Bad service, PCR test requested (3 days I had been waited, everyday called to book) and receptionist always said they will arrange within the day, but they failed to do so. The receptionist (she said she is Sam) still want angry with you along the bad tones and poor attitude when you called to double confirm the appointment. Poor management! This not a cheap hotel, received the money, how they managed their service like free？？？ Strongly not recommended

The Hotel is very nice. The room is clean, they provide towel and sanitary kit also. AC is working fine, bed is nice and comfy, TV with local channel is also Okay. The room is spacious with a chair and a working desk. It also has an adequate amount of power outlet 220V so you don't need to worry if you don't have a Terminal socket (still need adapter though, UK type) Food is Ok, on breakfast the fruit variety is only apple and orange. Fried rice, sunny side egg and sausage is an Ok for me. Parking is spacious, so you don't have to worry about it

Dusty, smelly and oily floor. What shocking me was underwear found in the room and staff try to enter my room without permission. Request to change room, end up get room facing roadside. Feel really discomfort and annoyed. Not worth at all the value of money

I couldn't believe this is a 4 star hotel. Check-in time was at 3 pm but the cleanliness was not satisfied. There were leftover panties in the bathroom . Room 1512. It's ridiculous! Cloth on the bed also need to be changed because it is already old. The breakfast menu is just okay. You can get the same food at the food stall out there. Not so many choices.

Booked for Room 1210.. Room is spacious and simple but a bit dirty here and there. The toilet is spacious too but the shower head is broken off from the pipe. And the bidet in the toilet bowl doesn't help much. The toilet had two doors. Bathing towel has holes in them. Provide toiletries, ironing board, clothes hangers, mini fridge, and kettle. Didn't try the breakfast. I think the repeating Beethoven symphony in the lift is normal around here.. it's a bit annoying tho. Please fix the sliding window. It can't be fully closed. Wifi is free and good. Amazing view but a bit noisy with the highway. There's Woodfire and HoneyBee shop in the lobby. Don't expect Woodfire to be empty around 8pm.

If you have other choices stay away from this hotel. Our checked in experience already started badly. How could they give us an occupied room! How surprised were we when we opened the door and saw luggages and food inside the room. Thank god the occupants were not inside, or it would have been catastrophic. The breakfast? I came down at 745am and the food already finished. What a joke! The staff told us the kitchen is already out of food and they had to order from outside, and we need to wait at least another 15 min for the food to arrive. Never again!

We stayed here for quarantine, breakfast same foods for everyday, lunch with chicken curry, dinner chicken curry 😭😭😭, how can we eat chicken everyday, bad service for foods

The staff is very nice, rooms are clean. The fitness centre and spa are in disrepair. The pool is a small above ground pool, and looks murky. There is no play area for children.

1.The room at highway side is too laud but the hill side is quiet. 2.The toilet at lobby dirty plenty of used tissue and wet on floor 3. At lobby morning not turn on aircondition 4. Room and facility are standard

Booked the hotel bcs it is near to the hospital. Just 4 mins walk. The room is spacious but it’s very basic. You have to ask for iron and ironboard. The pillow has no cover. So you could see some tompok tompok and peta there. And another thing is the towel. It is too thin and one of the towel in my room dah koyak and should throw them away kot.

Room was spacious. We didn't tried any food from the hotel. The bed sheet should change to new set since lint start to form its a bit unpleasant appearance. Desk a bit dusty same as the window spaces. Bathroom should have exhaust fan since the small window is not open for ventilation purpose. Overall for the price of spacious room is a good bet for. If you guys have lowered car please consider to park at the hotel lobby huhu. Speed bump is high. LG parking is great also nearby to the lift and direct access to the hotel room level not like other hotel you need to change lift at lobby/lounge.

Great value for money. unfortunately the location is not suited for those w/o transportation. The pool was not available and the spa wasn't working. Think they were badly affected by Covid restrictions.

Pretty bad experience staying here. Water heater was not functioning well, the water was still cold after heater is on. Both of my kids got sick showering cold water. Underground parking is narrow & dark, better park your car outside the hotel.

There's a smell in the room upon opening the door. The room was dusty even the bed. Although a 1 night stay, honestly, i can't stand it, I just can't wait for the night to end! Called the receptionist to ask for a floor mat, as I suppose they forgot to place it in the room, but no one answer the call. Managed to get the floor mat when I went down to the reception and requested 1. I don't know how they get a good rating when the condition of the room was dusty and the flooring was sticky (maybe the stickiness of the floor was due to, they just painted the floor. I think so) A place that I will never return.

I stayed at this hotel on 13/05/2023 for 1 night with my husband. Frankly speaking this is not a 4 star hotel at all. I can just rate it as 2 star. It was really not convenient at all. 1st room: *A/C is not working at all. * Shower holder was leaking. Then we change room at 2330hrs because the A/C was still not working. * No one assist us at all. * Front Desk staff just told us to go down to the lobby to get the new room without saying anything (like apologies). *2nd room also a/c was still not working at that point of time was already 1AM. We have to sleep on the floor because the room was really hot as the A/c was not working. * The bath tub was dirty and there's a patch of black marks which they covered because of the cracks. * Shower holder also leaking. The only thing that is OK to us is Woodfire restaurant is just at the hotel lobby. Really NOT woth the money.

Clean room, comfortable and spacious with 2 extra large double beds. Recomended if you drive.

Hotel is good, reception also very friendly! But... Very disappointed with helper/room cleaner not honest, very confirm i forgot the take my HP charger which plug below the TV socket and my white hat i leave it on the bed because is same color with the bed. i missed it as rushing for golf & check out. I notice only when i unable to find my hat during golf, than i remember my HP chager also dnt unplug! Called in the morning to check & the hitel staff said will return call but didnt call back. Call again in the evening and the staff said thr same thing to call back but i refused, then the staff just replied that the cleaner didn't find anything items left inside the room

The room floor, even to bathroom floor is oily and dirty, looked like last minute cleaning was done. Had to wear the room slippers, if not I feel uneasy. Heavy smell of the floor cleaner, made me feel uncomfortable. Facilities were closed down for maintenance and what I paid merely for the stay only. Don't worth the price I paid for

A not terrible hotel at here , I had been quarantine at here , one of the night I call a food delivery and the lobby is nobody there at 11.00pm,so the delivery guy call me, and sent the food to infront my room. When he was going down , the hotel staff who call Alex hold him and don't let the guy go away.

During quarantine Day 2: I wonder what my brother will become after 14 days. I would rather treat covid 19 positive and stay in hospital. Think they will treat much better than stay in hotel.

We come this hotel for COVID-19 quarantine. The food provided by the hotel is not the standard that a four-star hotel should have. I hope the hotel management can pay more attention to customer requirements and ensure that customer service has the standards of a four-star hotel. Hope my opinion can be of any help to your hotel. Good location, 10 mins from Legoland, 10 mins to bukit indah restaurant areas, 10 mins to paradigm mall. Service is OK. Hope the swimming pool will be operating when I visit on next time.

All the perks of staying in a hotel minus the maintenance. The room was spacious but a bit run down, wall paper pealing etc. But honestly with the price, i really don’t mind.

One of the private quarantine centre in Johor. The check in process were professionally handled. The hotel room was properly maintained, clean, fully equipped. Good location & easy parking.

One of the best hotels i have stayed when in Bukit Indah, the rooms are super spacious and really clean and in fact the cleaner used Dettol to clean the toilets the next day (can smell it). Location is also strategic. For a medium budget and not too cheap, i would recommend this hotel to all.

Rooms were really spacious though could be better soundproof as you could hear motorbikes revving on the highway at night. Location is convenient but not much immediate facility around.

I have no idea how this hotel is keeping its stars. The rooms are big, spacious even which is nice. But they are also just empty. A tiny desk, a chair and a bed. The rest is just floor. However, the cleanliness of the room is horrible. Mold everywhere in the bathroom, wallpapers are peeling, coffee and other stains are noticeable on the furniture itself. The sheets also had holes in it. I can't rate the service but location is also just ok. Only one restaurant nearby for food (pricey but nice), so you have to drive out. I am by no means a fancy travellers but I can tell you that no one really cares about the condition for a long time. Not worth the price

I book 2 rooms. 1st normal room was good but 2nd family room was quite bad. Aircon didn't really works. Water heater is not in working condition. This room with funny smell

It's a nice hotel for those planning to stay there and drive to Legoland. We were offer two big king size beds. We had the burgers at the lobby restaurant. Nearby the hotel got lot of nice eateries.

hi guys i want to tell you about my visit to millesime hotel with my wife. we went in to the lobby and there was no air conditioning. secondly, right after we went into our rooms, there were stains on the mirror. the doors had mold and the walls had creepy wallpapers. some of them were even torn apart. the floor was dusty and oily. yesterday night, my friends phone suddenly restarted, my phone also restarted not once but thrice. the toilet had diarrhoea even though we didn’t poop. the breakfast did not have much options to choose, the food was mostly cold. the location is pretty nice, there’s a hospital beside the hotel in case you pass out because of how trash this hotel is. there is a police station too. this is a place that i would never return to in my whole life. siao eh. the kung fu panda show by po was nice too. i gave that star cuz of this.

overall 1/10.firstly,when u go into the hotel lobby the whole place feels creepy and eerie with no air conditioning,the staff members didn’t welcome me at all and just stared while i was all clueless.when i went into the elevator there was fur elise playing in the bg which made chills went down my spine.secondly,when i went into the room it was all humid and dark,i was already sweating from the lobby and didn’t expect this kind of service.the wallpapers had some weird stains and was falling off the walls.when i stepped into the room the floors were all oily and had footprints.the curtains had literal holes HUGE holes like some worm had eaten some of it off.when i went into the toilet the sink water was barely coming out of the tap and had a weird color to it.the shower head was already lose and falling off.the towels smelled weird and they didn’t even have a toilet paper holder.the bed had weird stains and was very shaky for no reason. the chair in the corner also had weird stains and felt creepy sitting in it.there was also a door next to the window that was unlocked with trash on it (semi balcony like).other than that,i heard the noises of cars going by all night and couldn’t sleep AT ALL.i was so exhausted after every night.thirdly,the breakfast was so bad that the 3days i stayed in it i just drank their orange juice for breakfast as the food had a small selection and was cold with no taste.their staff also seemed to not care at all and didn’t clean the tables properly.i am very disappointed from this trip and i will never and i mean NEVER come to this hotel every again,and this is a warning,DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

Check in 11th Nov .Reported Air Con not cool from 4.00pm.7.00pm.9.00pm & 11.00PM.Repaired at 11.20pm.The panel already indicated Air filter need to change.How come they didnt do their service before handing over to customer. The breakfast was very bad just like mama shop.Mama shop even better (no varities at all.Paying so much for room with breakfast.Not even a 2 star Hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Their cleanliness was awful and the floor were sticky and they don’t have use and throw slippers. The phone was out of order. I will never visit again in my life.
