Very bad hospital. The reason are as follows: 1. The waiting time is very long. Every single time you meet a doctor,you have to wait at least 4 hours. For example if you come at 8 so you probably meet a doctor at 12. 2.The officer in the weight balance room is very rude and do not know how to respect patient. Especialy old lady there. Not once,but many many times she scold a patient in front of others.She treat them with no respect. Even there is a women there, she will ask a men to take your waist measurement. When the patient miss the appointment, she will scold you or raise her voice like you have no dignity or as if you are less inteligent than her. When you ask question;even only one question she will make ugly faces like an insult. One of the worse nurse/officer ever I met. She seem have an issue herself and express her anger to patient. 3.The officer at the counter do not use numbering system and they only shouting to call your name. The hall will make an echo and your voice is less heard. Very inconvient. 4. I think some of the male officer hold the girls hand without letting her go even she can walk herself.She not phsyically ill or mentally unstable(likes shouting or annoy others). Even trying to think positively but it is hard to do so. It seem some of officer are taking advantages of a girl just because she is young and passive. I think a female officer can handle the girl.Not a men. It can become sexual harasment touching a girl without their permission. 5. Some doctor will question your intention coming there as if you problem is small and you are weak. It may makes you feel even worse and damaged inside if you have depression issue. I do not recommend you to come to this hospital. It might worsen your condition. The doctor is less helpful. The officer is rude. The system is not efficient. 0 star.

Psychiatrists didnt listen to what I had to say and made me more stressed than before I came. They wanted to admit me but I refused and they decided to call the police to restrain me and inject me with anaesthetic. I will forever be traumatised by them.

stupid system. they need you to have a recommendation letter by other clinics then only they’ll assign you to a doctor. what if it’s an emergency? what if i have a serious mental illness? am i not allowed to see a doctor if i dont have that dumb, troublesome letter?

very stupid system! All patients are given an appointment at the same time which is 9.00 am. Only a few patients should be set every hour, then there is no need for all patients to wait for hours even if they have made an appointment. Today, I showed up on the day of the appointment and waited for half a day and the officer did not tell me that the doctor I wanted to see was not available. Imagine how much time I have spent waiting for a doctor who is not there. Please change this stupid system. Don't let me report to mb johor!!!

It's a mental hospital, but the location shouws in google map is a little bit shifted, have to go further down.

The hospital is not crowded and the waiting time is not long as long as you follow your appointment schedule

Any of the problem happend regarding by the problem they have and cannot settle,they can bring the pation for Doctor appoinment with the Date.

Worst Psychiatric hospital so far.. in the middle of checking patients, the doctor is sleeping, some of the doctors are very strong. the pharmacist is a bit rude.

Ever since this hospital was open to service the public, till to date there is poor phone receptivity. There’s not even Wi-Fi.

I give 3 stars out of 5. This hospital is peaceful without any disturbance. The hospital is also very clean and beautifully landscaped. It has a large car parking area. The toilet is also like a toilet in a 5 star hotel 🌟. Has a cabinet and a place to eat. The cabinet is also ready to be supplied with a mirror. Even though the name is Hospital of Crazy People but it looks like a 5 star hotel..
