Very nice zoo (mini zoo). There are few animals but it is a good experience to visit the zoo. Conditions may not be the best to keep animals anyways. Interesting thing for kids is the train which takes them arround the zoo. Visitors may also take a pizza or any other meal at the restaurant which is located at the entrance of the zoo. The experience in the zoo was good and I would personaly recommend it to be visited.

This park is easily accessible from the center of Skopje. It’s a nice place to take a walk! There are several drink stands and I recommend having a pineapple juice there! It costs 200 dinars. Be careful of cabs waiting for customers in Skopje! They are often rip-offs!

It's nice, there's a playground for kids, some sculptures, green maze, dog run, small pool with ducks and turtles, trucks with coffee or/and fresh juice - even tennis courts and carousel... the park is divided in 2 parts - one is more "wild", it's more green and has water channels with cute bridges over them. But there's also less people and no trucks with drinks. There is only one thing I don't like in here - garbage everywhere... but if you don't mind it, just grab a blanket, get a book and a smoothie and find yourself some nice spot in there.

The biggest park in Skopje. Great place for relaxing, placing a hammock or just sit on the grass with your circle of close ones. Full of mini vans offering drinks, snacks and food. Small lake and wannabe river streams :) Aside of the pros, the cons are a few. There should be more toilets and trash bins available across the park. That's why a four star grade. All in all it's a day and night available free and calm area. Also it is a 10 minutes +- driving from the center.

A really peaceful park without the large crowds I was expecting. There’s loads of seating both in the sun and shady areas and the area is pretty well kept to wander through and admire. While there are more interesting parks in the city this is a great option if you’re looking for quiet!

For Skopje's standards it is amazing. The second part of the park / old park is really green, long and feels fresh. The new park or the area around the fountain is nice too. In spring and summer there are often awsome musicians playing music, there are a couple of coffee vans and beautiful pink blossoms. It is a lovely place. Note that there is one bathroom in the whole park and that is the one next to the restaurant central park near the first tiny lake if starting from old luna park.

This park has the much needed greenery that the city is missing. If you want a break from the exhausts, go! It is big, plenty of place to walk, run, bike, you name it. There are water fountains, playgrounds (although not the best), benches, shade, little lake with ducks and turtles, mobile coffee shops and lots of events in the summer. The zoo is right next door. Food is pretty limited, so bring snacks if you plan on staying longer. Lots of fond memories at this park, I used to spend my summers here, hanging out with friends on the grass and enjoying life.
