I went a great distance just to visit this store and buy everything i need for my dog. There was another customer who was also buying a lot of stuff for his new dog and he asked me if I wanted to step up and buy whatever I need cause he was planning to take long. And cause I had a list with me I accepted his kindly offer and asked the salesman what kind of leash would be best for my dog. And the salesman rudely told me that he can't tell me what is best if I don't know what I want and he sent me to chose by myself out of 30 types of leashes. (I wanted a leash for my 7kg dog) And i already was waiting 15 minutes in line and i was looking at the leashes and I didnt know what is best. But his job IS to give me a recommendation, as he was giving it to the guy before me. So, I waited 15 minutes just to be told off like that, just because the previous and current customer was a new dog owner and it was ok to give him recommendations about the most expensive bowls for food and water, but it was a non sense to give me a recommendation about a leash. Also, if someone from the store ever reads this , i want to add the list of things I was about to buy- a leash, flea pill, flea collar, furminator, piece of winter clothing, diapers, fur spray, shampoo , food and treats. I would have spend maybe 10000 in the store, but it would have cost him 5 min max, cause i knew what i wanted, the problem was only the leash.

Great selection of brushes, collars, supplies etc. Personable staff. Large selection of imported dog food brands, though they are quite expensive (not unique to this shop though, it's the same anywhere). The wait list for grooming is typically several weeks, so schedule in advance if that's what you're looking for.
