Horrible horrible disgusting place to work or be a patient. The place is disgusting and the Dr wife INNA Runs the show. I was the practice manager there from April until Jan 2023. The manager that was there prior to me only lasted six weeks. They are cheap and will do short cuts. I quit because Inna puts too much on staff and doesn’t get staff proper trained to do the job, then will lose her temper like a two year old when you make a mistake . Many mistakes happen because not enough staff and bad equipment. Inna refuses to pay my last check cause she doesn’t understand labor laws and working from home doesn’t mean no show. They are money hungry and cheap as hell. Dr Elterman is nice but he is Inna's puppet. He will take a call even in the middle of examining you! Inna even stretches him very thinly. DO NOT WORK HERE, and DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT. They treat pts bad because they’re are mostly Medicaid pts! I will be filing a claim with Medicaid and Medicare and with labor dept of IL. Horrible place. Run!

Dr. Elterman is an excellent and expert doctor. I recently visited his clinic at Golf Road, overall I am very happy with Doctor. But his front desk staff is rude and not helping to visitors, she put my information in system wrongly, she did not ask to verify my information before putting in system, and ended up printing my name and mobile number wrong, she corrected my name but still system has my wrong mobile number so I can access Patient portal so see lab test results. I asked for itemized payment receipt required for insurance reimbursement but she did not provide she said does not have access to it. I have to call again to fix my number in their system so I can have patient portal access.

I must admit that navigating my father's health insurance was a complex task and despite his health issues, there seemed to be a lack of urgency from previous healthcare providers. It wasn't until our interaction with Felix that the tide turned. Felix set himself apart through his understanding of the issue at hand, genuine empathy, dedicated service, and a critical focus. These key items were previously missing from my other interactions. He didn't just “do his job; he excelled at it, by ensuring that my father received expedited care for his medical conditions. Felix's involvement and actions had an immediate impact on my father's well being. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Dr. Elterman. He did my prostate biopsy year ago, he explained the procedure well and his instructions were clear. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Lev Elterman himself I find to be a good/kind doctor. But his office staff left personal insults in my voicemail. Even though I liked Dr. Elterman, I refuse to deal with such extreme lack of professionalism from his staff and so I changed urologists.
