    If this project symbolises the owners identity, it just tells me they are rotting away with no effort put into their quality nor finishing. No wonder the public in general are moving away from using timber in everyday construction. Shame really. It's getting from bad to worse, not only has the glulam structure deteriorated but i5 looks as though termites have finally found a place to call home in the glulam.

    This building have a unique design, came here for a few times for attending wedding occasion. Have spacious parking spot.
