well maintained facilities, all gym equipments are still in good condition (dumbbells etc); environment is rather quiet and clean, rm15 for walk-in day pass is well worth the price, but it will be better if they can add 1 seat with lower back support, as all of the seats there are having back supports that is above neck line which prevents some routine
