This is one of the most dysfunctional places to get your nails done. I tried this place when it was under a different owner, and it was ok. I decided to try it again since it was under new owners. I had a lady who was clearly money hungry, not customer friendly she rushed and did not listen, which made my natural nail bleed. She bumped my nails and messed them up, and did not want to redo it. Just try to polish over what she messed up. I was leaving for vacation, and when I said my nails were not worth the high price, I paid, I mean, it day two my nails were peeling looked as if my nails were done weeks ago. I listened to my mom and made another appointment with the lady she had, and when we got there, we let her know we both had an appointment with her. They seated us for the pedicure she waited awhile before telling me she had an appointment and someone else would have to take me as I was scheduled with her as well. At this point, I'm furious and ready to walk out. I took pictures of my horrific nails from the last appointment, and they offered a free manicure. All I can say is I'm glad I did not pay again. My nails looked a mess again, but this time, I had my own polish because I was on vacation again. My mom's nails turned dull and were chipping. This place is money hungry and a joke and very unprofessional. Stay away it's a ripoff they make up prices. First visit, they tell my mom about a pedicure package that cost sixty six dollars next visit she asked about this same package her nail person couldn't remember but offered it to her on her first visit. We got the same treatment for a regular pedicure. I highly recommend staying away from this place. Gave them two chances, and they failed miserably both times. Wish I could give zero stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would…. I walked in asking for nail extension removal and then asked for a manicure with no paint. She buffed my barely soaked nails and charged me $21- no file, no cuticles, no nothing and then said my total was $31 ($10 for removal lol) JOKE.

I am from Florida and I came in on 11/22/23 to get chrome nails in gel. I showed the tech my nails and asked if she could duplicate them. She said yes but I left with hombre which is not even close to what I asked for. To add insult she charged me $75. I am not happy and I feel like I paid for something I don’t like.

Very racist women here at this place. I was a walk in and one of the technicians that was eating lunch, didn't wash here hands or face. She proceeded to try to file my nails with no bowl of soaking solution. When I asked her what she was doing she wouldn't even answer. I asked her to stop and she said bye! Very rude and disrespectful women at this place. I don't believe black and brown people are welcome here. This place should be shut down permanently!!!! If I could give -5 stars , I sear I would.

When I got my nails done, I had a good lady doing it but I went with a few other girls and they got a bad lady. So even though my nails are good, I had a bad experience cuz my friends had horrible nails. The costumer service was great though.

This is my new go to nail place. I’m in love !!! All of the staff is so nice and friendly and greet you at the door with the biggest selection of colors I’ve ever seen. It’s the most beautiful decorated nail salon I have ever been in. Sarah did my nails and she did such a precise and amazing job. She spent multiple hours doing my nails exactly how I wanted and they came out amazing. I could tell she really wanted them to be perfect. Grace is also very sweet. She showed me their new Japanese nail polish and helped me pick out a color. She also brought me water halfway through my appointment. I was very happy going home and I highly recommend.

Even tho store looked good the acrylic was bad. I don’t recommend. At first she took her time to do good nails but in the end she rushed and messed up my nails. And the price was outrageous for the nails she did.
