A beautiful building on the NS highway, with ample parking space, a huge interior, and strong air conditioning. Staff was friendly and got us what we need. They serve delicious hot food, with the highlight being the Rendang Pasta. A great pit stop!

Staffs are friendly and ready to serve. The place is clean and have peaceful vibe here. There also have a drive-thru for quick order. The menu drinks are same like other Starbucks place, but they make it more delicious than usual. There are a lot pastries that available. Recommended as a quick stop during travel.

New and spacious Starbucks café on the south bound highway to Johor Bahru. Cool and comfortable place to lounge and unwind after a long drive. Staff: 5/5 - courteous and friendly Cleanliness: 5/5 - male toilet is fairly clean Parking Space: 5/5 - several parking spots to choose from. The cafe adheres to the Malaysian COVID-19 SOP. Staff will check if you have the 2 dose or not.

This is a surprisingly well-designed stop along the NSE, if there are more of such classy pitstops, the NSE will be a destination by itself!

A much less crowded Starbucks store to chill and relax. Could request for used coffee ground as fertilizers at home.

A very chill place with not much of a crowd. Nice to hang out at night. Big and spacious. Barista Adam is quite friendly.

I love this place, lovely, nice and cosy. Proper parking space, nice staff, quick service, quiet. The only thing i wish they have is more electric point as my sister and my phone was almost dying and we were trying to discuss holiday plan. It would be nice to have both USB and 3 pin point. You need a nice relaxing ambience kind of Starbucks, this is the one. We travel here for the place and the service.

Starbucks needs to improve on the making of hot drinks. The temperature of the drinks totally bad. It's cold (normal temperature) which u don't feel it's a hot drink. All branches same. Please do something that make me stay with Starbucks

Idk why, the staff was very annoying. Should welcome us by smile & entertain whats the best in the menu. Unfortunately, I asked them if its come with whipped cream & drizzle ontop? they said YES CLEARLY. Then? I received with no whipped cream & they asked me to pay after this in future, like its our fault? Endup, I just got the caramel macchiato frappe with simple plain whipped cream

Nice ambience.. wonderful place to stop and rest. Great service!! Also, recently I accidentally left my wallet with some cards and valuables on the table and drove home across the border.. Then my credit card company called me and said the staff at this Starbucks found it and were trying to locate me.. What a relief.. I can’t thank these 2 baristas enough, Afiqah and Luna, for keeping my valuables till I come back the following week.. Thanks again. Fine example of a great culture and great service!!

Comfy spacious Starbucks in Jb, design full with glass and interior equip with wood design. Relaxing environment! But it only open til 930pm

Was here for Buy1 Grande free 1 Venti promotion. Initially the staff is trying to cheat me to pay for the Venti one instead of the Grande one. This scenario shouldn't be happened in Starbucks which has over thousands branches across the globe. Only when I show him the post and insisted that I am right, he charged me for the lower price. Terrible and bad experience here.

This place is heaven for drivers. You can have your quiet moments during weekdays non dining hours. The staff said night time are usually crowded.

To those requiring internet connections, beware, the mobile coverage in this area is dreadful (I am using Celcom) and to make matter worse, the Starbucks wifi is at par with dial-up speed or worse. Good enough stop point, and spacious. But to work, better elsewhere. Do not stop here if you think you need to reply email or do any work.

Almost felt like being in an overseas location... Great attentive courteous service from the staff..Very congenial ambience. Only thing is the amenitiesin the toilet should be replenished regularly. Otherwise, this Starbucks is tops.
