I don't know why there are a lot of negative comment about the staff and doctor? For me , the doctor are very good and experience, He explain very clearly and politely, just don't interrupt him. My daughter Acne and Mother skin irritation problem improve tremendously , just one time visit only!!! on top of that, the fee is very very reasonable !!! As for the counter staff, they are very patient and calm to answer every questions from the patient crowded in front of the counter. Those who gave negative comments, maybe their intention is to scare away people so that the clinic will not stuffed with too many people.🤣🤣

Gave only 2 days medicine, 3 days alcohol. Then asked me go back wait for one month. Cheap but no use! So less medicine make my skin more terrible! So, sit there wait for one month do nothing?! Then, what is the purpose for see doctor?! The guy doctor is very impatient to hear my conditions. He even not willing to explain my situation to me too.

Worst experience ever. Visited Dr FOONG yesterday, he was so impatient and rude towards the patients. Explained to him my condition and he did not want to listen. Then asked his opinion about the skin problem, he said not to ask so much and refuse to explain further. Simply give antibiotics to patient without any indication and refuse to explain. We are patient and have patient's right. I don't care how good you are, if you don't have basic manners/ respect to patient, you are just nothing. Strongly not recommend to this clinic !

Very lousy clinic , patient expected to sit there for long waiting time ! We arrived 12:45pm nurse said have 5 ppl in front of me in the queue, long waited till 2:30pm , I asked the nurse how many queue are there , nurse went to check on the medical cards and shown us another 3 then we are no 4. 1hr 45 mins only 2 patient s completed to see doctor. If the patient has serious illness , how to wait for so long ? Will never go again even for free ! Very unsensible behaviours never thought abt how patient feels. Not recommended !!

I could not stress much more to patients better NOT to visit to this clinic which is amazingly unfriendly staff, unhospitable environment for a clinic, an impatient old Doctor which is just waiting his time to go, and the audacity to give medication which is so generic and common with an unreliable pricing. I would highly recommend patients to go to Chan & Tee or Klinik Sia which is way much more better consultancy than this arrogant imp of a doctor this clinic has. Only sucking on our pay to the clinic with a 1-2 minute consultancy also with that arrogance of knowing my illness before even listening to what i say. Hope they go down in their business. Better support other clinics in the area rather than this hell of a clinic.

Clinic looks old but organised, those who make appointment but late will be given priority when they report to clinic. Fair for those walk in like me. Please be advised to come one day in advance to make appointment for next day as it save your waiting time. I googled this clinic, walk in as i got acute skin problems ,reached 9am, got number 14, finally my turn at 10:30 as lot of ppl missing for breakfast. Dr explained your skin condition and MC was given upon request. Will see if the treatment works. Previously was consulting Clinic Seah, another skin specialist that cure my serious Dyshidrosis (blisters on finger) last year end.

Zero star should be given!!!! Bring my brother visit the male doctor yesterday. This is the first time I see a rude and unprofessional doctor...Never listen to patient and If you don't understand and ask again then he ask said "don't ask me to repeat I already told you! You want follow just follow,if don't follow that it". A doctor without professional ethics!

Will never visit to this clinic again, worst experience ever. Visited the male doctor last Sunday, he was being so rude towards my friend. He wants to give antibiotic, my friend got allergic cannot take so we tell him we can’t take antibiotic and we want to explain but he not willing to listen !! After that we ask for further instruction he just said you don’t want follow my instruction so that’s it, bye bye. How can a doctor act like this ??

Not understand why still got so many people visit this clinic. The male doctor is very impatience. Only he can talk and when we want to look for futher advice and medication instruction as we are still not fully undertand how to use the medicine, he seems like very impatience said that i told you many times and there are many kinds of people, some are 'stupid' and blah blah blah~my underatanding from this sentence is he telling me that i'm that kind of people?

This clinic doctor is good. The nurse or clerk who is managing the time has zero managing capabilities. As I walk in they said only available at 12.30 pm. I came back and waited one hour...then they told me doctor is not here he will come at 2 pm. Seriously wasting time.
