Very stylish property completed to a high standard. My room (I was upgraded to a suite) was very comfortable. All colleagues were generally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice. I had one dinner where the food quality was also very good. Sometimes despite the hotel not being very full, things took longer than they should to happen. But these things will come with practice. There was definitely a desire to look after guests.

Beautiful hotel in Rabat -- impeccable rooms, great location and unbelievable views. Stunning. However, the hotel is not up to a Conrad level for its service and amenities. Understanding that Morocco is celebrating Ramadan, I confirmed before our arrival that the hotel would have full access to amenities (restaurants, bar, etc). Upon arrival, more than half of the amenities were not available due to a private event. The staff was unable to accommodate us and we found ourselves with limited or no options for drinks, lunch, dinner, etc. Given the limited exposure to the needs of international clients, I cannot recommend the Conrad during any Moroccan holidays as they were not be able to guarantee a consistent experience for all clients.

Incredible property with extremely attentive staff. Check in from reaching security to valet parking to front desk to room was 10/10. I am a Hilton diamond member and have not experienced such a great check in experience at any other Hilton location. I was so impressed I booked a second room for two nights for my brother in law who was staying in the middle of Rabat. The room was beautiful with views of the ocean. Everything is finished to a very high standard. We ate breakfast at the restaurant which was very nice and, while there was a small issue with the jam it was handled gracefully. I’d love to be back some day.

My family and I loved this place, Leila at the lobby was very nice and professional, everyone in the team was friendly and genuinely helpful, the hotel is new but they did a great job recruiting nice and professional people, the place is gorgeous, I went to the spa and everyone was nice and friendly they took care of my baby while I did my hair, from management to costumer representatives 👍👍👍👍👍 this is definitely going to be our second home in Morocco, I already told my friends and they all have this in their bucket’l list, if you are a USA resident this is similar to the fancy hotels in Cali or Vegas just better food haha. Thank you for having us.

I stayed with my wife 1 night on 15-16 Jul at weekend, we didn't like how reception staff treat hotel guests. First of all, we purposely booked a room with full ocean view and paid for it since ocean view rooms were more expensive than the other rooms. However, they put us in the room on the 1st floor with the view to the city and partial ocean view and when we asked to give us the room as per our booking, the management said that they don't have available rooms with full ocean view. We noticed that the manager at reception was not even trying to fix the issue even after we explained that we came to this hotel specifically to see the open ocean. Next day, during check out, we asked for late check out at least 1-2h, bcs we booked Spa treatments in this hotel and needed time to pack the bags. Also this request was rejected. Reception confirmed that the room is available to extend for another day of course if we pay for it, but late check out even 1h was rejected. So our mood was absolutely spoiled, we didn't want to go to Spa for treatment and immediately left the hotel. We visited hundreds hotels worldwide, we have never experienced such rude behavior from reception staff as was in this hotel. They didn't want to accommodate any of our requests. All impression about so beautiful hotel was spoiled just because of reception staff. In general, facilities are good, everything is new (swimming pool 1m depth only). Room is amazing (except the view which they mark as "Ocean view", be carefull while booking bcs you could get the partial ocean view as happened with us), SPA staff is very polite and helpful, breakfast was also good with decent variety of food and service in restaurant during breakfast was also good. Only reception staff was not supportive.

Great experience, starting the moment I arrived in the lobby. The entire hotel staff was friendly, hospitable and dedicated to ensuring our experience was memorable. Both 99 Sushi restaurant and La Brise served delicious food with excellent service at reasonable prices. Our hotel room was beautifully designed, and we enjoyed a comfortable bed with the patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Plan to recommend family and friends to visit the Conrad Rabat Arzana.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, sound of the sea and sunset views. Nice relaxing break. Half an hour away from the city- but we didn’t mind. You would need a car to get to Rabat as this hotel is quite isolated - but it is so beautiful I could quite easily spend the whole day there.

It was a beautiful hotel. It is a little isolated from the city so plan on spending your time on site. The breakfast was great along with the restaurants. The spa does require a fee but the gym was very nice. Salah the bell boy was very helpful as we left.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Staff goes above and staff. They’re very attentive to all details of their guest. Super comfortable beds and linens. Delicious breakfast which is included in your stay. And to top everything off the most magical sunset I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend.

A beautiful luxury property at a very high level. The room cleaning can do a better job as there is rust on the beautiful tub. The breakfast can be better. But otherwise there’s really nothing to be picky about. Service is wonderful. Highly recommended.

I hope that the hotel managers work on the quality of the café products, I'm used to go there every day for an afternoon tea .. the waiting time for a coffee or tea is just crazy plus the quality which is a way below regarding pricing , Yesterday I asked for a hot chocolate and I got the nesquik powder with milk.. seriously? The staff members are so kind, but the food and beverages have to be improved.

It was beyond a 5star experience. From amenities, staff, food and the majestic views of the ocean. Definitely coming back to this resort. What a lovely experience of Morocco because of our stay here!

On a rating scale of 1-10, I give Conrad Rabat Arzana a 20! Everything about our stay was spectacular. From the warm welcome we received when we arrived, to the fabulous room overlooking the ocean, to the hostess who greeted us each morning at breakfast, to the concierge who could not have been more helpful and kind, to the waitstaff always there with a smile, to the manager who was always ready to respond, to the driver who showed us the area, to the spa, to the beauty of the entire resort. Thank you all for making our stay magical!

Nice property, location and very nice rooms, comfortable. Poor breakfast selection comparing to other hotel even with less category with many items recycled not fresh (delusional). Asked for upgrade during stay one room from 3 reserved (even payable) but they refused even to check calming hotel was full on weekend, clearly hotel was almost empty, you can see it from breakfast time, we where almost alone, you can tell, its not high season.

Beautiful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Very peaceful. Lovely swimming pools and gym facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Has its own sunset viewing point. Rabat is about 25/30 minutes away. Everything was perfect. The only negative point was the open plan style bathroom. Even if you enclose the area, you can still hear all the noise from the toilet. Three restaurants on the site. Enough places to eat out are 15 minutes drive away. Would recommend.

This is one of my best experience in hotels. The staff are excellent. The view is beautiful of the Ocien. The room with its WC is really good. Security is top. Food and restaurants are top. I have been long frequent visitor in Morocco as part of my work. This hotel The best in Rebat. Thanks

Be aware of the swimming pool. it has no privacy all restaurants and rooms and lobby are facing the swimming pool. you will be the view of all the mentioned above

I would like to share my feedback regarding my stay in your hotel it was not that much expected really as a location is fabulous as service we deal with some of the staff they were amazing but the management need to improve the skills of the managers. This feedback while I booked in your hotel i choice king deluxe room and I want to change it to ocean view but when I requested to be move to this category i approached to the reception to speak with someone who can help me i surprise with bad reaction from a manger who’s in charge in front office was not professional at all I was ready to pay the supplement of the room . Instead resolving the issue he was very rude and the way how he spooked to me was in-acceptable at all and he spoiled my day my experience upon checking was horrible which gives me bad impression about the hotel he treat me like I’m looking for complementary thinks . never ever I will be recommend your hotel to somebody .because oh this thinks I reduce my stay from 1week to 1night . I request you to improve your staff with training and the management need to control like this person.

Guys from pool , you are amazing! Your service was fantastic, I was extremely excited about cold towels and your service( food , drinks) . 99 sushi bar and restaurant has variety of seafood and drinks , little bit expensive but it’s worth it. Personal are very professional there.All food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast was very good.Buffet line was great, especially I liked drinks after sitting u which changed every day ( watermelon , mango juices) Moroccan tea with Arabic teapot and cup , coffee. Territory of hotel is very safe with many securities.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL... does not seem like you are at a Hilton at all. Feels as if you are in an independent boutique hotel, and not a big corporate chain establishment. Highly recommend becoming a member of their loyalty program and work to diamond status. The benefits are worth the struggle. Only 6mos old and is operating as if it's been open for decades. The ambient lighting all around the property just creates a relaxing, blissful, and zen like environment. Pssst... Stay away from oceanfront rooms, you may never make it into you room, to get into your actual bed. I slept outside on the balcony with my feet propped up. I call myself trying to do some work, but went to sleep each time. The cabanas by the pool, the very welcoming seating all around the property invokes reflective conversations and thoughts.

Super attentive and amazing hospitality. Thank you to everyone from the minute we walked into the hotel! Amazing reception, drinks on arrival, check in took 5 minutes. I have a baby and the hotel staff were so accommodating above and beyond. Not only Providing a cot but baby toiletries and robe. Really paid attention to every detail. Housekeeping- thank you Sara and zakaria for making sure we had more than enough water, bringing extra towels and pillows and really taking care of us. Thank you to soukaina who served us breakfast with a lovely smile and regularly ensuring we are topped up on drinks and food. Rooms are very big and modern with amazing views. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel for a staycation or holiday - you really get to disconnect!

Great Hotel with great Reception team. I stayed for 2 nights for business. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time. The hotel was gorgeous and extremely clean. The reception team was very professional, polite and customer service focused. I really recommend it to my friends, family and everyone.
