I've had a beautiful ring made with my grandparents ashes in it. Really pleased with it and the contact I've had with Cumbria Life Casting. They've kept me updated at every stage of making my ring. The company are very thoughtful and even ask about playing a music track whilst they make your object. Thank you so much for helping me keep my grandparents close even though they are gone.

Avoid purchasing from this seller. The product I bought, a faith inclusion bracelet, turned out to be of low quality, and the customer service was terrible when I reached out with an issue. Shortly after wearing it, I noticed a small crack on one side, which I initially ignored. However, within a week, the crack became more pronounced, and the bracelet started to bend in that area. Eventually, it broke and became unusable. When I contacted the company about the faulty item, Victoria replied, claiming that the bracelet was in perfect condition when sent and insinuating that I had caused the damage due to negligence. She even suggested that the only time they received a broken item was when it had been run over by a car, implying that I was being dishonest about what happened to my bracelet. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to replace the faulty product, the company demanded more money to fix it. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for lasting jewellery keepsake, as the product quality and customer service were extremely disappointing.

Absolutely delighted with my beautiful inclusion ring from Cumbria Life Casting - my dad's ashes are now next to those of my mum's in two lovely, very different, rings. The line of blue in silver is sleek and compliments my previous ring well. Thank you. ❤️

Do not recommend this company cumbria life casting sent my ring back as the resin has gone soft it's not even a year old and a flake had also started to stick out of it and they have so called repaired it and sent it back and the flake is still sticking out and sharp and this is the reply I received I'm absolutely shocked with this and very disappointed that I can't wear my ring now as I don't want it to get even more damaged!! Evening Rachel, I'm afraid 3 people checked the ring before sending it back. I'm going to have to disagree. The initial assessment was that it had taken a knock and the resin had been damaged. This has been throughly polished out. There was never a flake sticking out, there certainly isn't one now. Unfortunately I'm not help you any further. My apologies Mike Disgusting customer service!!!

Absolutely over the moon! They kept in touch throughout and discussed every aspect of my of my Cassandra stacking rings. I loved the fact that they even asked if we wanted any special music played whilst making the rings. A lovely, caring and extremely personal thing to do. Yes, it did take a few weeks but totally worth the wait. I now have my Mum, Dad and brother with me all the time with their names engraved too. They also return any unused ashes. Over the moon with my purchase! Thank you so much!

We lost our beloved cat 6 months ago and we’re looking for something special and are very pleased we chose Cumbria Life Casting. We send his ashes and we were kept update throughout the creation of the jewellery. The pendant is beautiful and very well crafted. I feel they treated the ashes with the upmost of respect and very nicely presented on return. It’s exactly what we wanted and we shall treasure it.

Had 2 rings made with ashes from 2 loved ones. This company did not compare favourably with the other company. Very little communication with updates, had to ask if ashes had been received, took approximately 3 months and although ring is pretty quality isn't a patch on the other company. Overall very disappointed and would never use this company again.

Words cannot express the delight I felt when I received the pieces of jewellery I had ordered from Cumbria Life Casting. They were extremely quick in responding to e.maiIs prior to completion of my order and kept me up to date with progress. I had ordered several pieces for myself and my children and every piece was beautifully made and is exquisit. We loved them all. What made it extra special was the way it was all packaged. Victoria and Mike had put so much thought and compassion into the way each piece was presented. It sounds silly, but the parcelling alone brought me to tears. I cannot thank them enough and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having a rememberance keepsake made. You will not be disappointed!!

I had a ring made from my breastmilk. It is absolutely stunning. One of my most prized jewellery pieces. Sadly, my grandma passed away last November so I had a Teddy bear with her ashes included made for myself and my mum. The pieces are beautiful and any issues, Cumbria life casting are great as they forgot to include a certificate for my mum and sent her one which arrived the next day!! Thanks so much for everything.

Ordered 6 items some of them inclusion containing some of my husbands ashes from this company. The process from start to finish was brilliant. Emails to keep me informed of progress then confirmation of delivery. Service couldn’t have been any better. We are all delighted with our choices. The grand children were given their pieces on what would have been GANDADS birthday. Huge choices.A great service from this company and have just placed another order with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase inclusion jewellery

Absolutely over the moon with our rings. Mike has been amazing in ensuring they were perfect for us and has gone above and beyond anything we could've expected. After going through the most traumatic experience of our lives losing our precious little baby Mike has touched our hearts with his efficiency and generosity. We can't thank you enough!! X

My breast milk ring arrived today after a long (ish) but very much worthwhile wait. Really happy with the ring, it’s beautiful and symbolises and celebrates my journey perfectly. Thank you 😊

i have had terrible service from cumbria life casting that is so extremely upsetting. I ordered a breastmilk ring and an ashes stacking ring set from them. in conversations prior to ordering we discussed that i wanted it "very pale pink" with leaf settling in one area (their recommendation) and pink and white swirled together (their suggestion). They said they would send me colour samples. I went ahead and ordered. 12 weeks later (later than the 8-10 week promised turnaround, ordered 1st june, arrived back with me 25th august) i received my rings, i had received no colour samples from them as promised, the ring was a dark pink not a very pale pink, the leaf is covering the full top of the stone so it just makes the stone look green, there are no swirls. basically nothing i asked for was given. then to top it off i had bought the rings to wear together (i had asked them if the ashes could be worn with the breastmilk stacker and they said yes) but the rings are completely different sizes so dont fit on the same finger. This was understandably extremely upsetting, to have looked forward to receiving a ring with 3 loved ones ashes in only for it to be nothing what i asked for. But, mistakes happen in life. it however got more upsetting in my responses from them, insinuating that it it my fault "you wanted leaf" (yes, settling in one area, not all over, as discussed) "it would seem we have confusion over where you thoguht we were up too" (the confusion was that i was still waiting for colour samples to be sent as promised) "the colour had been agreed as you sent through two pictures of your favourites" ( yes, i sent through 2 screenshots of the type of pale pink i wished to have, i received a ,much, much darker ring). "some ashes will darken a colour" (to which i asked: as you have stated you put white and pink together, why wasnt more white added so that the colour ended up very pale pink as requested? they did not respond to this) i had also asked on my form, where asked what song i wanted played whilst making, that they choose the song and let me know which one they chose so that i had a special song. They negated to do this also, simply stating "we had a playlist on of various classical songs". i chose to have the ring redone, which i explained is really upsetting as their mistake has tarnished this whole experience, it is emotional enough as it is and then add the terribly defensive responses from them insinuating it was my fault when the fault is that they did not send colour samples as promised. When i chose to opt to have the ring redone they stated "let me know which colours you would like used so we dont run in to this misunderstanding again"...............THE MISUNDERSTANDING WAS THAT THEY DIDNT SEND SAMPLE COLOURS IN THE FIRST PLACE AS THEY PROMISED. ultimately, after explaining to them that they have also made the ashes rings and breastmilk rings in different sizes they told me to return so they can check, i explained i am not willing to return the breastmilk ring also as it risks it going missing (in their standard tracked48 return post label), i dont understand why this was necessary as cant they check the ashes rings with a ring sizer upon return? to which they have now said "I'm not sure we are going to be able to help you any further, I've tried to be as accommodating as possible for you and your being as obstructive. ". It is a real shame that such a special memorial piece was not met with the service and customer care that should be bestowed. It is even more of a shame that they tried to blame me for their mistake of forgetting to send colour samples and then not even doing the ring as requested. such a terrible experience and now my only choice is to send the ring back for them to deface it by returning me just a dark pink and green stone that encases my loved ones ashes, how terrible. how very upsetting. after just now reading the below reviews (i appreciate i should have read them prior to dealing) i am expecting a reply to this review thoroughly defensive and blaming me

Searched high and low on the internet for a decent company to create a bespoke piece of jewellery. I wasn't disappointed choosing Cumbria Life Casting. The service provided from start to finish was second to none. They created a beautiful keepsake inclusion ring using some of my late fathers hair. I would highly recommend this company 🖤
