As i am living here, everything is nice and clean, i feel happy and security guards are polite pool is quite empty and very clean. Sometimes some inhabitants are smoking right infront of the walkway or door area thats a bit nono for me. Everything else so far so good

Nice guarded property especially for foreigners who is new and difficulty in understanding local language. In terms of security I rate 5 stars.

Booked a homestay and stayed for 3 days. Nice view over the balcony and quiet surroundings. Hv a KFC nearby by a walking distance. Good security, nice big pool and gym to hv a free mind after hard work.

The location is good, next to KFC, easy to access and just 8 mins away from JPO and UTM. Low density with comprehensive security system and resort-like facilities, one of the good living destination!

There are various facilities which help to ease the stress of everyone's living, like Children’s Playground, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Clubhouse and Lounge, Mini-Theatre, Barbecue Park, Zen Garden and KTV Room. That's amazing .

Relax place to stay with good facilities except the paint looks faded.
