Super slow service, the place was half empty and still it take them 15 minutes to take us to a table. We waited for another 10 minutes for someone to take the food order (nobody came, they did not even bring water). So we have to ask someone to approach for water and the order. Fish tacos is listed in the big plates but the portion was not big, not even close. I do not recommend this place.

When you want fantastic food look no further than Hampton Social. There's nothing better than meeting your friends at a place that ALWAYS has the best food and cocktails around. Shout-out to our amazing server Nick who made sure to inform us on what would go well with what we selected (make sure Nick is your server, Molly sent you)!!!!! Believe me You'll not be disappointed at all no matter what cocktails, food or desserts you choose can't go wrong no matter what you decide 😉

I just want to personally thank my server Diana and the general manager Tamera, for their EXCELLENT customer service. I've been working in the food industry for almost 4 years and I've always valued good customer service so being able to experience that as a customer truly meant the world to me. Our first lunch experience here was flawless. Despite the busy lunch hour, the service was courteous, timely and the food was excellent from presentation to taste. We had the fish & chips (prepared with soda batter, not beer), beet salad, and shrimp tacos. It’s on the pricier side but very generous serving amounts. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Had a great experience with the service and the food we ordered. The server gave good recommendations and was attentive, but not underfoot. The food was excellent and we are thinking of making this our special date night spot. We order 2 rounds of drinks, an appetizer, tuna poke, salmon bowl, and dessert.

I attended a work lunch event and tried a variety of dishes. Some were excellent, like the Mac and Cheese with Lobster, Lobster Roll, and Donut Drops, while others were not as impressive. The prices seemed a bit high to me. Our server, Jae, provided excellent service, being attentive throughout the meal.

It was a very cute restaurant with nice vibes. Good place for brunch I think. Food was okay. Octopus was really soft and tasty although potatoes that came with were not fully cooked. Shrimp tacos were good, and pizza was okay but had very strong goat cheese flavor.

Excellent seating- good seafood - beat salad is the best for goat cheese lovers - Salmon is good too - great for change but seating is perfect for sunny day

Husband took me for my birthday, it was our first time trying & we loved it! Added to our faves .. The food was delicious & the service was excellent!

We had a great dinner as a family. Joe our server did a great job of keeping our table cleared, the food was timed out perfectly. He also had great recommendations, and was very friendly. I would like to recognize Jeff also who was great with our kids, and even went as far as to buy his art on the kids menu. it made my sons night. We will definitely be back.

I have been to a few different Hampton Social locations over the past few years. Each location is really nice; bright beachy decor, friendly staff, pretty good menu, but the cocktail prices are absurd. I'd rather enjoy a nice BYOB. More importantly, I found myself, and most of my table, having a hard time finding something on the menu to order.

My friend and I had brunch here on Saturday and it was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere was so nice and the service was excellent. My friend and I were also surprised at how delicious the food was. I am still thinking about the Bananas Foster French Toast that I had -- definitely one of the best french toast that I've ever had. I think the price is also good for such a nice brunch place. I'm not in Skokie often, but will definitely be coming back for brunch sometime.

I love Hampton social and have almost tried all of them in chicago. This one is my favorite! The ambience is so relaxing and it’s nice being around the mall too. The staff is extremely attentive. The first time I went with my husband, the manager Timarah made sure we got the seats we wanted and were comfortable Our server Joe knew the menu THOROUGHLY and was extremely funny. We loved it! The second time I went my friends and I were taken care of by Timarah and a few other managers on the rooftop too which was nice and Stephanie was our server and was amazing too! I love how all the staff are attentive and the managers walk around to every table to check on everyone. I love all of the drinks and food too that’s why I keep coming back!

Food was great as a breakfast option, except the hash brown. I'm not sure if a cream-based stock was added as I am not familiar with their type of hash brown. My BFF and I were outside on patio and encountered flying insects constantly. Overall, it was a great day to enjoy the atmosphere, but I believed it was overpriced for the food that was orfered

Loved the ambience! I was surprised how delicious the shrimp tacos were. It is pricey but the whole experience is worth it.

Great atmosphere on the rooftop from the entrance in the mall to the rooftop. Was greeted by a cook while the host was busy. Was seated right away. Great view and vibe. Three people came by to explain the ordering process, which is all online. The manager, or bartender then gave an earful to a server for seating us, even though she was not the one who sat us. He then came to me, now smiling and said, can I ask you a favor? We are backed up in the kitchen. You can order drinks but wait a few minutes to order. I asked, how long? At that point I assumed this would be a cluster so we simply left. Doubt we will go back.
