Kind of shocked by all the negative reviews unless this place had a complete turnover recently. We had to take our kids here for covid tests and different days (thankfully negative) and it was easy as can. The place is super nice and clean. They have you come around the side when ready to get tested and they wait for you there. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and we don't have a single complaint. We will go again since its the only place near by that will treat other illnesses right now besides damn covid!

every single time i’ve come here it has been a great experience. i have not once had a bad experience here! all the doctors are great, they listen, they respect you & care about you. the front desk ladies are always helpful & quick! this is the only immediate care i will go to.

IT was great experience for me personally. Unlike all these scary stories about the US immediate care system - it was was fast, convenient, personnel was friendly, they have fixed my issue quickly. Next time I know where to go - if I have immediate problem to solve.

The 3 stars is because of the long wait time. I made an appointment online, got there early, and waited ~1 1/2 hours to be seen. Other than the waiting, the staff was great!!! All 3 of the care givers I saw were wonderful: the nurse (forgot her name), the PA Sandra, and the xray tech ?Margie? treated me with respect and kindness while being very professional. Also the staff person at the check in desk was pleasant. I would give the staff 4 or 5 stars. Get these ladies some more help to move the patients through faster. I would go there again if need be.

My family and I are new to the area, the two times we’ve used this urgent care had great experiences. My husband and I are both nurse practitioner and have found the care here to be quality. Sandra the NP was wonderful today.

The care was the excellent!!! Outstanding staff. Only not five stars because of the long wait time. Upon arrival we were told 30-45 mins. We were not seen till 1.5 hrs later.

Wow, I never knew how wonderful immediate care centers could be... I had to go to the immediate care center the other day because I was not able to get into my primary care physician's office. I have to say, I was very impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism of the staff at this center.  Especially the Nurse Practitioner, M. Blezien who diagnosed my issue, prescribed the correct medicine and got me out of their extremely quickly. I highly recommend going to this immediate care center rather than wasting your time going to a primary care office and then having to wait and go to a specialist. If more people knew how fantastic this immediate care center was, I'm sure they would decide to go there as their go-to spot before going through a primary care physician.  Also, my wife had to bring my son there a few weeks ago and she felt just as strongly as I did on how wonderful this immediate care center is... We are extremely fortunate to have them located in our area on touhy avenue.
