Wednesday evening at 7:30pm my family walked in to this restaurant to be informed that they close at 8pm just so you know she says. Then we are seated and the same lady that informed us of their closing time was the waitress for the table next to us. She made eye contact three times and never took our order or even brought us watters. After waiting over ten minutes to be greatest we left and the same waitress saw us leave and had a look on her face like she was happy we left. I don't feel that an guest of a restaurant should be informed of the closing time. If it was 7:55pm we should have been seated and treated the same as everyone else. Will not be going back here due to her actions. And the lobby and front door windows were discussing dirty.

Visited this location on Saturday post join on our way to Northern state recreation park. Wasn’t crowded and we were seated quickly. Got the fish & chips, mushroom burger and kids corn dogs. Order came out quickly. Pretty standard taste and good portion size. These do run to about 20$ a burger. Also, there is extra service fee for credit cards.

Oh gosh, talk about regretting our lunch choice. We've been to Bob's years ago and it was great. Sunday January 23rd's experience will result in us likely never returning. We ordered the Thai chicken, nachos and steak salad. The Thai chicken was ok but literally looked and tasted like chicken nuggets coated in sauce. Nothing like the menu photo. We just expected something different. The nachos were awful. They must have been microwaved. They were soggy upon arrival at our table. Just wet...so wet, soft and greasy. Plus covered with so many olives. Not in proportion at all. The steak salad was ok. Greens were fresh but steak was lacking seasoning and didn't taste that great. Not worth $24. Our server never asked us how our food was. We did advise the nachos were inedible as she passed by and she took it off the bill, no problem. But she left the nachos on the table. I would think they should be removed if they were inedible ?? From when the food was delivered to the bill, she never checked in on us. Only when we flagged her down for the nachos. Drinks were not refilled. She walked by our empty glasses a few times. We left 3/4 of the Thai chicken and we weren't asked if we wanted to pack them up or if something was wrong? At this point, with lack of service and just waiting, we just wanted the bill to get out of there. We waited and waited, no server in sight. Finally got the bill. We ended up paying in cash to avoid the constant waiting game for any service.

Food is good. Service is lacking. Lots of good choices on the menu. Tater tots come in shapes, crispy and delicious.

This place has been on the decline for several years. Their prices are way too high and the service is awful. We took our mom here for Mother's Day. We ordered 2 appetizers, and they brought us no plates or silverware. They also did not give us marinara sauce with our mozzarella sticks, and when we asked for it we were told they were out. This should have been communicated when we placed our order. My mom ordered a wrap and it was so dry that she couldn't eat it. She asked the server if it was supposed to come with a sauce, and she said yes... then why wasn't it brought with the meal? Bringing the sauce halfway through the meal is unacceptable. Our water and drinks were not refilled one time during the course of dinner. It was supposed to be a special meal with our mom, but our party of 7 left feeling disappointed and robbed. I will not be back.

Initially, going here I was thinking about the TV show. Although, it wasn't the TV show that food was still pretty good. The food came out very quickly and the portion sizes were big. The service was great. The food did come out a little too quickly. Overall, I would definitely stop here again.

Everything seemed to be a little on the sweet side. It was just okay. Had the guacamole bacon burger, the special sauce made it sweet I think, the onion rings were more sweet than I care for. Ended up only eating half. $18 is a bit steep.

Traditional and exciting American fair with occasional brown lettuce... Service can be great, but it can also be the land of nobody's smiling and no one is being friendly with eye contact- depends on the day. Always very clean and fresh.

Excellent Cajun chicken burger and I would say that it was almost too much Cajun wow!! Spicy….. still good. Fresh hot crispy fries. Waitress was nice young lady. we use our entertainment book coupon so it’s buy one get one free up to $14 so it’s a good deal to eat here that way.

Love this place for burgers and beverages. Food is always delicious, service friendly, drinks are yummy and the atmosphere is great. We typically sit in the bar which is a smaller space and love it. Sometimes it can be hard to get checks and to-go boxes either in the restaurant or bar but sometimes they get busy and don't have enough people on the floor. Still yummy though.

It all starts with the Hostess... She looks and acts like she seriously hates her job and the people who come in. Barley acknowledging anyone long enough to know how many are in a party and then when she escorts you to the table after getting your attention to follow her she says nothing no friendly conversation to help make you happy to be there. And she just sets the menus on the table and walks away without a word like her are your seats your server will be so and so. Then it does get a little better the waitress did a good job making it feel more friendly and making sure drinks are full. She did great. Now the food is a little bland nothing to brag about. Like seasoning during cooking is important.

We stopped in for lunch. Not super busy, but a five minute wait to be seated, no worries I totally understand. The Hostess seats us, your server will be with you. Cool. And we wait......and then we wait........and then we wait some more. Over five minutes for our server to take a drink order. She shows up, we give our drink order. She then asks if we are ready to order food. We ask for a couple more minutes. Que visible eye roll, fake annoyed smile and walk off. Drinks take five minutes to arrive, and they are brought to us with a slam on the table and a walk off. The server walks by us three times before we can flag her down and ask to order food. The food took 25 minutes to show up and the fries and JoJo's are cold. The Hostess is the one who brought us the food. Our server walks by four times clearly ignoring the empty drink glasses on our table. When we are done eating the server, for the first time since the Hostess brought us our food, the server asks if we need anything. I ask for refills, and a box for left overs. 10 minutes later the requested things arrive at our table. Before I have a chance to ask for the check the server bolts to the back, disappears for 15 minutes, walks past us trying to flag her down for the check. Finally get her to bring the check, pull my card out to pay and she disappears again. Finally after another 10 minutes the Hostess sees we are clearly upset, and grabs the check to bill us out. Over all, the service was TERRIBLE. Food was mediocre at best.

Imagine seeing tempura chicken and sweet chili sauce on the menu, so you order and receive chicken nuggets that were clearly frozen and covered in sauce and sesame seeds. Literally. Could have gone to McDonald’s. Imagine every drink being watered down, and the seats filthy… But wait! The fries probably came from the frozen section at Costco. The burgers were definitely not fresh, I could have got those at Walmart if they were sold out at Costco. All of your dreams can come true, for a over priced meal at this joint. 100% should have went to Olive Garden. People who enjoy this place probably don’t season their food.

Chicken was overcooked. The bun was too big for what was in it. The bacon was cooked great; all though, it was the regular store bought kind. Nothing special about this place. The menu mentions squirrel, but then ended up being actually beef.

Gabriel the bartender is so massively experienced and AMAZING at his job. Previously working in the restaurant industry I understand the attention to detail he brings to this work and he is a highly valuable employee. I hope management understands that. I’ve never had a serving/bartending experience that was so perfect (in terms of the service)-from myself included! If you do go in, he works Saturday’s and sundays! Only reason to come in IMHO

The steak salad is amazing. They use great quality steak so it isn't tough and the use chunks of blue cheese (you can hold the blue cheese if you don't like it).

The quality of Bob's food continues to decline while prices continue to increase. When we dine out we expect the condition and quality of food to be impeccable. We ordered the Chicken, bacon, avocado salad. The Romaine lettuce was brown and limp. We paid the ridiculous $18 per salad. That tells us that the kitchen employees are either lazy or pressured to serve less than quality food. Bob's, you need to do better. Such a disappointment.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We ordered two drinks to start the old fashion was not an old fashion not sure what it was but the server was really nice and replaced it for something else. We ordered food and I got a side salad that came out 2-3 mins before the rest of the food even tho I was asked if we wanted it first. Which in her defense it did come 1st. The New York strip was really fatty and tough. and the turkey melt turkey was really bland. The jo jo didn’t have any seasoning on them just potato. We were more than disappointed to spend $86.00 with tip for the food quality. However, we took it to the dogs and they were very happy with the meal. Maybe considering it’s a burger place we should have stuck with burgers and been happier.

Not a fan of the overall service. Good food, but not worth the expense. The general experience is fine, yet has a lot to improve on: service, cleanliness, customer consideration, and communication.

I'd heard lots of really good things about this place so I wanted to check it out. I didn't realize just how expensive it was going to be until we got there. I domt normally spend $20 on any kind of burger.. But I got a burger and added cheese to make it as cheap as possible. But they way over cooked my medium burger. No pink whatsoever. And I never got my slice of cheese. We had wings for put appetizer. The chicken was hard and horribly crunchy. The Tortilla chips they added to the basket were stale. And they didn't bring any dipping sauce when we asked for ranch. Our drinks came put promptly, but they still managed to mess up a drink which was fixed. Just took a while. I think this place is overhyped, over priced, and you don't get the quality food or service to justify that.

We love to visit Bob's when we go to U, S and A. It is a solid place. Quality at every location and friendly staff doing a good job. Great burger selection. Go somewhere else if you are vegetarian.
