We went here for a quick late lunch before a movie. We ordered spicy carbonate and it was nice. Their drink is also nice , we ordered something in fancy blue colour with orange ( I forgot the name of the drink). Loved their ambience as the place wasn't crowded and good for gatherings. The service was quite good and fast too ! The food were served hot to us.

My friends and I had a great dinner experience at Vivo Pizza at Paradigm Mall JB. The spicy prawn carbonara pasta was creamy, with the perfect amount of spice and the fresh prawns were delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, with a fun soundtrack in the background. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Usually the experience there is good, the food taste great, good service, and good experience. However the food is a little too pricy for its quality. The quality is okay as well. Never dissapoint yet not too impressed.

Place: 1st off, they should say have a VIVO-disasterous experience. Nice air-conditioned place with comfy seats and efficient work system. Ample seats. No need to wait or fight for seats (cuz not many come here anymore). Wide variety of western food choices. Service: Call bells and prompt system.in place, unfortunately slow waiters and lackadaisical managerial attitude and therefore waiters as well. Abysmal. Food: 1. Beef lasagna: the pasta is too soft and lacks bite. The flavour is good and right. The sourness is just right. And portion again is a little small. Verdict: Not the best lasagna, but passable. 2. Fruit salad: fresh and appetising as it has a wonderful acidic taste to it. Topped with honey and almond, it makes a nice light salad. Pprtion is a little small though. Verdict: For small appetite Vege lovers. 3. Italian Deluxe 14" (RM42.36): for this price, I'd get a much MUCH better pizza at Domino's or Pizzahut or a street side unknown pizza. The crust was dry, the pizza lacked seasoning and it was nothing Italian about it. Verdict: never try this. 4. Creamy mushroom (RM19.72): wow...not because its great but the total opposite! It was tasteless!! How does 1 screw up a pizza?? Answer: come to vivo pizza to find out!! Verdict: worst pizza ever tasted. They should just rename this outlet to vivo rubbish.

The place was crowded on our arrival. We managed to get seats after a while, they seems to be understaffed. The venue has great ambience and proper seatings. Their services was quite fast and accurate. The food tasted great and suits the price. Overall, we are satisfied and will come again if being given any chances.

Nice food nice atmosphere. Staffs are friendly especially Jayden. I have the latte, honey glazed wing and Citrus heaven juice. The honey glazed wings are heavenly. Seats are comfortable and new. Like it very much

High ceiling gv u open feel. Comfy plc to chill. Coffee is good. Green tea ice & NY cheese cake soso. Volcano is perfectly served. Many main course to choose as well.

One of my favourite pizza restaurants in JB. I have dine here many times and the food quality is consistently good. Love their 5 Cheese Pizza and beef lasagna.

Pricey but Worth it This outlet is located on the 4th floor of Paradigm mall. Conveniently beside McD. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. They recently have upsized their lot so it’s more accommodative now then before. The staffs were responsive and were willing to help us change our pasta. We had Creamy Mushroom And Mushroom Pizza ! It’s was good. Certainly recommended however quite pricey. Our bill came up to Rm90++

Food is delicious and there are a variety of dish you can choose! Kids enjoyed their meal too

The service is great, answered my question patiently and solved my confusion. The food was excellent that they served exactly as the menu and it was delicious.

My friends and I had the thick crust 9" Hawaii pizza. Though it wasn’t the best Hawaiian pizza we have had before, it was not bad and very filling. We also ordered the volcanic chocolate lava cake and it was possibly the best lava cake we ever had! 👍🏻 The drinks were also surprisingly large in size, very filling and taste okay. The fruit salad is good for sharing and fruits were fresh. Food however is on the slightly pricey side but it was still worth it!!

A very good and comfortable ambience. Food wise can be slightly hotter. But the taste is pretty good.

Service and ambience of this outlet is really good. The staff here were nice and friendly. Service was efficient. However, the food here was lacking in flavour. Mushroom soup and NZ mussels w prawn marinara could use more seasoning. The best part of the meal is their volcanic chocolate cake. It's crispy on the outside and soft and gooey inside. Highly recommended to try it.

Food was great as usual. Delicious pizza. Very fragrant. The store’s decore was great. It sets a good mood for hanging out. But this outlet’s sink area is not really clean & tidy as other outlet. Staff should pay more attention to hygiene in this area.

They have good variety of vegetarian pizza and pasta options. Ingredients were fresh. Loved the spring garden pizza with onion add on. Lemon pistachio cake was fabulous. Definitely worth the visit 👌🏾

The ambience here is so nice as the dining area are spacious. The place is suitable for big gathering. The service was fast ans i got my food in about 15-20 minutes. The price is however is a bit pricey but honestly worth it. Might comeback again specifically for the pizza and panini.

Comfortable place to bring your kids along. This is by far the most beautiful Vivo outlet I have ever come. 👍🏻Service is quite fast and friendly waiter.

Overall not bad, the air conditioner a bit warm during my visit in the afternoon. A bit expensive, pasta and chop with two drinks cost RM7x.xx

Went there to buka puasa and we’re lucky enough to book a table before maghrib. We ordered our food at about 5pm and continue jalan2 in the mall. While the booking process was efficient, we had to wait so long after maghrib to get our food. Our Caesar salad came in last at around 745 when it was probably the easiest dish to make. Restaurant was rather disorganised bila time Nak buka, servers rushed to kitchen without any food being sent. I understand that it was peak hour but the waiting time was a bit too long given that we’ve ordered the menu in advance.

I wouldn't say the food is anything special but if anything this is the best Vivo Pizza branch that I've been to. Really love the rustic style interior design they decided to go with, I really enjoy just having dinner and coffee with a good friend here.

Ordered bbq chicken pizza and baked fish pasta. Both tasted not bad.

I love crispy chicken panini very tender & juicy inside but the rice portion for chicken chop too small

I don't they are ready to have customers to dine in with lousy service n tasteless food

A Cozy restaurant for family outings. Service was quick but staff friendliness could be improved. They just put your meal/drinks on the table without explaining what it is. Food quality 3/5.
