    Had the absolute best buying experience with Paul Ahmed at Pauly Toyota! Paul was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He also has a great sense of humor. Additionally, they were the only dealership in the Greater Chicagoland area that were willing to accept my GR Supra order without any market adjustments.     Recently I got Engine Oil Change, and Tires Rotation from Pauly Toyota at Crystal Lake, IL 60014 for my Toyota Sienna Van. While driving back to my home after the above works I noticed wobbling/ rattling noise / jerks so I pulled over and called Pauly Toyota and informed them about the abnormal sounds, they replied that I should call tomorrow as today they cannot do anything. I drove very slowly with the hazard lights on as it was difficult to drive due to the uneven running of the van. I drove about 20 miles in this horrible condition (from Pauly Toyota to my home). Driving in such a condition not only endangered our lives but also for the occupants of other vehicles around me. Next day early morning I called Pauly Toyota, they told me someone will get in touch with me as they are busy right now, I had to wait for several hours for their service supervisor to call me, he told me to drive the van back to Pauly Toyota so they can sort out the issue. I refused to drive it back as it was a great safety risk, the supervisor insisted that I drive it back to Pauly Toyota on the assumption that as a day before I drove it to my home then why I can't drive it back to Pauly Toyota today, I told him that I am not going to take any further risk and told him to refer me to Toyota Arlington which was nearest to me as I do not want to drive 20 miles to Pauly Toyota in such an alarming condition. He told me that Arlington Toyota is a separate entity, therefore, I must bring the van to Pauly Toyota, but I completely refused & after much argument he finally agreed that I take the van to Arlington, Toyota. I went to Arlington Toyota, the service manage took the driving seat & during driving he noticed abnormal sounds, therefore he pulled the van and checked the tires and to our great surprise and shock he found the wheel nuts (lug nuts) for all the 4 tires loose, specially the front driving side wheel lugs where completely loose and could be turned easily with hand, so he told me that it is very risky so I should drive the vehicle super slowly to their service station where he got the wheels nuts tightened and torqued as per the manufacturer’s recommendation. Arlington Toyota gave me in written what they found and did. It was potentially dangerous to drive around with loose wheel nuts as it could have led to wheels falling off / bouncing off which might have caused horrible fatal accident, but Pauly Toyota didn’t realize its implications and severity. I contacted Pauly Toyota and told them that they forgot to tighten the wheel nuts after tires rotation, but their reply showed that this was not a big issue for them & took it very lightly. I wonder what they do to our vehicles for maintenance works if they cannot handle a simple job of tires rotation. This is just to make people aware of Pauly Toyota inferior maintenance capabilities / utter carelessness / poor response / lack of responsibilities / uncooperative behavior.

    AVOID LIKE the PLAGUE welp yet another car accident because these brakes cannot slow me down in time. Thanks Pauly, you guys sold me a car with the best brakes ever! NOT! And other people are correct they are unable to value their own coupons what a joke!

    Paul tried to steal my deposit. Chargebacks on credit cards are wonderful. Buyer beware. Hopefully it cost them a nice fee and they lost a customer for life. Edit: No miscommunication. I even have the email showing you received my refund request twice and it went ignored both times. Instead was asked to call back and talk it over, when refund should have been processed immediately. You are only proving that you can't be trusted with deposits and won't own up to mistakes which means you are not worth my business.

    I just bought a brand NEW Corolla 2022 on Monday Nov. 14. Their customer service is phenomenal. They welcome you & treat you very good. Steve Robbins is a very great sales person whom I'm dealing with him since last 10 years. I bought 4 cars from him & I never go to any other sales person accept him as he is one of the best. You'll never ever get cheated at Pauly Toyota. I love this place & recommend the others too.

    Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was discussed ahead of time and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or agendas. I had to make decisions for the products they offered, and all were presented in a professional manner. The trade-in value was also straight forward and as expected. I worked with Tom Hirshburg, and he was a top-notch from my initial contact and deposit until the delivery of the vehicle. I will for sure use Pauly Toyota for my vehicle needs in the future. Thanks again!

    Tom Hirshberg is awesome! And David was a great backup. My easiest car buying experience ever. Whole team is very friendly and easy going. No aggressive sales tactics or crazy fees to pay. They took their time to go over everything and answered all our questions patiently and honestly.

    Bob Langenberg helped us buy our Toyota Sienna and we are so grateful to him. Vans are so hard to find right now - he helped us put in an order in January and stayed in touch with us every other week for six months! He sold to us at MSRP and gave us better than market rate for our trade in. And helped us keep our kids entertained in the dealership while we worked out financing, etc. We drove all the way from the city to work with him and we highly, highly recommend him and Pauly Toyota!

    I scheduled a appointment for oil change and tire balance / rotation. When I checked in for my appointment. The service advisor did not ask why I thought my vehicle needed a balance and rotate included in my appointment. All he said that the tires do not need to be balanced unless a wheel weight falls off and removed the tire balance and rotate from the work order. I am just glad that somebody who does know me and my vehicle knows what is best for me and my vehicle.

    Amazing salesmen and service from Pauly Toyota! Junior helped me out back in May choose and option out my 2023 Camry XSE AWD. At the time, the lead time was anywhere from 4-5 months. Each month I had a call regarding updates so I wasn't left hanging. Come September 1st I was told it was being built. September 6th my Camry arrived at the dealership good to go! I was given a thorough walkthrough/around the vehicle, and test drove it before I made my final signatures. My experience from beginning to end was entirely white glove service. Would recommend Junior to anyone interested in Toyotas in the area! Also, the management and finance departments are super informative and eager to answer any and all questions you have. I didn't have any questions unanswered. I couldn't be any more happier with the service I received, and this Camry!

    Loving my new Hybrid Rav4! Worth the 4 month wait. Thank you Pauly Toyota for excellent customer service and a fair price ! It’s good to know there are a few honest ones still out there, who don’t take advantage of the current market conditions and price gouge! Shout out to Paul LeRose for walking me through the whole process yesterday while answering my many many questions! Thank you Zak for your patience every time I checked to see where I was on the list and sales manager Jeff who called me with the good new, that a car came in and I was next in line 🥰 Pauly Toyota is the best!

    I recently purchased a Grand Highlander from Pauly Toyota and had a great experience. Dago, my salesman was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured and had good communication from the time of my deposit til the day I picked up my vehicle. Very honest dealership and no markups or dealer add ons.

    Tom was willing to help me order a new Tacoma with the features I was looking for without adding on huge bogus dealer charges unlike several other Toyota dealerships I had contacted. I ended up having to cancel my order because of unforseen changes to my vehicle needs, and they immediately refunded my deposit with no questions asked. When I do end up getting a new vehicle they will absolutely be the first place I go to. Highly recommend!

    We recently purchased a Venza from Pauly Toyota, and we had a very nice experience. We worked with Dago and Brian as our salesmen. Both Dago and Brian were very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. They worked to get us a car in the color that that we really wanted, through the allocation. We put down our deposit and we waited for the vehicle to come in. We had great communication during the process letting us know where the vehicle was in transit. The vehicle came in ½ the time we thought it would take. The purchase process was good, and we appreciated that Pauly had no markups or dealer add-ons. Working with Dago, Brian and Donna was a very nice and pleasant experience.

    We had an excellent experience here purchasing a vehicle. Bob was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. He made it an easy, fun transaction, was kind to our children as we worked through the paperwork, etc. The facility is clean, organized, and well run. We felt very confident with this dealership, and would absolutely purchase another vehicle with them in the future!

    Came in today for my duplicate key on my New Tundra. I must say it was a low stress environment people were extremely cordial and I was able to get in and out within 25 minutes thanks to my service advisor Alec Hargrove. Thank you again Alec, I will be returning for all further maintenance.

    Paul LeRose was wonderful! Didn't push (which would have sent me running) but was patiently committed to selling me a car. Checked back with me kindly about what I was looking for which kept me coming back to their website to see if they had a vehicle that interested me. When they got one in that did I had to wait a week and a half until it was ready to be shown but at 9:30 on a Sunday night I received an e-mail from Paul telling me it was "finally" ready. I went in and drove it, had my mechanic check it out for me, and went back and talked to Paul who let me leave (I'm a thinker and had to process.) I had a commitment that night but e-mailed asking for best price possible. Came back with a lower offer and "typically" asked what it would take for me to move on it. Gave Paul my dream price for it. Took a while for them to come back that time but it was within $250 of my dream price so I stepped out of my meeting and committed! Fastest I have ever moved on buying a car from driving to buying but I'd been shopping for 6-8 weeks and knew what was out there and the general pricing and Pauly's pricing was good. Paul handled me with kid gloves and I felt good about things all the way through! I keep asking friends to pinch me so I can be sure the whirlwind wasn't a dream. Thrilled with the vehicle and how I was treated from start to finish. Good place to go car shopping! I highly recommend them!!! Thanks Paul and Pauly Toyota!!!🤗🤗🤗

    We just purchased an older vehicle from here as my husband needs one to get from point a to b. We found a great vehicle at a great price! Paul was quick to get back when we first reached out and we came an hour later to check the vehicle out and ended up leaving with it. Everyone in that dealership we interacted with was friendly especially with our kids. They also have a great lounge area, and even a small area for the kids to play video games while we waited for the paperwork to finish up.

    I have been a customer at Pauly Toyota for years. I have never left disappointed in any services I have had done. Today, I left in absolute awe of the customer service I received from the Manager Russ, the service techs Justin and Alec and my mechanic Tommy that did an absolutely unbelievable job. Without realizing my used 2022 4 runner had a wiring problem from the previous owner trying to add smart features it needed a complete wiring overhaul. Tommy worked all day and fixed all the wiring. Russ went above and beyond to accommodate me and is continuing to help with the necessary phone calls to find out exactly what had been done by the previous owner. Justin continued to follow up and check on me and to keep me updated with the process. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service that I received after a pretty upsetting reality of a “new” car sold to me by Oakbrook Toyota with issues like these! I left with a renewed faith in good people like Russ! I will forever continue to be a loyal customer and would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for good and honest people! Thank you all at Pauly Toyota

    Although I did not end up making a purchase here (found the exact car I wanted at the time I needed it at a different location), I communicated extensively with Paul over weeks/months and received a number of good options.     So far a great experience. Sale guy was nice to us and even helped us find an SUV we were not currently looking at but was better than what we where at the time and didn't really know about.     I purchased my 2022 Corolla Cross XLE back in the spring, & Steve Robbins was extremely kind and helpful through the whole purchase process. The car was sold at MSRP and came right when they said it would. Once the car came in, Steve & Dago were very helpful in showing me the new features of the car, and made the paperwork seem easy. Art in finance was very patient and helpful with the paperwork and warranty. My family and I have bought many cars here and come back for a reason. We felt like we got a good deal and a beautiful car on top of it.

    Couldnt have asked for a better buying experience. Ben and Victor are so phenomenal to work with. From the deposit to delivery, took 2 months in this crazy market is unbelievable. Never feel uncomfortable at any points. No pushy, no playing games like other dealerships. Everything is up font, open and honest. I will definitely come back when I need to replace my vehicle down the road.
