Из плюсов – наличие детской площадки (горка, песочница, качеля), альтанка, где можно пожарить шашлык (дрова – 50грн), закрытый от посторонних глаз двор. Расположение – просто шикарное!!!! До речки, магазинов, базарчика, до гор – не более чем 5-7минут. Отдельное спасибо владельцам – Богдану и Надежде. Богдан на машине встретил нас по приезду в Сколе и отвез, когда мы уже уезжали. Близько знаходиться річка з гарним пляжем на якому є скала з якої стрибають у воду, є глибина де можна поплавати. За річкою є ліс в якому можна назбирати грибів та гарно погуляти. Минулого разу, Богдан підказав у якому напрямку йти в ліс по гриби і ми назбирали 4кг. білих. Також трохи вище за мостом, з лісу витікає потічок «Павлів потік».
