recently
visited
Edmonton
Coffee
House
with
high
hopes
of
enjoying
a
cozy
atmosphere
and
quality
coffee.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
turned
out
to
be
an
utter
disappointment,
primarily
due
to
the
abysmal
service
and
disrespectful
behavior
exhibited
by
the
waitstaff.
First
and
foremost,
the
waiters
at
Edmonton
Coffee
House
were
exceptionally
bad.
It
felt
as
if
they
were
deliberately
ignoring
the
customers,
especially
students.
Whenever
I
tried
to
get
their
attention
or
ask
for
assistance,
they
appeared
disinterested
and
dismissive.
It's
disheartening
to
see
such
a
lack
of
professionalism
and
basic
courtesy
from
the
staff
members.
Adding
insult
to
injury,
the
staff's
behavior
towards
students
was
nothing
short
of
disrespectful.
Instead
of
treating
all
customers
equally,
they
seemed
to
harbor
a
blatant
bias
against
students,
as
if
we
were
somehow
unworthy
of
their
attention.
It's
absurd
that
a
place
that
claims
to
be
a
coffee
house
and
caters
to
a
diverse
clientele
would
exhibit
such
discriminatory
behavior.
Moreover,
the
overall
atmosphere
of
the
coffee
house
was
far
from
welcoming.
The
staff's
negative
attitude
seemed
to
have
permeated
the
entire
establishment.
The
place
lacked
warmth
and
hospitality,
making
it
difficult
to
relax
and
enjoy
my
cup
of
coffee.
A
coffee
house
should
strive
to
create
a
comfortable
environment
for
all
customers,
regardless
of
their
background
or
status.
As
for
the
coffee
itself,
it
was
nothing
exceptional.
The
quality
was
average
at
best,
and
the
prices
did
not
justify
the
mediocre
taste.
It's
disappointing
when
a
coffee
house
fails
to
live
up
to
the
standard
of
delivering
a
satisfying
coffee
experience.
In
conclusion,
I
strongly
advise
against
visiting
Edmonton
Coffee
House
if
you
value
good
service
and
respect
as
a
customer,
especially
if
you're
a
student.
The
waiters'
lackluster
attitude
and
disrespectful
behavior
overshadow
any
potential
positives
the
place
might
have.
There
are
far
better
options
in
the
area
that
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
appreciate
the
diverse
clientele
they
serve.
