Doctor seems polite and humble. But the staffs are very rude and not respect at all the foreign workers who come for fomema medical. The staffs' customer service towards workers not even deserve 1 star. Witnessed with my own experience when bring workers for fomema.

Terrible doctor in this clinic. 如果半夜想要急救最好不要去这里 直接去大医院吧Just wake up when I arrive not ready for patients. I went because of food poisoning but doctor didn’t check anything about this and all done in 30 seconds very well! He even don’t have patience to wait the result of my body temperature. End up only give me medicine of vomiting. Total paid RM 180 for the one minute doctor face seeing

As I posted earlier, I've been to this company clinic for the past 15 years and the doctor is friendly and his treatment effective. Why the sudden barrage of 1stars? Did someone hack Google map?

1. Extremely Rude staff - “awk tak nampak ke signboard tu” referring to the empty glass door which has NO text at all on the specific time frame. What time do they have a break, what time does the doctor “check in”. And it is just make me wonder..How can a clinic staff using that sentence to a patient? 2. My suggestion: do USE a user-friendly notice board, digital or handwritten right in front of the glass door telling patients that the clinic operating/ working hours, break time etc. Instead of “24h” but USELESS disappointing plus annoying service. Suggestion 3: To the rude staff if you are unable to work or to handle a clueless sick & needy patient, DO get a RESIGN please. Go working at a petron station or zoo. Less talk & communicate with people. “Budi bahasa budaya kita”. Do your parents taught you that way to talk to a fever person? 👏🏻

For headache they charged RM80?? and gt pain killer only...the staff also very rude

i just called and asked about their services and their attitude is so bad!! u surely can talk nicely even on the phone.. no need to be all rude and mad! so dissapointed!!

Terrible and unprofessional doctor, doing nothing but write a letter to do blood test and charge rm50. Then went see other clinic, claimed just normal fever.

Don't go this clinic. They charge rm89 just for flu and sore throat and cough. The doctor did not check properly. Not recommended at all !!!!!!

Terrible and unprofessional clinic, the nurse took back part of my medicine (for sore throat and antibiotics) after knowing my bill was claimed under company insurance (they are panel clinic) and told me they were prescribing medication based on the amount I paid, not my symptoms!!

Male Doctor is good. Experienced. Soft spoken. 2 female staffs were polite too. Went in for eyes infection. Meds prescribed works.

Went this clinic today for heavy cough, sore throat, fever and vomiting. I was given only fever tablets & cirit birit tablets!!!????

My feet nail is pain in the night, go this clinic just because during this special period others clinic is not operated. I go for a check worry will getting worst, just get a small btl cream,antibiotics tables 9pcs & reduce swelling tables 6 pcs. They charge me RM150, really get shocked. really chopped you kaw kaw !!

Worst clinic, srsly first and last i will go here. Better klinik adham, i go here because i got medical card but cannot use, others clinic can but why here cannot seh....... aaaa waste money.

Very worst clinic ever seen…The doctor himself looks like very serious and anytime can die.Went there for body ache and provided me 1 day MC & headache medicine only!!Plus waited there 1 hour and at the end poor service by the doctor.Better go to government hospital

Worst ever . Say 24hour but the doctor went off at 12 and won’t be around till 6 . Then why should say 24 hour . Better business it for 16hours .such a sucks

Charging over expensive.. Bad experience.. Normally a injection cost around RM25-35, this clinic charge RM70 per injection. When I ask why so expensive they say doctor charge this price, when I quarrel to Ask, they say the injection price is RM40, if I nvr quarrel means they will overcharged me. Somemore consultation fee is RM50 due to Public Holidays

If midnight emergency pls don’t go this clinic, terrible doctor didn’t check properly. End up only give 3 types of medicine and only 1 packet ORS. The worst thing is the tablets tab all cut into small pieces, can’t check the expired date as well. Total paid RM 180 for the 3 mins doctor face seeing. Not recommended this clinic !

Worst doctor that in meet in my whole life terrible service doctor not event touch me and give pain killer that cut in two. Charge too expensive RM180. I went because bike accident. Worst clinic ever and this my first and last two visit the clinic. Never give cream for my wound also very bad.

front desk staff at reception very rude.They don't knw how to talk to patient.very rude,slow .please don't prefer these klinik.
