As said before, doctors and nurses are good. But management and security are not so friendly. Very bad management. They said parking is reserved to doctors but there is no signboard. Road are also blocked with tyre, don't know why. Bangunan dah cantik tapi buat peraturan sendiri. Ada jalan dihalang buat apa.

The dental service here is very good. You have to arrive before eight o'clock, otherwise you have to wait for an appointment at two o'clock. There are only two dentists. If the number is sent, there will be no more. Very good experience.

i visited the clinic on 18/10/2020. i waited for a long time outside of the consultation room. So, i decided to ask the staffnurse about when i will be called, she rolled her eyes and stared at me. when she went into the consultation room, the doctor was just sitting there alone, WITH NO PATIENTS. And when i consultated the doctor, she did not even examine me. I work in the health industry as well.i think this kind of behavior is unacceptable. 1st the nurse and then the doctor. KKM should take action againts these kind of staffs that put the goverment health service to shame.

KKM Bukit Indah is health clinic near to my house & I feel satisfied after my first visit. The doctor, stuffs & nurses are very professional & efficient.. I just went to the dental department. Doctor @ staffs are more concern on why we came in the afternoon then give a good service. Then why should open the counter after 12pm. Doctor was talk to me with the high tone when i replied her why i came at 2pm....very bad. Please treat the patients with good human being.

The nurse at the entrance was friendly and patient . A chinese pharmacist can improve her attitude especially when talking with Chinese old man who do not really understands malay. We respect every medical staffs and hope they do the same

No clear contact number of the clinic. Not allowing the spouse of the pregnant lady to consult the doctor. I think it's a need for a husband to know the condition of the pregnant wife, but I've been to this clinic 3 times, and all 3 times not allowing my husband to follow me inside, instead there are many men sitting inside with the wives. Very bad.

Very poor non responsible clinic, don't answer call, hung up the call, already so many time call not answer, government officer need tk action.

This clinic is way better than most private hospitals in terms of their efficiency and well-maintained buildings. Conducive environment and swift service from the frontliners. Plus, my mum is 60 years old and she does not need to pay anything for her medicines. Appreciate that a lot.

Hangs up phone calls, all of it. My advice to all to go to Klinik Bandaraya for ty2/depo injection if anyone is asking if this place provides it, because this place does not.

The surrounding was great as well the behavior of the doctor and the stuff. Would give 5 star but there was no parking for patients. They have to park their vehicle outside the clinic which makes some mess around the area.

The issue is mostly the indian doctor lady which is rude by ask to shut up and say finish talking listen to what she going to express as i my wife is foreigner and dont want argue much maybe because the price here is free and reasonable price.The malay nurse front counter seems blur when announce my number without checking have duplicate card ...where mostly concern is their attitude for the lady and the guys so far is fine ..where sometimes a bit annoying when taken blood injection ..

They do not pick up the phone. I tried 5 out of their 10 extensions. very poor service.

Everytime have new systems to follow wasting time registering at 2 counters & even got appointments, no medication provided for baby and doc write down and ask to buy outside! Whats the point of having hospital and no medicine

Walk in in the morning around 8++...as usual, register at the registration counter, ask for ic, he can tell you that you can't do treatment at BUKIT INDAH DENTAL CLINIC because he said the address in ic is not in his area! So, if the IC address is from Sarawak to Sabah, do I have to buy a return ticket there? There is no initiative to help the community!

The clinic environment was nice. But inside the AirCond too high and very cold. Whenever I bring my baby there he will get flu. Please check and reduce the AirCond temperature. Thanks

There is this nurse by the name of Afikah. She is at the outpatient clinic registration counter, she was very rude and sounded very sarcastic to my wife. As a nurse, you are suppose to respect and treat the patients politely. But she was the total opposite. My wife was vomiting, coughing and had been sick since yesterday. She was very weak and feeling giddy. The doctor at the clinic just gave her a cough mixture and fever medication and gave her a MC as well. I still insist in checking with the private clinic and my wife was positive Covid 19. The services in the government clinic is bad.

8/02/2024.. I went to the clinic at 12:30.. he said it was closed for registration.. but it's normal.. when I went there was only one patient.. what's wrong.. I'm not well, you know.. this have to wait until 2 o'clock???😔 I dont know what to say....
