stayed
with
my
wife
1
night
on
15-16
Jul
at
weekend,
we
didn't
like
how
reception
staff
treat
hotel
guests.
First
of
all,
we
purposely
booked
a
room
with
full
ocean
view
and
paid
for
it
since
ocean
view
rooms
were
more
expensive
than
the
other
rooms.
However,
they
put
us
in
the
room
on
the
1st
floor
with
the
view
to
the
city
and
partial
ocean
view
and
when
we
asked
to
give
us
the
room
as
per
our
booking,
the
management
said
that
they
don't
have
available
rooms
with
full
ocean
view.
We
noticed
that
the
manager
at
reception
was
not
even
trying
to
fix
the
issue
even
after
we
explained
that
we
came
to
this
hotel
specifically
to
see
the
open
ocean.
Next
day,
during
check
out,
we
asked
for
late
check
out
at
least
1-2h,
bcs
we
booked
Spa
treatments
in
this
hotel
and
needed
time
to
pack
the
bags. Also
this
request
was
rejected.
Reception
confirmed
that
the
room
is
available
to
extend
for
another
day
of
course
if
we
pay
for
it,
but
late
check
out
even
1h
was
rejected.
So
our
mood
was
absolutely
spoiled,
we
didn't
want
to
go
to
Spa
for
treatment
and
immediately
left
the
hotel.
We
visited
hundreds
hotels
worldwide,
we
have
never
experienced
such
rude
behavior
from
reception
staff
as
was
in
this
hotel.
They
didn't
want
to
accommodate
any
of
our
requests.
All
impression
about
so
beautiful
hotel
was
spoiled
just
because
of
reception
staff.
In
general,
facilities
are
good,
everything
is
new
(swimming
pool
1m
depth
only).
Room
is
amazing
(except
the
view
which
they
mark
as
"Ocean
view",
be
carefull
while
booking
bcs
you
could
get
the
partial
ocean
view
as
happened
with
us),
SPA
staff
is
very
polite
and
helpful,
breakfast
was
also
good
with
decent
variety
of
food
and
service
in
restaurant
during
breakfast
was
also
good.
Only
reception
staff
was
not
supportive.
