and bed bugs. Even the glass for drinking is very dusty and dirty. Fried rice for breakfast,tastes good when eating it but after that I'm thirsty all the time.

Not much to tell, i spent only couple of hours here, late check-in and early check-out. I think it's overprice for 255rb/night, but this hotel has an advantage: the only hotel for 30km radius. Creepy room, poor amenities, rough towel. Need renovation for some reason.

Has bad experience no hot water. They changed us to deluxe room made our stay. Very nice clean . Would go again in future. Thank you great place and efforts to help .

Actually it was a nice stay, but the shower isn't in the right angle so it was quite hard to bath, the shower's door gave out a noisy sound, and when I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, they literally just cleaned the bathroom, not the entire room. And there was no room service offered to clean the room. Btw, it was 3 days 2 nights stay for me.

Room facilities are a bit low on par with the price give. AC in my room wasn't cold at all. There was only one electricity plug available in the room, and it was in the bathroom. Oh but the option for squatting or sitting toilet is great!

My niece was bitten by bed bugs here. The rooms we had were windowless on the bottom floor, so they are humid n musty. Hot water took a while to come on. The walls had insects that were unnoticed when we first came into the room as it was night time. Breakfast was more than we expected. Just passing through during our travel here.

This hotel save us. Beside the negative review, I dont really mind it. Its cheap tho.

The rooms are clean , but there was a lack of maintenance. The tv was broken , there was no hot water , tv hanging diagonal , floor getting loose , wallpaper getting loose and there was no serious breakfast. For a stop rest ok but i think not for a longer period of time. The price was overpaid.

An easy parking hotel but the closest rooms to parking lot is quite noisy with salesman cars. Water heater was hit and miss, unreliable. Breakfast was okay.
