KKM should SERIOUSLY review and audit how this clinic is run. There are too many mismanagements to list but it only takes one sick patient to come here once to tell how bad it is. Counters, seatings and circulations are badly planned. Patients with impaired mobility will have tough time here. Appointments, sequence of number callings and directives runs as and when the nurses likes it. No SOP here! There are bad vibes between each departments and it can be seen how each and every one of them NEVER seems to communicate well with each other. Those silly handmade signages made out of manila card should GO!! They makes the counters, doors and hallways looks like some cheap run down kindergarten. So unprofessional. Please make proper signages instead. Last but not least, all personnel directly involved with patients (excluding pharmacists who works behind the counter) must be sent for training, get them MOTIVATED and proper break from work related stress.(Not just the directors and doctors!!) I suggest they make one Room for them to chit chat...yes they can chat with their patien or their buddy but talk with releted with work dont talk nonsens.. and maybe they need one room for baby to play games with them...The staff must understand everyday crowded and they must know what time make joke with others staff..

If you got extra money, don't hesitate to use it to private clinic. Don't come here. Waste your time. 8.30 am til now (3.10pm) cannot settle yet. Only came to open pink book for my pregnancy. JUST TO OPEN THE BOOK. Idk what is wrong with the managements. I've been waiting SOOOO LONG and my waiting number didnt pop out. Asked the nurse and they told to "tunggu je kejap lagi panggil". Bullsh.

The place doesn’t look clean. Many chairs and benches are broken. And also I would suggest to add a CCTV system. The doctors doesn’t seem professional enough, my grandma went there 3 times in two weeks but hadn’t recovered, the doctors never explained what’s the cause of sickness, they just only give you the medicines and that’s all.

bad experiences everytime comes here. staff is rude, from counter, nurses, to the doctor need a lot of manners. they love to blame patient for their own staff's mistakes. i didn't met or see the staff who work professionally yet in this clinic. i wonder if there is even one. they love to runs their mouth as they like, saying things that shouldn't be said by professional workers. better sack those staff and doctors who only work without doing the proper job intentionally or 'unintentionally' and give the job positions to those who really want to works and serve the community properly and professionally. if not because the clinic is closer and easy to access, i will never even thought of setting foot into the clinic.

Very very bad service, the nurses are very slow and the doctors also not give full explanation to patient. counter to register also very fast. dont know why it's very difficult to register every time. toilet are very dirty not Hygiene place this kk kempas.

Super slow and jz ask you to seat one side and never inform what next .. just seat there for two hours with nothing then end up gv me nothing and I leave.. is that how you treat sick patients?? Their lunch time is super long, says will start 1.30pm but 1.50pm still no body at the counter. Then ask ask again they say start at 2pm What in the world ?!! Especially the nurses is super rude when talk to patients Hope this can be IMPROVE IMMEDIATELY!!! Super bad experience !!!!!

Nurse ibu & anak, they’re all good. Except for one of the nurses in charge of the registration counter. I also worked in the customer service department. Even if you're in a bad mood, it doesn't mean you have to raise your voice to the patient. Boleh je explain politely.

Carpark security guard is absolutely insane. Nearly smashed my window in fury as I waited to collect a patient because "you can't park here". Apparently sitting in the drivers seat of a stationary vehicle with the engine running, not in anybody's way, can trigger apoplexy.

Omg super good experience first time coming this clinic. All the nurse and doctor who served me are so polite and friendly!!!! And also not a long waiting time like very efficient. Recommend!!

Gynae doctor fear to issue a simple medical note. As a professional, she shd know how to prioritises such a critical case.Worst scenario ,my daughter in law denied admission to hosp.eventhough appt.was given earlier on that actual day .Whats the trust, humanities an responsibilities pledge by them ! Rather disappointed with the health care system now !

Super efficiency for blood test. Total time spend only 20 minutes for blood group and blood test.

The nurse/dr is good, very friendly.. but there is a female staff member at the registration counter (she wears normal clothes, mostly white clothes) and her attitude is bad.. if you meet her, you can think that she is tired of treating patients (try to think positively even though it is only 8 in the morning). . but if there are many times and there is no one to husnuzon again.. I don't want to send a resignation letter and go back to sitting at home quietly.. look at the name tag, there is no name.. if not, the name has already been posted here..

At 1st I was worried after read all the reviews, trust me the service given by all nurses was awesome till I give birth,thank you for your wonderful services...

The staff at the fever clinic registration counter really have no manners.. if you feel like you can't deal with people at work, don't sit near the customer service department.. one more thing, you can talk to the patient nicely without getting angry.. The doctor is the same, us said diarrhea but didn't check anything .. just asked about it and told to take medicine .. that's all ?? We came to the clinic because we really couldn't stand the pain. Not only come.. KKM please monitor the staff and doctors here.. the service is really bad.. for the staff of this clinic, if you don't want to work, just resign, there are many more people who want to work.. thank you.
